Advanced Eyecare

I have been a patient since shortly after they opened. Even though I no longer live in their neighborhood, it is well worth a trip across town. Dr. Brian Miller is an amazing doctor. In addition to his fantastic ‘people skills’ he is very hands on and exams my eyes TOTALLY. He watched the progression of my cataracts and referred me to an eye surgeon. The procedure went well.
Dr. Miller is concerned and thorough. He is a committed professional. As long as I am a Las Vegas resident, I will be his patient.
Let me add… the office staff is knowledgeable, caring and always positive in helping with the exam and my selection of glasses.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 – 5 years now and have always had nothing but great experiences here. Linda and Carrie are my girls! Every time I come in we always have a great time and catch up with life and how everyone is doing. Very friendly environment! Doctor Brian is great and very precise. I’ll definitely continue coming here!

Love Dr. Brian Miller he is the best! Being going here for about 8 years plus. Staff is pretty friendly. I will say because it is such an awesome place getting an appointment can be tough. The new location on Durango is super nice!

The front desk clerks were friendly and quick to greet me. I arrived 30 min early and got seen at my appointed time so I guess arriving early is advised. In the air blow test the assistant asked obvious questions such as «are you wearing contacts?» (Umm, I’m wearing my glasses rite now) followed by others. I then got sent back to the seating area and waited another 30min until finally seen by the same assistant as earlier, she questioned me more and then sent Ngo, Julie OD who asked the same questions as the assistant, I would of liked for there to be more communication between the two for the process to have been smoother and non-​repetitive. Regardless, Ngo, Julie OD was very knowledgeable and informative.
*I am an out of pocket patient so to others the same I will inform that they charge $ 105 for visit and as for me $ 40extra for a prescribed medication* That seemed a little outrageous to me as I did not go in for an eye exam neither did I get one, but being that I was anxious to be seen about a red eye I took a same day appointment.

If I could give more stars I would! Aleida was assisting me on purchasing glasses and truly went above and beyond. We had been trying to get in all day somewhere for an appointment and ended up somewhere that didn’t have any frames that fit my face. We walked into advanced eye care with a prescription and they were warm and welcoming :) They had a wide variety of Oakley frames (my absolute favorite) and other name brands. Their prices are definitely good for the quality and Aleida was very understanding in helping us find exactly what we were looking for without pushing us past what we needed. Beyond amazing experience here! I’ll be recommending this eye care facility to everyone I know!!!

The front office, patient room and equipment are clean. The staff that helped me were very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding my exam. At no time did I feel rushed by the doctor as Lens Crafters has done in the past. They have a good selection of low to high end eye wear at competitive prices as Sunglass Hut and Lens Crafters do. I found a really nice black Dolce & Gabbana frame and my eyewear was ready in 8 business days. This was pretty quick with my insurance which has taken up to 3 weeks sometimes at my old optomitrist in California.

Great staff… great doctor. They answered my questions with thorough answers and never acted rushed to get to the next person.

Do your eyes a favor and go here! The most amazing optometrist experience ever. Front desk was very nice and friendly. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Ngo. You won’t find her on their website, but she needs to be on the front page!
Dr. Ngo was very attentive and explained everything. And I mean everything. She walked me through all the tests, explained why they were necessary and shared all the results right there. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient she had to see, but like a priority. Dr. Ngo made sure I walked out of the office happy with my prescription. I could actually see! Can’t say enough nice things about her!
The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was like best friend who wouldn’t let you leave the house in an ugly outfit. She made sure I picked a frame that looked great on me.
But don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself!

I have been coming here for the last two years. I have received both contacts and glasses. The staff has always been professional, courteous, efficient, and helpful. The exams are fast, but thorough and they make sure to explain everything they are doing. The ladies are super nice and helpful when you are picking out glasses, and will give their honest opinions as to which ones look best on you. They are helpful when it comes to you understanding your own eye vision insurance and what will be the best deal for you. They also provide you with eye glass cleaner and will give you free refills for whenever you run out. Great place!

Awesome place to go for your next eye exam. My children saw Dr. Brian Miller he was fantastic. I saw the female Dr she was okay but definitely felt more comfortable with Dr. Miller. Next year I will make sure to see him. The office is up to date with all of the latest technology.

There for routine exam and update my frames. I was in and out of the office quickly. Staff was helpful & knowledgable! Nora made the process of updating my frames fun and easy. Highly recommend their services. Easy to find and in good location.

Was very pleased with my 1^st visit here, which was a few weeks ago. My visit was for me and my two children. The doctor was easy to deal with and very professional. One thing I loved was the fact that they didn’t push product on you– my daughter needed a very very light prescription and the doctor basically said she is fine without glasses for now. The variety of glasses/​frames were on par with other places I’ve been to. My only complaint would be the price of the glasses/​frames; I think they were a bit high but nothing outrageous. I will definitely be returning next year.

I’ve been going to the Miller Brothers for the last couple of years and I love them. My Glaucoma Doctor referred them to me. So I see them several times a year, they are great and help me keep my Glaucoma under control.
My husband and I both see them, and we highly recommend this practice. It really doesn’t matter which doctor you see, you receive great care. The assistants and front office staff are courteous and efficient… I’m not changing anytime soon :)

Love Dr. Mark. My husband and I have been happy customers for many years. I’ve had plenty of rushed negative experiences with other eye doctors. Happy to say I’ve found a happy place to stay!

So, I stopped in for my annual check-​up. The Dr. (Brian Miller) saw something that he didn’t like, and scheduled a second appointment. In both cases, the Dr. and the staff were VERY professional. Dr. Brian Miller took all of the time that I needed to understand his concern. He spoke at a level that I could understand and presented my options. I asked, If I were your family member, what would you suggest? I was very pleased that he answered honestly and without hesitation. The office and equipment are state of the art, you’re going to love it here.

I’ll try to refrain from breaking into the entire song, but I really can see clearly now! Getting an eye examination and a new pair of spectacles makes all the difference in my vision, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Mark and the staff at Advanced Eyecare.
I came here as a first-​time patient who hadn’t had an eye exam in years. The entire exam process from start to finish was smooth. Unlike my previous doctor, Dr. Mark was personable and took his time examining my eyes.
When it comes to selecting the right frames, there are plenty of styles and designer brands to choose from, making it difficult to settle for just one. Fortunately, with the help of one of the staff members who’s in charge of the eye wear, I was able to pick out a perfect set of frames easily.
Customer service overall is stellar, and they do an excellent job at reminding you of appointments and when your glasses are ready for pick up. Also, there’s none of that having to fill out paper work in the office. All forms are sent directly to you before your visit.
I have nothing left to say other than I’m incredibly pleased with my experience at Advanced Eyecare.
