Hot Burgers & Louisiana Chicken

I was there yesterday to give this place a 2^nd opportunity… I’m really glad I did it was empty but it was a holiday clearly understandable, I ordered my food to go they chicken is amazingly DELICIOUS, boneless wings delicious… the owner is a very sweet and kind man offered us a taste of some WOW DELICIOUS FRIED FISH… They young man that took our orders was very well mannered and spoken, he’s a hardworking gentlemen that knows how to treat a customer as well as the owner. thank you for a great father’s meal… will be back for that great fish…
To the owner I appreciate your invitation back for a 2^nd chance and the next time I stop by I will let you know… to me customer service is also part of the whole dining experience… I’m glad to see you have improved your establishment in that matter because your food needs No changes what so ever…

Wow. I paid $ 9 for a crap, COLD burger with old onions and old pickles.
The fries were drenched in season salt, and they were cold inside. If I wasn’t in a hurry I’d have gone back and demanded a refund.
I will never go back to this ghetto spot.
I’d rather go to McDonalds than here.

Excellent service with great quality food! Can’t complain about a thing! The staff is very friendly. Always greeted with a smile! Two thumbs up! I definitely recommend trying out the burgers and fries! It’s delicious! This is always my first choice when it comes to my lunch break.

The burgers are amazing also the chicken strips the strawberry milkshake was bomb definitely coming back soon

Came in for lunch with my family and we were looking for something new as we just moved into the area, and the staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious! I’ve never seen my 7 year old son eat chicken strips the way he devoured the chicken strips he got there. My husband got the shrimp meal and he was amazed at how delicious they were! We also got an order of zucchini fries because that our absolute favorite and they were delicious! Defined will return to eat here and enjoy more delicious food! Thank you to the staff for being amazing!!!

Based on the previous reviews, i decided to try this place out. I was not disappointed. Good burgers and fried chicken! Portions and prices are good as well. Will be a returning customer. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Keep up the great job there!

The fried chicken was so amazing, with lots of flavor and the sauce that it comes with was incredible. Seriously the sauce alone was great!!! My cousin had the hot wings and she loved them! She’s a very picky person so that’s a huge deal lol. The owner was so nice! Very friendly staff. I am definitely coming back soon :)

Love this place. My husband, and I have been coming here from the beginning and the service has been wonderful, the food is freshly cooked when you order it I love that no old food hanging around if your in Pacoima I recommend that you come check them out.

I was starving earlier today and was in the area. I’m not familiar with places to eat around here and decided to give this place a shot with my wife. we walked and and were greeted by the staff and right away I felt welcomed. We were not sure what to order so he from recommended the buffalo wings and chicken strips. We sat down to wait and about 7 minutes later he arrived with our food which was fresh out the fryer. I took a bite of the fries and wow the seasoning was great nice and crisp and fresh oil. I took a bite out of the wings and they were amazing full of meat and flavor. Next I tried the strips which were HUGE they had some type of thin coat of flavor which was great. After we were about to finish the owner I believe came and gave us each vanilla ice cream with caramel drizzle which was on the house. Let me say this, it had been years since I been treated this way. And I will come back in the future. Thank you

Chicken is very good. New place has a new menu with plenty of different opinions. But I only tried the chicken meal and chicken strips.

My husband and I stopped by here for lunch found it thru Unilocal.We are passing thru the area on our way to Indio.
I ordered the double cheese burger with fries and a drink. My husband ordered the 4 piece chicken with a bun on the side. The prices were fair for what we ordered. The owner/​manager gave us a complimentary side of chicken strips. Which was very generous.
The food came in a heaping amount. Wow it was enough. The chicken strips were delicious, they actually had a crunch and it was not dripping in oil. The cheeseburger was large and very filling. My husband couldn’t stop raving about the breading in his chicken he loved it. He says it’s better than KFC chicken.
There was a couple of things that we both pointed out that could have made our experience better but certainly not a must.
It was a little too quiet, I was a little embarrassed to chew too loud or talk too loud. It would have been nice to have some background music.
Also it was muggy the day was pretty warm and I don’t think they had any air conditioning.
Overall we would like to come again the food was great.

Me and my boyfriend were in the mood for some chicken so we tried this place out I got the chicken strip combo and he got the half pound double double burger and I was very satisfied with the chicken strips they were big and the meat was juicy, reason I didnt give five stars was becuase the fries are basic but the food there is still really good and the staff were very nice and it isn’t very expensive were glad we tried this place out

Wow. I work in Lake View Terrace and this is the third fast food restaurant that’s moved on this space. I didn’t care for it before, but now, I’M IN LOVE! Ordered chicken strips and fries and was expected much taste wise but WOW were those strips delicious. They may have been the best tasting all white meat chicken tenders that I have EVER had! I will be a daily regular from this day forward. No more KFC for me. That the pro. The com is that it takes a bit of time to get your food. I suspect that will improve as this place is new. Maybe they need extra cook? Anyway. Most tables were filled and I left with a huge smile on my face. I love chicken and this Louisiana Chicken was delicious. Very friendly staff.

Super delicious burgers, and love the seasoning on the fries. Just tried the chicken strips and I was AMAZED how juicy, huge and delicious those strips were! Super meaty, so filling — I could only handle two plus the fries, saved the other two for the next night.
I find the fries to be generous in portion as well. Only reason it’s not five stars is there was a couple times I got a few fries that were not fully cooked. They are thicker than average, compared to say a McDonald’s size, it’s still a nice thick cut. Might need a couple more minutes than normal, I asked for well done fries and got that, delish!
Very friendly owner too I must say, and clean dining area. Happy to have this place so close to me. :)

Authentic flavor of original Louisiana Chicken. Fried very well. Only side that is made in-​house is the coleslaw and it’s not to my standards. Manager was honest about store-​bought potato salad and macaroni salad. Onion rings, zucchini sticks and fries are frozen and not worth the money. Stick with the fried chicken pieces (not the strips) for satisfaction.

I love Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken and am so happy to have found one near work. Chicken was excellent! Gonna have to try the burgers next time as it smelled fantastic. The owner was very happy to serve and cheery. Coming back soon!

Gonna have to try the fried chicken next time! We had the burger and it was good! Nothing amazing but I would come back for it! What draws me is the customer service! Not sure if he is the owner but he was very accommodating having us even try his different hot sauce. Only thing that I didn’t like is they didn’t have bacon but had it on the menu. plus maybe they should drop the price down to 50 cents to add jalapeños. That’s just my opinion. Either way we are making this our neighborhood burger spot
