I love this place! Alex is wonderful and honest which is hard to find these days! I will most definitely be a long term customer!

Never in my life have I ever gotten an oil change in 10 minutes. They will literally get you in and out, no bsing and waiting around 2 hours in a lobby full of people. The staff is hard working and professional, they were able to correct a «misdiagnosis» from another company on my vehicle, saving me money and a transmission.

I have been coming here for over 6 years. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars, it’s nice that I know I can trust them and get the best price. I get my oil changes, tune ups, smog check, brakes and the list goes on. Alex and his staff are amazing and I just love their service to be honest!!! Thanks guys for your honesty and amazing service. I am such a bargain shopper and they truly beat the competition.

these people are honest and awesome! Jiffy lube turned me away because supposedly my car was making funny noises when really I think the guys were down on staff. … my dad recommended this place and THANK YOU GOD. I will keep on going to this place because instead of trying to rip me off like most mechanics.. they were so honest and so nice and so quick!

Very good and knowledgeable staff. Alex, the manager, is always very friendly and helpful. They never try to sell me extra stuff I don’t need. These guys are straight up and honest! My car has over 100,000 miles on it and has been brought to this location for service every time since it was purchased new in 2012. I have never had a problem with my car!

This shop is honest and reliable. I’ve been taking my cars here since before 2012. Just yesterday I needed an entire break job done and they worked to bring the price down as much as they could. Alex is a great guy. I take my car here because I trust them. Recommendations are made by Alex usually, about what may need to be replaced or fix on my car, but he will let me know if I could go a couple more months or if it’s urgent.
Take your car here. They will take care of you.

It’s 10:15am on Sunday and they are closed. Their sign says they are open at 9am today, and there is nothing in the window or on the door to indicate otherwise.

Won’t return here. I love when mechanics perform multiple point inspections and bring me the results; however I hate it when I’m bombarded with offer upon offer of items and services I did not request then to receive attitude from the supervisor when I respectfully deny. I can understand if this was a one time thing but I made the mistake of coming here twice only to be showered with salesman guilt. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve returned several times with a couple cars for smog checks, oil changes, and tune-​up services and their professionalism, quick, honest, and speedy work keeps me coming back every time. I’ve trusted my Lexus to these guys knowing they’ll do things right for a great price and I always leave satisfied.

Stopped in again to get a couple of things on my truck looked at. I wanted to see if it was worth recharging freon for better AC performance and to re-​check for oil leaks. Jim was very quick and courteous and performed all checks free of charge. He talked me out of an expensive freon service, which is something I would never expect from an oil lube business. If you want honest quality work done, don’t overlook this place. I can only hope to find a similar one after I move to St Louis next week.

We’ve been bringing our three cars to Alex and his team for over 5 years. He has literally saved us thousands. He and his team have kept our 2001 Saturn, 2002 Dodge Caravan, & 2003 Suburban running like champs! Their prices rock, service is quick, and most importantly… HONEST! I trust them completely and have referred dozens to them.

Took about 20 minutes. Guys were super nice. Will go back. Price was also responsible.

Great place. Fastest and cheapest oil change in the AV. Needed radiator replaced. 400 dollars total. Can’t say enough about how great this place is.

They don’t carry the filter for a 2001 Volkswagen passat!!! Really? Crazy!!!

I been going here since 2005. Every single time I’ve needed an oil change, they got me through quick (I usually get out in 15 minutes, only once in all of these years has it been as long as 30 minutes).
At first, I only used to go here for oil changes. I used to think that, being an oil change place, that they probably couldn’t do other things. That all changed when I had a strange squeak from my engine. I had them look at it, and they thought it might be the fan clutch (my truck has one), but they were so swamped that day they wouldn’t be able to get to it.
Again, at the time I thought that being an oil change place that they probably weren’t going to be right. I took my truck to another place, told them what the guys at Econo-​Lube & Tune said, but the other place said it was the clutch for the transmission. I had a new transmission clutch installed, and the squeak was still there. After replacing a few other things, the other place put a new fan clutch in. (I found out later that the fan clutch was wiggling about ± 45 degrees-​obviously bad). With the new fan clutch in everything was fine after that – But I got charged a lot in the process for unnecessary work, when Econ-​Lube & Tube had it right from the get go.
Since that experience, I go to Econo-​Lube & Tune first and see what they have to say about it. They do more than just oil changes, and they do it better than a lot of the other shops around town. If they can’t do the work, they’ll tell you, and give you a good recommendation on who can.

I had become dissatisfied with the oil change place I had been using and decide it was time to find a new place. Checking on Unilocal I didn’t see many high marks anywhere. After going through all the places in the AV I decided to give Econo Lube a try even though it’s not the closest lube place too me.
I arrived about 10:15 a.m. and saw that the service bays were all filled and there was one car waiting outside. I was hoping that the amount of vehicles meant that people knew that this was a good place although I also thought it would mean that I would have quite a wait.
I pulled up to one of the bays and was greeted and asked if I had been there before, I said that I had not and then was asked to fill out a small form with my address, etc. That done I went to the waiting room and sat down.
The shop and waiting area looked clean. Soon my name was called, I paid and went out just as my car was being driven around. Although I had expected a long wait the grand total from drive up to drive away was only 25 minutes.
I think I have found my new Oil Change place!

Service is usually quick.
Customer service and politeness needs improving.

Good shop. Seem very fair. They were clean and on time north times I took my car in. No problem eversince. They offer rides to my work. I recommend them
