BIGGESTTIP: You will go up to the register and order your food. They will immediately ask you«what kind of drink». NO, the drink does not come with your purchase. So say no drink if you don’t want to get charged. Not openly giving the customer a clear option is a sneaky tactic to get money and I totally disapprove. ALSO: you will want to keep your receipt because SHEWONTTELLYOU but your number they will use to call up your number is on it: no number, no food. Food is okay, nothing I can’t get else where. Panda Express across from this will provide you with equal food quality. Annoyed by lack of information given.

Crappy food with equally crappy attitudes. Okay, I know, it’s mall food. I’m expecting too much, right? When I order my meal and the lady behind the register seems annoyed, and when I get my meal and the shrimp is undercooked… I don’t think so. I went back to the cook and asked if they could cook my shrimp a bit more. He handed it to the«friendly» lady at the register who tells me, «If you want it well done you need to tell me when you order!» I replied, «How was I supposed to know that you’d undertook it in the first place?!?» I looked at the next lady in line incredulously and she nodded and agreed. Pass this one up. Crappy.

Good variety of sushi rolls. I played it safe since this was my first visit and went with their California rolls, miso soup and spring roll. All-in-all pretty good. Sushi rolls professionally prepared by who I believe was a real sushi chef. Miso soup was good. Even my picky 17 year old liked it. Spring rolls lightly fried and flavorful. I can’t wait to go back for more. I

The wait for the food was much longer than for what it was worth. My food was seemingly tasteless. My boyfriend got food poisoning from there so it’s likely that they’re not so clean. I saw that they were hiring people and that no experience was necessary so I went to turn in a resume. A lady rejected me flat out after skimming my resume which listed my volunteer and work experience. I’m assuming she’s a manager because I always see her there and I told her I had seen their ad. She said working their registers is much more«fast-paced and difficult» than working at Macy’s, but recently, I found out they hired someone(an acquaintance) with absolutely no work experience. Hmmm… I guess they were serious about no experience needed. That sure explains a lot. The walls are cool though, so that’s why they get two stars.

The sashimi was okay. I felt like it was watered down and it had strong food coloring? Tried the chicken and beef entry was pretty descent. I don’t usually like teriyaki But this was pretty good than other restaurants.

I really had my hopes up for this place but I felt the quality of their food(the teriyaki oki signatures) was not up to par, along with the steamed rice. The flavors just weren’t right. It cost me $ 9.04 for a drink and teriyaki signatures. It took me about 10 minutes to get my order, and this was on a slow downtime on a weekday at 11am. It’s worth trying, but not on top of my list. If I had to pick, I’d just go to panda express next door. I would recommend the chefs take more initiative into preparing the food at the very least.

I honestly really dislike writing bad reviews, but this place has let me down a lot. The first time they opened their place, my friends and I were ecstatic! We are a huge fan of sushi rolls, so we decided to order two rolls of sushi. Maybe ordering two at once was a mistake. I would never know because I don’t have any intention on going back unless I see something change or hear that things have. So, I was waiting for my friend at the food court table and he approaches me with one small box. I looked at him extremely confused. I thought he ordered only one roll but he told me that both were inside. May I remind you, we paid $ 13+ for these two rolls. He gave me the box and they were packed in those single roll sushi boxes. They were the smallest pieces of sushi I have ever seen in my life. Not only that, but it was filled with cucumbers! They just took probably 1⁄5 of a stick of imitation crab after chopping them up in little thin pieces and sticking them in the roll. I was extremely furious. I couldn’t believe it. At least charge your sushi at a much cheaper price if you are going to serve such small portions!

Another mediocre mall eatery. Ever since the food court upstairs closed to make way for the bowling alley, the options within the mall have been really limited. This fast food option is across from Panda Express and Genghis Khan and next to an Italian place. So if you want Asian mall food, you can pick between 3 out of 4 choices. The menu was not very impressive, although they do have sushi(no vegetarian rolls though). The food sitting on the steam table did not look very fresh. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance outside of the mall and I would recommend them over this one. (New food court is by Target, heck they even sell food there)
