Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Great service every time. The burgers are very satisfying and the shakes are awesome. Great beer selection and everyone is very friendly.

Me and the family always come here for dinner. We love trying all their burgers and enjoy the bottomless fries! Who doesn’t love fries?! Anyway, after a long seated wait at our table a guy by the name of Brandon finally came to our service. He apologized that no one could help us and said he would take our drink order for now and would also go find our waiter. He brought back our drinks and then said that he would also take our order since our waiter STILL hadn’t attended to us. Good job Brandon! You are so appreciated!
Once our waiter finally came out to bring our food she was not friendly and seemed bothered by simple requests to bring more ketchup. Just glad there was someone there actually getting their job done right!

I generally love the food at Red Robin and have eaten at several across the country. I continue to try the Lakewood location hoping for a better experience and every time I dine there I am more disappointed than the last.
Went there today for lunch and the two ice teas that were ordered were literally water. My niece and her friend didn’t want to complain but when they started adding sugar to give it some flavor I knew something was wrong. Then her friend ordered a broccoli side and was brought fries. My cousin ordered a spicy burger that comes with jalapeño but received a bacon burger instead.
We were all trying to figure out why all the orders were wrong until my niece pointed out that our waiter didn’t write any of our orders down.
Here’s a tip (and yes we left one despite the service):
If you don’t have a good memory… USE A NOTEPAD! That’s what they are there for.

Order to go and my fries and cheese sticks were cold and half cooked had to put them in my oven!!!

Fries were cold with no seasoning
And so were our mozzarella sticks were cold !
We had to stick em in the oven
So I suggest to check your order when your there!
Very inconvenient!!!

Awesome burgers they have here but I had to try their chilly, to my surprise it was some good chilly…

RED ROBINNN… yumm!!! :) It’s been a while going to this Red Robin location, but I’m glad I came in today. Kudos to our server Jocelyn. She was super sweet and definitely needs a raise. I can’t count the number of times she kept giving me drinks and fries. Plus giving us a discount! Thanks Jocelyn.
And finally the food… Endless fries! Fish and chips were on point and the delicious onion rings were fried to perfection. I’m full just thinking about it. I usually get bacon cheeseburger, but that will be next time.
The renovation and customer service skills has improved. Soo I’m impressed with this place!

When I first arrived, we were told that there was a 10 minute wait to be seated so my sister and I waited out front on one of the benches until we were called.
Once seated, we were seated in a short booth right next to the kitchen which wasn’t an issue because there’s a wall dividing the seating area and the kitchen. However while waiting for our food, there was a server (Nancy) in the kitchen area singing SO LOUDLY. Now I really and honestly would not have minded her singing however she couldnt sing a lick and it was very unprofessional.
After ordering our food, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food (don’t worry, I counted) and it came out looking really crazy! When she brought it out, she even said «omg, that is so sloppy» in my head I’m thinking «why the hell did you feel it was okay to bring it out looking like that then»?
Our waiter (Jason) was really sweet and even brought us out some French fried for while we waited for the food. He gets an A+ from me but everything else… just whack?!

We usually sit in the bar and the service is outstanding but this recent trip is one to be desired. It’s like we were on an island and no one wanted to visit. It took about 5 minutes to first approach, took our order and came back about 15 minutes later with the fries I asked for early. Then about 10 minutes later we got our food. I ordered the whiskey burger as a wrap and my girlfriend ordered the garden burger as a wrap, both were good.

We always come here and its always delicious!
Service is always basic … but today we sat at the bar and jessica was our waitress /​bartender. She has AMAZING customer service skills.
She engaged in conversation with us while we were waiting for our food, and she even told us funny jokes and made the dining expeirence more fun and enjoyable. I will be coming to this location in Lakewood mall exclusively.

First of all, the Royal Red Robin burger is the BOMB! Second, service was amazing. Note that we came in 30 minutes before closing so I would had expect our waiter to be in a rush or annoyed, but he was extremely sweet & welcoming. Thank you soooo much for your service Robert!(: We would definitely come back (:

I went here years ago and it was fantastic.
I was excited to come again today. Unfortunately it’s gone downhill, very far.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The server took 10min to bring my drinks, I had use the call server button to even get him over to order my food as well. Which then took another 30min for the burgers. When they finally got to me, the salad was wilted and hot from being under the heat lamp for so long, and the burger was over cooked.
Mine was burnt and the bun was soggy.
I will not be going back.

