If you notice a blue cheese or ranch missing when your food comes out, you must tell the server IMMEDIATELY. I had the misfortune of telling my server after the bill came. I was charged for a sauce that was NEVER delivered to my table. My thought was since the sauce wasn’t brought to my table it surely wouldn’t be on my bill. I even asked before my card was ran to have it adjusted. I was told it’s impossible to adjust now. This practice is blatant robbery. I will not be cheated by this location again. It’s a matter of principle, not .89. Do the math. Each lost customer is worth a lot more than eighty nine cents. This would be a good topic of discussion at the next consortium in Clearwater, FL, which is where my next Hooters visit will take place.

Service was quick! Our server knew the prices of all of the menu items. The food came out correctly and quickly. The only thing is the wings weren’t spicy(I got the spicy BBQ, friend got spicy buffalo). Otherwise the wings were fried to perfection.

It’s really hit or miss. Sometimes the servers are great sometimes they do things that make no sense. Today is one of those no sense days. I’m waiting 10 minutes to be seated and there are at least 4 open tables. Plus the rude hosted behind the register doesn’t help. In short… Meh. *** update*** I spoke with a manager. Sort of I’m not really sure if this counts or not… lbs.

This place is straight disgusting last time i went. I’m sorry but if I am running a Hooters franchise restaurant I should be well aware that aside from the food that the draw is for the scantily dressed waitresses. With this said what made this last experience dreadful was the waitress who appeared as if she was ready for her water to break on any given moment, came to take our order. She had no business coming to work in the physical manner that she did. And management should have known better. Im hoping this location gets a new look like the Oaklawn and Merrillville locations have. Until then, i won’t be coming here anytime soon. Place even smells bad and service is way below marginal.

My husband & I love Hooters. We always go to the one on Torrence. We tried the hooters on 95th street… EPICFAIL. So we will stick with what we know. When we want buffalo wings it has to be Hooters. Love the Fried Pickles & the Lots of Tots. I have just recently upgraded to the 3 mile island sauce from the medium sauce. It is the perfect amount of heat for me. Must have my blue cheese dip and my celery sticks to accompany these tasty buffalo wings.

I live in Lansing; usually always order carry out, spending at least $ 60 or more for the entire family. This particular time I wanted to dine in to get hot & fresh food! I had a party of 8 with 2 adults &6 children 14 and under with the youngest being 2 years old. They were very crowded; so to avoid an hour wait we sat at 2 different tables. Stephanie was our waitress, I do understand Bcuz they were crowded it took about 40 min to get our food. We ordered fried pickles & onion rings as an appetizer it came out 10 min after ALL our food arrived. Food was not HOT as if it had been sitting and waiting for everything else to be ready. Bcuz we all were so hungry with kids I didn’t want to send back. Once I received bill it was $ 165 with 20% service charge. Everyone ordered drinks except the 2 year old we still got charged 8 drinks and our waitress had the nerve to say she charged what we ordered. Once she realized she made a mistake she did offer to take off $ 2.69 but I said don’t worry about it Bcuz I had a 2 year old crying and ready to go. In addition we got charged 2 additional ranch sauces for $ 1.59. My 2 year old starting crying. I had my husband take the kids to the car while I waited for her to get me my receipt to sign. A big security guy stopped my husband at the door Bcuz the manager told him to watch us Bcuz I complaining. WTH. Who does that? Once I saw the 20% service charge and how they treated my husband I asked to speak to a manager to adjust my bill. I’m not trying to go to jail for $ 165. That really pissed me off. The so-called Manager was Lynard Harris. He refused to credit the ranch sauces that my kids didn’t touch or order and said no to the extra drink until I guess Stephanie explained that I said don’t worry about it. He took my receipt and claimed he did it. However 2 days later my credit card has not been adjusted. I’ll be calling Corporate tomorrow. For $ 165 bill you have a problem crediting $ 4.27 for items I didn’t get or order??? That’s a BIG problem. What happen to customer service or even apologizing for the problems I complained about. If I want hooters I will have to find a new location not the one 5 min from my house.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Service is decent and I’ve loved their wings up until now. They’re oversized and doesn’t really taste the same as before. I can’t shake the feeling that they’ve been injected to enlarge them. The location on Cicero has the original wings but the service isn’t as good but I’m willing to deal with it until Lansing reverts back.

