Meet the Manager
Shane S.
Manager
Shane Simmons, a graduate of Kentlake High School in 2004, went on to play football at Western Washington University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Health and Fitness in 2008. After graduation from WWU Shane spent time in the NFL playing for the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks, he also spent time in the CFL playing for the BC Lions. Shane then became certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and the International Youth Fitness Association. Shane’s training style comes from years of playing football and other team sports where he learned to be highly dedicated and motivating, while still keeping a workout fun and rewarding. He has been a trainer here at Studio Fitness from the very start, he enjoys working with all kinds of clients from young to old and from every ability level, helping them enjoy health and fitness and achieve their goals!
