I wish I could give 0 stars. So I went and my cashier and helper Karla was so rude with 0 customer service. Do I remind you that’s your job you choose to go every day no one went knocking in your door to work their so why make it hell towards us the customer. I order a combo and said can I have a cherry ice and she said taco bell doesn’t make the flavor cherry sure it does have gotten it before. She said NO we don’t have that flavor as a opting I showed her the sign saying they have strawberries and cherry that their is the huge starburst saying pick your color pink or red whatever give me the pink. I get and pay for my order I told her give me some hot sauce please she said ok. When she gives me my order being a total b. I told her politely can I have some sauce please she said it’s inside I get to the house and nothing she totally lied ruin my order.

This particular Taco Bell is horrible if I can give it a negative star I would try using my coupon that was given to me via the Taco Bell app when I was blatantly lie to by the manager.
He refused to take my coupon because he said he’s never seen it before mind you this is on the Taco Bell app you would think all the taco bills would have brief their managers on any type of promotions that they had out for the public to use.

Just ordered a cantina bowl 10 minutes ago after avoiding Taco Bell for 3 years, just to point out the bowl isn’t even a bowl any more its a plate which is so cheap considering its 5 dollars, as soon as I took a bite I was disgusted everything but the lettuce was dry, seriously dry, the guacamole was horrible if you can call it guac because all I tasted was fridge, but anyways overpriced and horrible food.

–How is place still open? That’s all I have to say. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and everytime it’s something new. One time a kid about 15 was on register barley spoke English and messed up our order. He didn’t know what a cup was lol

Bummed out how crappy this place is. Closest Taco Bell near my house, so it’s always an option BUT after the last visit, I won’t be going back. The guy at the drive thru window was incompetent and a dick. Not a good combo. They forgot my quesadilla. Just all around bad, avoid at all costs.

I just went here A MINUTE AGO. I specifically said no tomatoes 1^st thing get was tomatoes on my nachos. They took it back but literally wiped the tomatoes off instead of making me a new one. Then I get home and there are tomatoes on my taco and mexi-​melt… The bitch at the window looked at me like who gives a fuck if you have tomatoes so I say I’m allergic. Still didn’t give me a heads up my whole order had nothing but tomatoes in it… wasted 10.44 on nasty ass food I WILL NEVER GO HERE A AGAIN… THANKS HEFFA FOR THE NASTY AS FOOD AND TOMATOES I COULD HAVE DIE FOR EATING!!! I had to laugh at myself… I wasn’t gonna die but it was a major disappointment

Ordered 4 soft tacos and 3 hard tacos, I was starving all day and was craving something nasty so Taco Bell it was. Anyways. I got my food 20 mins ago before they closed. Get home and notice the soft ones are cold. I’m like whatever bro. But then my gf eats her hard tacos and there was nothing but shells. Just plain taco shells. How hard is it to make a taco? It just had to be in Pacoima smh. Bestfriends eat Taco Bell and this one made me question all my friendships…
So I went to mc donalds for some proteins :)

I nerver went back to this restaurant location or any other of its chain ever since I got sick with a spoiled hard taco. I did not finish eating it and took it back for them to reimburse me the money. The manager said that she could not reimburse me «bc i had eaten half of the taco.» Da. I told her in front of all the customers that they could keep the money, but I was concerned about other pple getting food poisoned. Staff did not care about my complaint. Then, I took it to the next level and sent a well written email complaint to corporate, but it has been 2 yrs & I have not heard back from them. Read my line: «AVOID EATING AT THIS PLACE» if you can.

slow with the orders and inaccurate.
I didn’t even eat the food I paid for if you can even call it food. cause once I opened that burrito wrapper up, it was just one big sloppy mess of a ton of sour cream and cheese with less than a gram of beef.

Eat here at your own risk. I’ve eaten food from street vendors in Pacoima and elsewhere in the great city of Los Angeles and never once got sick. But twice, against my better judgement, in a rush and cash poor, I thought to myself «What could they possibly do to a bean burrito?». Well, now I know. Got sick both times and the burritos were horrible. Just. Say. No.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! I try not to eat fast food too often for obvious reasons, but unfortunately i was in a hurry one day and decided to drop in! First, when i went in the floor was covered in chewed up food and wrappers and dont know what else kind of junk. Second, every single table was dirty, had hot sauce smudges or food and wrappers as well! When we asked if they could clean a table for us to sit, the guy at the register said, «Oh yea we are short in staff, someone didnt come in»…its not our business if someone called in sick, there should never be an excuse for every single table being dirty! Third, the food tastes like everyone in the kitchen just doesn’t give a crap anymore. And fourth, i guess the manager noticed that we complained and she began cleaning the tables and sweeping and moping the floor. It should NEVER take someone to complain about your restaurant for you to start cleaning and making the place tolerable! I also love the fact that while i was trying 2 swallow the «food», i was getting all sorts of dust in my food because of the sweeping! I know we should have just walked out but for some reason my bf wanted 2 stay! Never again will i go here!

Three things to remember:
1 — if it can go wrong with your order, it will.
2 — if you are in a rush, don’t come. I once spent 20 minutes in the drive-​thru.
3 — there is another Taco Bell less than a mile away

I have never went to a business that did not have a restroom to wash my hands I can not believe this I had to wash my hands with ice. The service was mess up I just don’t believe this I’m so up set I had to let some one know do not go to taco bell on van nuys & glenoaks

Expensive! for what you get. Chicken tacos are $ 1.98 each? and it’s not like they are big. I work close to this place and the few times I have gone I always pay more than expected and get less food that expected. Isn’t this supposed to be cheap fast food?