Ok I come here on lunch all the time with fellow co workers, but today my service was terrible! My waitress Angela was nice and all but she completely ruined lunch for me. I ordered a side Caesar salad, 10 boneless spicy bbq and a Pepsi. I got my Caesar salad right away and that was great. Then she brung out the rest of the order I looked and taste my wings and asked her what kind of sauce was this she said I think Hot. I told her I asked for spicy bbq then she stands there and goes on about how when other people help bring food out the order can be wrong etc. I said it was fine but I’m on lunch can she just bring me a cup of the sauce. Welp I watched her walk around and she never brought me the sauce then she comes back to our table with boxes and still no sauce. So at this point I just asked for the meal to be completely taken off because it’s been sitting there getting cold and once again I’m was on lunch. I work from 8am — 7pm with one lunch time and I didn’t even get to eat. I would’ve stay to speak to the manager but I had to run back to the office. Yes I still had to pay for that Pepsi and side salad without an even sincere apology. Don’t think me and the girls from my office will be back there during lunch.

I called in my order and they were very nice and professional on the phone. Well when I pulled into the lot I pleasantly surprised to see carry out parking in the packed lot. Upon entering the building I was promptly greeted and directed to the carry out counter and they were busy. Destiny rang me up she was very nice and explained what was in each box bagged my order. Although it was a great experience I was disappointed that half of my wings had no sauce on them I don’t ever remember having hooters wings without sauce. I thought I ordered Hot and Hot Chipotle Bbq. The Chipotle were very good and flavorful. The others wear not hot no sauce they were crispy but lacked flavor. Overall it was a good experience.

Their wings made me sick. I don’t know why. The quality of the chicken should be way better, dealing with the price of their wings. Waited 40 mins for a Togo order and didn’t even give me anything to say sorry for the long wait.

I this is my 3rd time coming to this location. It was my 2year old son and I. I ask for a booster seat instead of a high chair. We sat at a higer table. I was happy with that but. The table they sat me at. The two table one in front of me had 6 people were only 4 could seat there so my child had to sit at the end and the other table had a heavier person behind my seat so I had to seat very close to the table. My waiter Beatrice was amazing. But when my food came out the the manager mixed up my wings and gave my son the 3 islandn ones instead of the mild ones. Thank god I checked the food before giving it to him

I was totally upset when I got home. I ordered two 10PC. Boneless wings and geesh I got meat less! Yes, they gave me nothing to desire and to top it off we barely got fries too. I wouldn’t recommend getting take out on a Friday. If I ever have a desire for Hooters, Orland here I come. FYI — I think that takeout orders should get special parking. I didn’t see any.

Let me start by saying I love Hooters. It’s my go to wing place and I never pass up a chance to eat there. With that being said I would not visit this location again. As we walked in today around 430, I was surprised to see we needed to open the second door to the restaurant ourselves. Normally it is opened for us as we are greeted and welcomed to the restaurant. When we walked in we realized the waitresses were too busy arguing and complaining about a party being seated at two tables rather than one. As we awkwardly stood there while an irate waitress ranted on, I finally asked if we would be seated or if we should seat ourselves. We were promptly seated and our waitress was wonderful. I was pleased our experience seemed to be turning around. Our appetizers of pickles and buffalo chicken dip came out right away and were delicious. Then we got our boneless wings. They were just sitting in grease. So much so the wings were soaked in them. We could barely finish our twenty, usually never a problem, and asked for containers. Then we were told we’d have a new waitress due to shift change. Great. No problem. Or so I thought. Had to ask twice for boxes and then wait 10 minutes after that for our check. We waited around to give the waitress our cash, but after another 10 minutes of waiting decided to just leave it on the table. What a totally avoidable disappointing experience. A huge surprise considering the terrific service we always receive at the Orland Park and Joliet locations.

The wings are good but so stones they don’t give you enough sauce on your wings which drives me crazy and the CHARGEYOUFORRANCHANDBLUECHEESE are you freaking serious. And you think they would stop playing their music so people can actually hear what’s going on during the game or something. Slow service

Our work crew used to come here a lot for the delicious chicken wings UNTIL I found feathers on the wings. Not just one feather, but a few on each wing! When I called it to the waitresses attention, she said it was normal. I couldn’t eat the wings after that… gross, low quality chicken. I complained online on their website and never got a response. Won’t go back there again.

Hooter’s is Hooter’s — meh. The wings are wings — meh. The service is meh, too. Nothing is different from any other chain Hooters… Except the girls are really ugly.
