My Home Warranty company sent out a bunch of clowns from SeaBreeze A/​C.
Two guys came out, spoke Russian to each other the whole time even after I asked them not to, and spent no longer than 20 minutes at my house. They looked in my attic (2 minutes) and said I needed a new evap coil. My Home Warranty company said that Sea Breeze did a leak check and confirmed I needed an evap coil and my out of pocket (non covered) costs would be $ 1,600 paid directly to them. Knowing a little about A/​C systems I knew this was bogus.
I demanded that my Home Warranty company give me a second opinion and that’s how I met Kyle from ACE. He really did a leak check and found a very small leak outside at the condenser King Valve. Kyle fixed it in 20 minutes and now the air out of my vents is 50 degrees. And BTW, no out of pocket costs!
These guys are honest, fast, and will spend some time explaining and answering questions. They could have bumped it up and charged for extras but they didn’t. Dean, I believe the owner, worked the schedule to get me cool in less than 24 hours.

the owner dean dishonest, they have been to my house 2x, paid service fee twice $$ plus it was diagnosed incorrectly twice which I paid over $ 450. called for the third time last week for something that’s warrantied. is the same problem always, air conditioner is not cooling. would not return call or correct problem. if they would correct problem i would not be writing a review.

They were quick to come and tell us what they would do. Then nothing. Never called or sent us a message telling us they wouldn’t be able to do the job. Not the way to do business.

I left a message with Ace on a Friday evening when the heater at our rental property wasn’t working. Dean called me back about an hour later and was able to squeeze us into the schedule on Saturday. He gave us a 2 hr window which he missed by about 45 – 60 minutes.
However, once he got there, he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He had previously advised me that the service call would be $ 55 (credited toward the cost of any necessary repairs). Turns out the fuses for the furnace were blown so it was a relatively simple repair that cost me $ 75. Seemed like a fair price.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with them. The only ding was them being late but it’s hard to really fault them on that since it’s difficult to estimate how long their previous jobs will take.

Our air conditioning stopped working, and I called so many places, and nothing. The last one I contacted was Ace air conditioning. They were so good, and took care of it right away! I was so impressed :) thanks guys!

Ace has pulled through for us so many times! They are fast, friendly, ethical, and perform quality work. Always a pleasure to work with Dean and his team.

I had a complex issue with my heater. Ace Air was even stumped for a time being but they followed through and all has been good since. Ace Air was on time every time, professional and dedicated to working the problem out.

Ace Air Conditioning & Heating has done more than a few jobs for me by now. The owner, Dean B., is honest, reliable, and thoroughly skilled at his trade. His rates are very reasonable, and I can count on them to do a great job. Their work is top notch, and I can say enough good things about his team!

Very quick to respond to a difficult problem. We had two different companies out over the past six months and they were unable to repair. Kyle and Donald came out, Diagnosed and repaired the problem in under 30 minutes. Our airflow has never been better. Thanks, you guys are the best
