Wendy’s

Me and my family came here a few minutes before they opened, which was 9AM. Food took longer than expected, but we waited. The Asian Chicken Cashew Salad took the longest. Then to to make matters worse, I found a sticker still on the tomato. UGH! Will not return and will now examine all my food for unexpected stickers or foreign material.

This Wendy’s location really needs to check their SAFETY PRECAUTIONS or someone else’s car will be DENTED and will STILL BE CONTACTING the owners of this establishment to fix a DENT.
It was around 10:30am on Sunday, January 31^st when my brother and I were in the car at their drive-​thru. We had just ordered and was one car away from approaching the pay/​pick-​up window. Then suddenly, a gray tower of crate boxes that were stacked on top of a dolly rolls towards our car and hits in. It was a terribly blustery day so I’m guessing it was the wind that blew it towards our car. However, Wendy’s SHOULD have took into account that in an extremely windy weather, tall stacks of objects should NOT be on rolling platforms in an open space that can potentially cause injuries, harm, or dangerous situations.
So, I asked my brother to step out of the car in order to remove the crates that were FALLING on our car. When he lifted up the crates, there was a DENT on the side of the car from where the crates had hit.
When the employees came out to examine the aftermath, the first thing the manager on duty did was QUESTION this whole situation. One of the first things she said was «I don’t see the gray marks on your car from where the crates hit.» Then she remarks, «Don’t you think the dent is too big for what happened?» CHECK YOUR SECURITY CAMERAS AND TELL ME TO MY FACE AGAIN THAT THE CRATES DIDN’T HIT THE CAR AND THE CRATES DIDN’T LEAVE A DENT.
Then, the manager on duty asked me for my information and gave me the store manager’s information to inform me that after they have gone through the security cameras, they will contact me the next day. DID THEY CONTACT ME THE NEXT DAY? NO.
As of now, a week after that incident occurred, we are still contacting the owners and the corporate as no one gives a clear answer on when this situation will be resolved.
ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS FIX THE DENT THAT YOUR PROPERTY HAD DAMAGED.

I have had numerous bad experiences with this Wendy’s location. In general, I like Wendy’s a lot. However, I do not like this location. There was a time that my dad and I were eating lunch there. The maintenance man came in and hassled another man (who had ordered a drink) about using their internet connection. He was a customer! It is not like he just came in and used the internet without buying anything. When my dad and I tried to be nice to the maintenance man, he ignored us and rudely walked away. I was obviously very angered about this incident. When I called and asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told the supervisor wouldn’t even be there for another two hours. I replied that they better be there when I call again. I was furious at this point!!! At least I finally got hold of the supervisor and explained why I was upset about this incident. This was not the only bad experience I had at this Wendy’s. I have also gotten sick eating at this location. This has never happened at any other Wendy’s location including Buena Park and Las Vegas. I am not sure if it is the food or drink machine. There was also a time that I went to this Wendy’s on Thursday nights and one of the cashiers was very rude to me and had an attitude. This happened more than once. I finally stopped going to this Wendy’s on Thursday nights. However, the final straw was the aforementioned incident with the maintenance man. It is obvious that this Wendy’s location does not care for their customers. Otherwise, they would not behave in this manner. I did file a complaint with Wendy’s corporate about my experience with this location. I will still eat at Wendy’s. However, I will never eat at this Wendy’s location again!!!

Lacking customer service skills big time. Just went thru the drive thru and a female taking the order just said hi no welcome or may I take your order. I had to say are u ready. Then get to the window and the cashier gave me my total and handed me my order and didn’t say thank you or have a nice day. They need to be trained a little better.

Wendy’s on south in Lakewood is seriously the worst!!! I stopped by after work to buy myself dinner, keep in mind I work 15 hours a day. I ordered a salad and came home to find no dressing and croutons all while the employees were just laughing and joking around at the window. How do you mess up a salad?!? Will never return to Wendy’s again! Worst customer service literally just bought a dinner that I can’t even eat. Thanks a lot Wendy’s.

Its a nice place, very brightly lit dining area and also inviting atmosphere. The soda machine have over 100 different flavors. I ordered the 4 for $ 4. Its a good deal. The burger was good and their buns were soft, their bacon was mouthwatering good. The nuggets have plenty of flavors and great tasting for fast food. Probably one of the best fast food place out there.

Late night with friends. went to Wendys and I thought it was good. Ordered the Baconator n was nasty. the employees were just messing around.

Worse Wendy’s Ever! Restaurant always dirty, Once ran out of frosty and today out of regular chicken nuggets! My kids are disappointed:(Management Please Clean Up This Please!

Came to a doctors appointment with my daughter and after, we stopped at this Wendy’s on our way back home. I was impressed with the cashier Gilberto. Very attentive and pleasant while he was taking my order. I also noticed that he brought food to a family’s table. The store was clean and the food was GREAT!

