We just moved to Flower Mound and this will be my go-​to car place! This staff was so kind and knowledgable. We even had a mixup about a coupon and even though they couldn’t accept it in the end, they were very respectful. I dealt with Joshua and felt like he was very genuine and never tried to sell me on anything. Very pleased!

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a car shop of any kind, and I’ve had a lot of car problems. Sincerely genuine people all around, super helpful and detailed in explaining things. Oil change was fast and fairly priced and I got an incredibly fair quote for new rotors that were warped and I will be back to get them done here. During my short stay in the lobby I witnessed them tell a man that he had over 1000 miles left till he was due for his next oil change, saying it wasn’t necessary for him to do one yet and that he didn’t want to take his money if he didn’t have to.
I can’t get over how nice and professional everyone was, I did not know places like this existed in an industry that frequently makes money out of taking advantage of people’s lack of knowledge. Could not recommend this place more.

5 STARS. The owner is THE BEST. He is an honest gentleman! I contacted him today about a problem we had with my SUV. I had spilled an entire gallon of RoundUp in my SUV and the smell has been unbearable for the past several days. He suggested I contact the manager at the Kwik Kar Auto Wash next door, which I did. I took it to the Auto Wash and they determined the stuff had penetrated the carpet and they needed the seats removed. I am not mechanically inclined and asked John (the owner) if he could help me. And help me he did. He went over on several occasions (to the car wash) and removed the seats himself. And I could tell he was VERY busy when he went out of his way to do this for me. And after all that, I was willing to pay him and he told me there was no charge. So apparently these kinds of places still exist. The ones where they will go the extra mile to gain your trust and repeat business. Needless to say, he has mine and my wife’s trust and we will take our cars to him for years to come. My wife is also having repairs done to her car at this place as well. As usual, their service is top notch, friendly, and honest. And today was not the first time this auto repair shop has done favors for us. They have demonstrated time and again that they are kind, honest people and have a good, reputable business. Finally an auto service business that makes me feel comfortable as a woman. I was met with a very friendly staff that did not pressure me into buying things I don’t need. Awesome place!!!

Have taken my cars/​bike here a few times for oil changes and inspections.
The team here is quick, courteous and professional. The owner is almost always there and has his eye on operations. If there is ever any question they are quick to address. Free car wash with oil change is a nice perk. Can’t beat it so close to home. Very convenient and they have free wifi while you wait.
