Meet the Business Owner

Bob M.

Business Owner

Bob Montgomery has been a small business owner in the Colorado community for over 40 years. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA in philosophy in 1967 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1971. As president of the Student Bar Association, Bob participated in the organization and establishment of the KU legal aid clinic in Lawrence, Kansas. He has been practicing continuously in the Denver metropolitan area since 1971. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Kansas, before the Federal District Courts in both jurisdictions, the 10^th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Bob is the Past President of the First Judicial District Bar Association. He has worked with the Metro Volunteer Lawyers Program (formerly the Thursday Night Bar Project) since 1971 and is Past chairperson of the Metro Volunteer Lawyers Steering Committee.