REEEDDD ROBINNNNN, YUMMMMMMM!
I’m a fan of bottomless anything really. Several times after finishing my fries do I wish to have just a couple more, and at Red Robin you can have a thousand more! (But don’t. Come on now.) And to be quite frank, I’ve never gotten more than 1 more refill on my fries –if ever, because I get so full off the first batch and the yummy burger.
So I was very disappointed to see such bad reviews… I have frequented this location for years, as the Lakewood Mall is a second home (And one gets tired of the limited selection at Costco food court). Throughout the years I have never had what awful service is claimed to be experienced at Red Robin, on the contrary, when I think of Red Robin (at this location), I tend to think of the great service and it’s part of the reason why I feel inclined to dine there. Personally, all of the servers I’ve gotten have been wonderful. I have came in at various times and whether it has been jam packed super busy, or as slow as a snail, nothing has been wrong with the customer service or the food. So thank you staff for that positive experience.
I’ve tried a little bit of everything and I usually stick to the Tavern burger, my unlimited steak fries, and a Shirley Temple or a coke. The Tavern burger is nothing too gourmet, it’s quite simple and a small size but you get full off of it with the fries. It hits the spot, but it’s nothing to rave about. The steak fries themselves are thick, delicious, and filling. I always ask for a side of ranch, mmm perfect combination. And the drinks are huge!!! (Note: prices are not included on the menu for soft drinks, don’t be afraid to ask how much something is, my coke was $ 4 something!!) If you’re not big on fries perhaps the onion rings will satisfy, the classic onion ring tower is cute and delicious.
I love love love the décor. It’s quite rad. I love looking everywhere and especially the bathroom, I don’t know why I love it so much. I also am a fan of such comfy booths! I will wait however long it takes to get me a booth!!!
Great for families, great for kids, couples, friends, solo outing too –there’s a bar and happy hour!
As I’m typing this review I keep thinking of a time back in high school when there was a performance in our auditorium and there was like a 3 minute delay and the whole auditorium was quiet and dark, and some guy in the audience hollered «REDDD ROBINNNNN!» And the entire audience followed with «YUMMMMMMMM» HAHAHA can you believe that? So don’t let the bad reviews scare you, it seems everyone loves Red Robin, we all have our bad days eh?

With unlimited sweet potato fries n regular fries
We put our names on the list but so much faster at the bar. It’s still full service restaurant without the wait. Burgers were ok. Best thing is to order their sauces: sweet Thai chili & ranch dressing and… wait for it… blend together. Omg genius. Makes burgers n fries taste soooooooooooooo much better. Service is standard. Attentive, they are not (as Yoda would say)

Amazingggg cheeseburgers! Red Robin is Definitelt underrated! Best BOTTOMLESS fries as well. Basically you get free fries refills and they taste better and better each time. I’ve received good service both times I’ve came to this location so yeah, I recommend it. Try it !

Been coming here at least once a month to have lunch with a friend. In the past the service and food has been stellar, but the last two times we have been there nothing but issues.
We had asked for a well done burger and the burger comes out with pink in it. By the time we were able to get a server and get the burger replaced the rest of the group was finished with their entire meal.
The last time we were here we were seated in the bar/​breakroom area. During our meal, two servers took their break in the booth next to us and just chatted the entire time.

Love the chain Red Robin and usually you can count on the same flavors and tastes and hopefully service.
Here in Lakewood the restaurant was dirty and many large tables were not bussed and this was before the dinner rush came trough. Not very enjoyable to eat amongst dirty tables which were there when we arrived and there when we left 30 min later.
Not to crazy about the servers here at this Red Robin. The past 3 visits had servers that were not too friendly, and did not sell the experience and hype of the Red Robin brand. Beyond the not so friendly attitude the delivery and the follow up after to make sure everything was OK was mediocre. Had to wait for my server so long for a refill I finished my meal and just wanted to go.
The best part of my meal was the pay kiosks at the table so I didn’t have to wait any longer than I already had for refills.

Red Robin had always been a family favorite of ours BUT the Lakewood location will not be seeing us again!
My daughter enjoyed her Mac n cheese… And my husband seemed to enjoy his burger (even tho it looked like someone started to eat his fries before the plate came to the table???) I didn’t feel like a burger but the picture of the chicken tortilla soup looked great! Well it didn’t look anything like the picture! There was NOT ONE! piece of chicken! There were a few (very few) tortilla strips and the dollop of sour cream on top just fell inside this pool of broth. I asked the waitress if this looked right and she said it seemed fine to her! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe «someone» forgot to actually stir the soup before it was served? She did offer to replace it with something else and eventually took it off our bill because she knew I was not happy… Not a good lunch today and the next time we visit a Red Robin it won’t be this location for sure.

Red Robin is my favorite mid level burger franchise. And it’s not just the burgers, you get bottomless steak fries and also when I had a sweeter palate I used to get bottomless freckled strawberry lemonade (real strawberries in there). I can always count on a good burger here no matter what. My visit to this specific location was filled with enthusiasm and coupon-​non-​discrimination (you know the kind of couponing that makes your meal totally free). Be sure to sign up for their loyalty program where you get a free meal the month of your birthday. James was our server this day and he was the reason why this visit turned out so well.
-=-Whiskey River BBQ Burger-​=- When I’m feeling bready, this one hits the spot. It’s not super crazy like the other creations here, but the onion straws and the BBQ sauce make the burger. When the burger’s gone, fries fries and more fries. Garlic fries used to be offered here as an upgrade, but were since replaced with herb fries. Now all we get are herb fries. Sadness yes, but sprinkling that seasoning salt on top of it all redeems some honor.

Tried this place out a few weeks ago and I was impressed by their food. To get a seat took a while on a Friday night but that was okay, once seated we were greeted answe place our drink order.
My date went with a flavored drink and I wasn’t with a bottomless root beer float, it was so delicious.
Tried their bacon burger and it was pretty damn good, we ordered some wings as well and they were perfect, the kettle chips that accompany the wings were fantastic.
I think my date and I will return to have more wings and maybe split a burger, portions are plenty and prices and good.
Parking is plenty just outside. Plus you have a mall in case you feel like walking off your meal.
