I made an appointment for a 2 and 4 year old and showed up a little early to check in. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes after our appointment time and by then the kids were tired and a little impatient. The photographer acted put out that they weren’t very cooperative as she was trying to shove their heads together. One staff member made the comment when all was said and done that they (the kids) were grumpy! How about the almost hour we sat and they were in a great mood! Not professional! Not recommending or going back.

Highly recommend getting photos done here! Good price (especially with online coupons) and friendly staff that put kids at ease and adorable backgrounds and props.
