Allen Tires is amazing! Matt was very knowledgeable about tires and his customer service made me want to return to their store. These days it’s extremely hard to find businesses that care about there customers. I would give more stars if I could.

This is an outstanding place to buy tires. In 17 years, I only bought tires one (1) time at one other place and regretted it.
Saturday, 1÷9÷2016 I came in to have them check out my tire pressure alarm system on my 2010 Silverado. It was stuck on and after following the owner’s manual it seem I had a bad tire sensor. One of the counter guys checked it out with their handheld device, aired up my tires, and I was good to go. No repair necessary and no charge.
About 5 years ago, I bought two (2) new tires for my 99 Suburban at the Goodyear store on Cherry Avenue. I kept two (2) newer tires (I bought at Allen) on the car. Immediately I began noticing a vibration and a whopping sound on the freeway. Goodyear people could never figure it out and after 4 attempts I took it to Allen. I described the sound and vibration. Allen Tire immediately recognized it as a defect in one of the tires. It was one they had sold to me. They prorated the cost and the problem was solved.
I told the Goodyear people that I thought one of the older tires was defective, but they said no — I must have an out of balance rotor or brake drum.
Since then, Allen Tire is who I recommend.

These guys are the best!!! Two times I had a problem with a screw in my tire, frustrating right? They took care of it ! No problem, always pleasant, quick and kind! They will always get our business !!

These guys are incredibly friendly and honest.
I attempted to get my valve stem replaced at a different tire shop, and those guys attempted to upsell me from the get-​go. They didn’t even replace the valve stem.
At Allen Tire Co. they replaced the valve stem for free while also explaining other options and repairs I might be interested in. Fantastic service!

This place is the best! Always friendly and informative. They take care of me every time I bring in my car. Never disappointed in service. Highly recommend!

This customer is satisfied. Got all 4 tires replaced for discounted price of $ 605.35 (more expensive then I expected) but the waiting time today Saturday was less than 2 hours.

Came in yesterday with a large screw in my driver side rear tire. They quoted me about an hour wait time, but it only ended up being about 20 minutes! They fixed it without charging me a dime. I am definitely coming back to this place for all of my tire needs.

So satisfied and I didn’t even get work here. I had a collision and needed a rim. I called This morning (Wednesday) and the man who answered was honest when I told him I needed the rim today. He said «no I don’t have what you need but! Call this place they’ll have what you need!» and recommended me to Collin’s wheels & hubcaps. The fact that he even cared to refer us out rather then try to make a sale or not be bothered just made my day. It’s the simple things.

As a past customer, I usually look to Allen Tire Company in Lakewood whenever I need tires. Allen Tire has been known as a great company and has a long standing in Lakewood for giving excellent service. They go a long way to resolve problems with regular customers and even take care of some simple tasks for others who come by and need assistance at no charge. While I was there on Monday in the waiting room, Mike the Manager sent several customers on their way without charging them a dime… Believe me, that is unusual in this day and age. I ordered 4 tires for my Ford Edge and were installed in a reasonable amount of time while I waited considering I didn’t have an appointment… Great Job and Thank You Mike… Will I be back? You bet your life I will!!!

Every time I come here they have always been fast and friendly. I’ve never once gone away thinking that I’ve been ripped off. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Friendly service, I went in about 3 weeks ago got a new tire about $ 73 fast service and it was my first time there, girlfriend got a nail in her tire went back to the same place and we said that we have work at 330 and it was 2 at the time. We went across the street got something to eat not even 20 million mins latter car was ready. And for some reason they gave us a free tire Jose walked out handed us the keys and said have good day at work we we’re both shocked at the kindness will definitely be back. Thanks bunches

Allen tires has been around along time and rightly so. They have a great team from sales, techs and mechanics. Prices for tires and services are great because they don’t pressure you on upsells and tell the truth about what you really need. They do good work and seem honest and stand behind there services. Can get busy at times but worth it.
Ask for Mike, Jose or Matt they will take care of you!

Got a flat and took my Fiat here to get it repaired. All my tires needed to be replaced so I figured I might as well get everything done at once.
As I was driving home I noticed my steering veering off to the right. Thought it might be the road or something, but now I’m realizing the alignment is way off. Would be nice if this was a service that was included when you’re buying 4 tires + installation for $ 500+, but I guess not.
Oh well. :/

Really friendly service and was very quick! I received a call within the next hour to pick up my car for a full tire replacement. They answered all of my questions. The main reason why I went here was I once had a tire that had a nail and they patched it for free! I wasn’t even a customer of theirs originally! They now have a lifer out of me!

I haven’t written a review in a while but I feel like my experience warranted one. Came in with a bad flat, probably in need of a patch. Matt takes down my information and checks out my car. He tells me it’ll be about an hour because there are a few people ahead of me (not unreasonable). I leave to grab some breakfast and return almost exactly an hour later. The car is ready and there is no charge. And THAT’s how you turn a one off customer into a regular. These guys are fast, professional and no nonsense. Go here and get good honest service.

If you want an honest place for your tire needs this is it! I know the last place I took my car they tried to sell me not only one new tire but two! Allen replaced my valve stem and I was on my way. Thank you Santiago for being so awesome! Bonus, the waiting area is clean and air conditioned… score!

I had a nail in my tire. Carson Nissan told me it was irreparable and had to be replaced for $ 180. NO THANK YOU. I went to the tire center at Lakewood Costco and he referred me to Allen Tire to get my tire fixed or replaced for much cheaper. I told them about the nail, and within 20 minutes they FIXED my tire for FREE! I obviously tipped $ 10, but it was fast and no hassle. They could’ve easily lied like Carson Nissan and told me to buy a new tire, but he was nice enough to just fix it
Bottom line is Allen Tire gained a customer while Carson Nissan lost one. Next issue I have I will surely come here. :)

Had to have my car towed in, so I was stuck. Matt helped me – they had the tire I needed, and said it would be about 30 minutes.
Well, it was less than 30 minutes, and I was on my way. Very nice experience! Matt, Jose, and Santiago were all very helpful, and nice. I will not hesitate to take my car there again.
P. S. They have the funniest sense of humor – before the Super Bowl, their sign, on the corner read, «Free air pressure checks for Patriots fans» I loved it!

My tire had two nails in it and they patched it right up for free. That’s just the kind of people they are.
