On those bad days at work, I venture to Winghouse to get away have a beer and enjoy a sports game on the tv. Brooke has been my server a few times and is amazing makes me feel like I’m with my friends enjoying my night. The food is always good and drinks are perfect.

Good food great service. Ask for Brooke for your server she is awesome. Love the new Summer menu. Try the pretzel bites

This place is really nice. It is a great mix of food, service, and TV. The service is welcoming as you enter many times the door is opened for you accompanied by a warm smile. The place retains its original dark wood charm.
Tonight I had boneless wings with the Winghouse Sweet Thai Chili and a couple of Yuenglings. First, the Sweet Thai Chili was originally a suggestion by the bartender Sarah. A suggestion that has never failed. The staff has always been willing to help and provide suggestions as well as some of the customers. This really adds to the charm to the place.
The beer was served ice cold and another was offered as the first was almost empty. Cold glass and crisp taste.
Whether you are looking for a TV, beer, or full dinner you won’t go wrong here whether you dine in or carry out.
I enjoy coming here.

I have been a customer at this location for the past few years. They are always very attentive and friendly when I arrive, which is normally for lunch. The waitresses and management have always been helpful and made sure our experience is a good one. I love the food and have tried just about everything on the menu. The Winghouse is a great place to watch a game or a fight and enjoy some good food. We will continue to visit this resturant.

Came here about a week ago and I never complain but it was the worst food I’ve ever had, like the wings and burger I had was terrible, I didn’t send it back because our waitress only came to the table twice the whole time.

We took my 5 year old grand daughter here for dinner and to play some games. No one greeted us like usual. We sat ourselves in the back by the games. A waitress that was serving the large group next to us came over. She explained about buying a wing house calendar and the savings. She took our drink order. She came back and I gave her our food order. We asked about a coupon we purchased from a friend. She said no problem. When the food was brought out by other servers, none was brought for my grand daughter. I waited for the server to come over about 5 minutes. She never did. I hunted her down and told her that my grand daughter never got her food. By the way, I had to get my own silverware. She then told me that my grand daughter’s dinner was taken by another server and she would re-​order it. She was very nice, but a terrible server. When the food finally came, my food was cold. I refuse to eat in front of my grand daughter when she has nothing to eat. I would have given her my food but I ordered hot wings. Finally, when I asked for the check, she came back and told us that her manager refused to honor the 5 free wing coupon. For 5 bucks really? The food and service was terrible. We will not be going back to this wing house, even though the server was very nice and very customer friendly. She needs a lot more training.

The food was just okay. Not much flavor. We ordered 50 wings, and had to pay for the ranch. This was a little foreign seeing that we were at a «wing house». Overall just mediocre, we visited from out of town. Definitely wouldn’t be worth the hassle of going back.

Ok I used to like it here but it has gone downhill as far as customer service. Daytime is good but the nighttime manager is an Ahole. On a Saturday night the service was awful because it was slow and the manager had 3 bartenders cleaning and bored so they were acting like teenagers at a slumber party I get that the guys like that but there were only two regulars enjoying it and we were empty for quite awhile. Obviously day manager told night manager and next time in he was very rude and an ass to me. Done now.

Me and my old lady rolled up to see if the hype was valid at the wing house. You know we ordered that app sampler and it was good good — the wings was alright and curly fries not as good as other places. Sorry It just wasn’t my favorite! I would go back if i needed to ok see y’all

Good food! We always get great service. I really like the boneless wings and the steak Philly wrap. They have happy hour until 8. I think we paid $ 2 for a draft beer. We will be back.

We come here a lot because my son is usually at the hockey arena down the street a few times per week. I love the wings. I usually do the naked wings blackened or the original with Dallas or Hot sauce depending if I’m splitting them with my son or not. My son is also a fan of the Fried Pickles and Chili Cheese Fries. The waitresses are all very friendly and attentive. good atmosphere.

My wife and I and another couple were here today. I had the fish tacos and the wife had a chicken salad. Both were delicious. I had the plain wings which were very overcooked and dry. The other couple had some «Dallas» wings and sliders which they said were good. The waitress was attentive but we had to ask for beverage refills. But the problem came when I got my bill. She had charged me for the sweet potato fries which the server said came with the wings. I paid it without question but deducted it from her tip. We will not be back.

Where to start. We were nicely greeted when we arrived by about six girls who opened the door and from there it went downhill. It is definitely a neighborhood place, if they don’t know your name your SOL!
My husband ordered a beer, I ordered a sweet tea. After a sip, I reordered a sweet-​tea. The waitress replied, oh I mixed up the containers when I was getting it. OK?
We then ordered The chips, salsa and queso. I asked is the queso made with beans or meat? I have an allergy to meat protein. She replied beans. After one bite my husband said don’t eat this, it is meat. We asked again and said can you please check with the kitchen. She came back and said its made with both.
My husband ordered wings and onion rings. I had a sampler platter consisting of onion rings, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. After two rings and one mozzarella stick, I couldn’t eat anymore they were so laden with grease. The food is frozen and dumped in a fryer. If you want cheap, greasy bar food to wash down with a beer this is your place. If you want a decent dinner for the money your going to spend, keep driving.

Solid place for pub food. Never had anything bad here and service is always great. I get the buffalo salad most of the time and change it up with the different sauces. Lots of options.

Well i came back to the Winghouse on Ulmerton. Said i would never put myself through this again but he i am. Service has improved.. food is always good it was just getting it. Bar staff has gotten a lot better at least fit this visit. Hopefully it lasts. I probably will come back so watch for next review.
Joined the Kerr’s club. Says you get a free appetizer. Well that didn’t happen.

The service was crap. Actually, we had no service for all the time we were sitting in there. They had a person at the door to greet, but we kept getting passed up for service. We weren’t even asked our drink order. So we left and are now going to Hooters.

I just didn’t like the boneless wings, I tried 3 different kinds all medicore. Not bad. Not great.
The women are all exceptionally beautiful, every one of them. Tight shorts & low cut T’s leave very little to the imagination.
Lots of TV’s if you want to watch a game.
Service was fast & accurate.
Beer was cold.

So you can’t go wrong with a wing house, or so I thought. First the good, very clean on the inside, staff is friends and they cater to you. Overall I was happy with the attitude. However, the bad. I ordered the 10 wings and asked for all drumstick. I received 4 and got a bunch of other stuff, not what I ordered. Not sure if the kitchen staff wasn’t paying attention or the server was.
I wanted the hot sauce, got mild, asked for ranch and got nothing. Had to ask twice. The beer was cold and on special.
This wing house is an older one, couple of biker gang guys there, and some locals. Although I’d steer clear of this one if your bringing the kids, the overall experience wasn’t too bad.
Had the order been right, I might have been a bit nicer in the review.

It’s a sports bar sorta like the «OTHER» place but with better wings. The place has t.v.s all over so you will not miss one sports event currently playing. Its simple but efficient. The wait staff is very friendly and courteous and the place has always been clean when I have been there. NOW on to the wings, my hubby always gets his sloppy (with ex sauce) I prefer the buffalo chicken sandwich, it has a huge piece of breaded chicken on a bun with buffalo sauce, cheese, tomato, onion and I like blue cheese instead of mayo. The have all the good beers and several on tap. I like this place good food at a good price But see for you self I bet you will be back.
