Absolutely terrible. Horrible customer service. Driver is clearly lying about his delivery attempts and the owner blames the customer and defends her driver. This lady was so blatantly rude to me over the phone when I told her there was no possible way her driver rang my doorbell today since I have been home all morning waiting in silence for the flowers. She had the nerve to respond saying «what was my driver supposed to do break your window so he could leave you your flowers? You didn’t answer the door so he left!» NEVER use this lady’s floral shop. She shouldn’t even have one to begin with.

Absolutely, hands down the worst service I have ever had. I ordered from Telefora and the flowers were suppose to be delivered to my sisters place of business on Wednesday. Wed, came no flowers. I called telaflora and they said they would contact the company they gave my order to. I was assured they would be delivered Thursday. Thursday came still no flowers. Telaflora gave me the direct number to this company and they said that they tried to deliver the flowers and was told by the girl at the front desk my sister didn’t work there. This company is a secured company and there was no possible way this was told. Also, to add insult to injury my sister is friends with gal at the front. I called my sister and she checked the front. Nothing like that ever happened. So again I called back this horrible company and then the story changed to oh I talked to the person on the phone at the front desk and she said the girl was no longer there. Interesting enough since the number they have for the company that I gave was my sisters secretary and my cell phone. Another Lie. Friday afternoon flowers arrived. I had already ordered flowers from another reputable company and did not go through telefora so I knew exactly who I would be giving my business too. When I called on Friday just to check the status on my sisters flowers. (not that she needed them because I got her other ones) but to see if I could get a refund. They told me no they are already out to be delivered and would be at her office by 5:00pm Friday afternoon. I was annoyed and said really its 10 am and these should have been delivered Wednesday and you wont have them to her until 5pm? The rude lady on the phone said she wold give me a 40% discount on my next order. I laughed and said no thanks I will pass. The flowers showed up in the late afternoon and they looked like they had been made Tues or wed.

Got these flowers as a gift the Monday after Valentine’s Day and they are definitely the LEFT OVERS no one wanted. They all died within one day. The water was gross and some of the flowers never even bloomed. Very disappointing, they were probably very expensive too!

This place if awful. I went in to pick up some carnations for a work thing (just single flowers, not anything fancy) and I wasn’t acknowledged for several minutes. Finally I put in my order. Up front they had three people managing orders, a confused and lost driver, several people in the back etc. what pissed me off was I handed the lady my credit card for the purchase and they couldn’t run it if someone was on the phone. So I ended up waiting way too long for my credit card to go through. At the same time the manager was talking to somebody who was supposed to have their flowers delivered yesterday. It just seemed like a big mess, very mis managed with poor customer service skills to EVERYBODY that came in their path, not just me. Avoid!

We ordered a bridal bouquet and asked for delivery before 3 pm. We followed up with an email stating we wanted reassurance about hotel delivery. When we checked in we sent another email stating our room number. On the day of the wedding we called around 1 pm and were told it was on the truck. We called again at 2:30 and were told it was on the truck. They asked what time the wedding was and when told 4 they said we had plenty of time. At 3:50 the flowers were delivered to the wrong room. When the bellhop recovered them we were disappointed to see they sent a wilted bouquet in a VASE. They looked NOTHING like what we ordered. We had to take the ribbon off the vase and tie it around the stems and affix with safety pins. Naturally we were not satisfied with the product. I am asking for a refund.