The food has always been pretty much on point. I’ve never had an issue with my order being wrong .
The food is always prepared fresh and has great taste to it. My favorites would be the Baconator, double stacks, spicy chicken sandwich and the nuggets. The Baconator is packed full of delicious meat pattys, bacon and the condiments .
The only issue I’ve had here seems to be the ordering process. I’m not sure if it’s the order box or the headsets they have but communication seems to be an issue here at this location. I think they need
To work on this to improve the service

I rarely eat out but I love this Wendy’s. I went yesterday and ordered a 6 spicy chicken piece with barbecue sauce and two kids meals with barbecue as well. And they forgot ALL the sauces. I didn’t get any ! I definitely did not enjoy my food.

I Love This Wendy’s. It is always very clean and a beautiful interior. They also have the great Coca~Cola Freestyle Machine. Confusing for most people, but I love it!
I would like to thank one person in particular MIKAYL A who was excellent at taking my order and delivering my food. She had a wonderful positive attitude and is great at her job!!!

Lakewood location has been newly remodeled and this is the first time I have been in the dinning. I have to say it wasn’t so bad I’m liking the wall they put up for a little more privacy when eating. Food was good my favorite if you haven tried it yet is the spicy chicken sandwich. I hope you guys enjoy it.

This Wendys is only truly good for the frostys. I’ve come to this establishment multiple times and it seems as if the prices are getting higher and the quality of food is getting lower. The value menu should in all reality only be $ 0.99 for everything but it goes up to almost $ 3 in price. The tiny burgers and chicken sandwiches aren’t worth it. The cheese is never melted fully and whoever threw the burger together definitely half assed it. Drive thru line is always packed but I don’t ever want to go inside, remodeled or not.
And the workers are a whole other story. I get that you work in fast food and probably hate it but come on. Its not hard to be polite, smile, have manners and get the order right.

This Wendy’s forever disappoints me.
I don’t really know which is the less of two evils: drive thru or walk in. On one hand, I don’t have to deal with how dirty the restaurant itself is, but going through the drive thru basically guarantees that my order will be wrong and I’ll have to walk in anyway. Grossly enough, I like their food, but it’s not quite worth the hassle to go there.

1^st time at Wendy’s. Not all that impressed. Don’t know if it’s me but just like all other burger joints. Drive thru long at lunch time. They have a value menu with prices from 99 cents to $ 2.49. Staff is decent. Had junior bacon cheeseburger and value fries. Fries were good and hot.

You can always count on Wendys to mess up your order. We went through drive through after work and had an unpleasant experience. Manuel hands us a bag of food and then a second later says THATS NOT YOUR FOOD as if we grabbed it from the window. You gave me my order, I have the right to assume it is my order. We ordered pulled pork fries, a combo meal, and chili. We were missing our regular fries with the meal and he then tells us we werent charged for the regular fries and to give him a dollar. What the fuck? I was clearly charged for a combo meal AND an order of pulled pork fries. Whats funny is Manuel then blames ‘the other guy for taking our order incorrectlt, BUT HE WAS THE ONE THAT TOOK OUR ORDER! No we did not give him a dollar, he said NAH ITS OKAY. Oh and the bag he handed to us at first, WAS our food. Get your shit together.

I only get the chicken cesar wraps and baked potatoe here!, service is very slow in drive thru.
the baked potatoe is usually nice and hot, but they have forgotten the sour cream or butter. everytime!
All spanish speaking employees (not that its a bad thing). But if your going to do DRIVE THRU. Please speak a little more english!!! (my ppls, my ppls,)

What can you say about a restaurant that has been around for decades and is a respected old school hangout spot for many
I’ll try my best.
We didn’t have a Wendy’s in our area so eating there was a rarity and special the menu has changed quite a bit there are so many new items I would like to try.
One thing hasn’t changed are the forgetful cashiers I had to ask for everything a straw for our drink a spoon for the chocolate freeze then I asked for ketchup and dipping sauce for the fries and chicken nuggets and she looked at me like what’s my problem.
I was amused thinking really!
I prefer the classic Wendy’s menu with hamburgers no cheese onions and extra tomatoes I love the bread and butter pickles I add mayo that’s it a juicy burger hits the spot every time.
I really like the chili it’s simple and has a sweet taste unique only to Wendy’s I eat it with crackers chopped onions and cheese.
The French fries had way more flavor back in the day I believe in those days beef fat was added to the oil but alas a vegetarian figured out the secrets and put a stop to that deliciousness now everything is fried in plain vegetable oil they’re alright but need a dipping sauce to taste better. I avoid them like the plague they are not worth the calories but my friend enjoyed them.
I ordered a classic cheeseburger combo med fries and soda for my neighbor she said her burger was fresh and juicy just delicious the onions and pickle were nice and crisp and her fries were tasty she had ketchup and ranch dip as her sauce.
We shared a four piece order of spicy chicken nuggets with honey mustard they were nice and crunchy with chunks of real chicken it had a spicy kick tamed by the sweet honey sauce.
The two of us dipped into a chocolate freeze it had an artificial chocolate taste but it didn’t taste too bad it was smooth and creamy without being heavy. I would definitely order this again especially on a hot sunny day.
On my next visit I want to try a crispy chicken sandwich and some of the new items on the menu.
I won’t be back anytime soon this is my once every few years visit I was in the area and had to make that stop.
2015 Wendy’s visit is on my list…
