Delicious!!! Came here with a coworker and like always this place never disappoints. Their ice cream and sundaes are delicious!
Staff is super friendly and upbeat AND they have a drive thru!!!

Sorry. This place has some great reviews. We just don’t care for the ice cream, the waffle comes or the high prices. $ 14 for two 2 scoop waffle cone ice creams. We won’t go back.

yummy yummy for my tummy, i love this place usually go here after the golden corral because their desserts suck. table tops have games and they are usually giving free samples of something. birthday cake ice cream and the pomegrante are my favorites, their milk white and chocolate are both really good too! hot summer day or cold blizzard my favorite ice cream place

This is my spot but Oberweis has many other locations. I am sure they are just as good. Best shakes ever, hands down!!! Not crazy about their waffle cones though. Coldstone makes a better one. Fun place to treat your special little one. I take my grandson here when he visits. We have a great time! We read, play games, color, eat good ice cream. Yummmmm!

One of the best Butter Pecan Waffle cones I have ever had!!!
I have never set foot into one of their locations until yesterday and I am ashamed of myself because of it. There is one right by me in Wicker Park. In addition to the ice cream, I bought myself a bottle of milk for $ 2.99 (cheaper than what Jewel charges for it)
This place sells more than ice cream… They have cakes, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, orange juice, lemonade and basically the whole shebang (did I spell that right)! I wish they had Black Walnut :(

Yum. Yum. Yum. I get a case of the yums just reading the name Oberweis. The milk is amazing, even the skim tastes creamy in a way that other milk just doesn’t. The ice cream and treats are incredible. The store’s atmosphere is fun, with games for kids to play with. It’s always well lit and very clean. There’s always a happy face and a free sample to be had. It is pricy, but SO worth it if you have the money. There’s a few ways to save money there — #1 — There’s a free MooLa card that you can register online, it takes a lot to get to the $ 5 off, but it does add up. #2 — They do have a mailing list where you are mailed discounts and special events. #3 — Every once in a while they put coupons in the Valpak, keep your eyes open, they are good coupons! Now I want a chocolate peanut butter shake!

I hate that I work so close to this place AND it has a drive thru. If I suffer from two afflictions, it’s severe laziness and ice cream cravings, especially when I’m bored. Put that together with and Oberweis less than a mile from my gig and I’m in deep doo doo. Well, my waistline is anyway.
I highly recommend the turtle sundae, two scoops thank you. Also, the chocolate shake, that’s served with those little wafer cookie things. Both delicious. They also have pints to go — I LOVE the dulce de leche. Their milk, both white and chocolate is insanely good. I’m not much of a milk drinker, but those don’t last long around my place — and I live alone. Even the eggs are great. Not quite sure what the magic potion is that they obviously inject into everything here, but I’m under their spell. My only saving grace is that it’s getting chilly. Hopefully the cravings will subside for a few months. Wish me luck!
