We are committed to provide comprehensive quality eye care. Our friendly and professional doctors and staff are happy to assist you with all of your eye care needs. We will walk you through your insurance coverage and help you understand exactly what benefits are available to you.

Our doctors perform a complete comprehensive eye exam which includes: the foundation to prescribe glasses, bifocal, trifocal, progressive lenses etc. Also in addition to treating Glaucoma, dry eyes, eye inflammation and interior eye disease. We also welcome consultation for Lasik surgery.

When it comes to contact lenses we can fit our patients with all types of contacts such as for astigmatism, Keratoconus, bifocal etc., using products from top manufacturers. In most cases we have your contact lenses in stock the same day for dispensing after your prescription is finalized. Or bring in your current contact lenses prescription and we will fill it for you.

We carry a wide frame selection to choose from that will help fit your needs, from comfort as well as making a fashion statement! We carry brands like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Ray-​Ban, Michael Kors, Silhouette, Tura, and many more.

We accept all major vision and eye care programs like VSP, EyeMed, Medi-​Cal, Medicare and PPO medical insurance plans. We also accept Care Credit.

We have a lab on premise that allows us to provide with one-​hour glasses if needed.

Our 24-​Hour emergency service is available for any eye injury after hours.

Business Owner

Dr. Israel attended both UCLA and UCR, receiving a B.S. degree in biology, specializing in genetics, and graduating with honors. He then spent a year at UCLA doing DNA sequencing in a cancer research study. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at UC Berkeley School of Optometry.

Dr. Israel was the only member of his class to be accepted to SUNY University, for a vision therapy internship and was also only one of eighteen students in his class to be selected for a contact lens externship at Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. After graduating from Optometry School he practiced with a corneal specialist fitting contacts on corneal transplant patients.

Dr. Israel has practiced in Lancaster since 1986. He is a contact lens specialist and has been licensed to prescribe therapeutic drugs. Dr. Israel has co-​managed laser eye surgery since it was approved in the U .S. He was credentialed by the Laser Eye Institutes of America and is a member of the Laser Excimer Eye Surgery Pane
