Gave 1 star because there is no way to give zero! If they do not forget something, they do not get your order right! They have gotten my order wrong 3 times! Maybe just a problem in the drive thru! Its not that hard! But thats what i get for taking their word!

First off you might not want to listen to those other reviews since they are out dated. The current employees i encountered were wonderful they are mostly young people(it was like aroun 1pm that i visited). Its pacoima i know but i enjoyed my visit, they work fast and they were very curtious and welcoming every customer that walked in. Just like in any other bussiness people make mistakes you wouldnt want some ass screaming at you, c’mon. This is fast food by the way dont expect to have 5 star looking burgers. With that said the food was great and the price is typical for fast food. I hope this was helpful.

I hate going to this BK in Pacoima, but last night I had no choice. My experience sealed the deal. Never coming back! I ordered my food at Drive thru and thought that it was a bit pricey. When I got to the window to pay, I was asked to drive around and park and they’ll bring my food. I waited a long time and when I went home I was missing a sandwich. Have I mentioned how expensive this place is? So, I took it upon myself to take all my food back(4 combos) so that they get my order right and give me everything again. I was not going to go home and eat cold food. The manager was kind, but not once did he offer something free. At least a soda for their mistake. They still screwed up my order. I asked for no mayo on a chix sandwich and of course, there was a big blob of it. I hate this place. I will never go back to this BK and McDonalds again.

We came just as they were closing… the manager was super nice and let us in, then proceeded to give us the nicest experience we’ve ever had at a fast food place — suggesting free extras to put on our burgers, making sure we each knew which burger was for which person, and just generally making it a great experience. Best fast food experience ever…
