Life stages impact real estate choices, and I specialize in partnering with multi-​generations of buyers and sellers to help them transition into the next phase of their housing needs. Those stages may be first-​time home buyers, move-​up sellers and buyers, sellers and buyers who no longer have children living with them, but want more space to accommodate their grandchildren, extra space for hobbies, or a home-​based business, or who desire to downsize, or sellers and buyers who are relocating into or out of the Lancaster County area. What ever the stage of life, I’m here to help guide and provide through honesty, skill, care, and knowledge.

Life is full of surprises, and each day is a new day. My choice to enter into the real estate profession was a result of becoming an empty nester and the loss of a former job due to the economy. It has been the best decision I’ve ever made because every day I am able to grow stronger relationships, and make a positive impact on the lives of each individual and family that has the good fortune of working with me in their real estate investments.

I earned the Rising Star award and HomeSale Complete Awards in 2011, which identified me as a successful real estate professional in my full year of business in a low economy, and a team player with our business affiliates. In 2012, I earned the Leading Edge Society award as the top 7% of all Prudential agents worldwide, and the HomeSale Complete award.

I am a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, ABWA, and the Junior League. I am married with Don of 26 years, and we have two grown kids, Andrew and Ashley. We have 1 dog and 1 cat.
