I called on Monday to make an appointment for an eye exam. The receptionist was fantastic. She called to verify my insurance benefits and called me back almost immediately to confirm the coverage. Then she got me scheduled based on my schedule. When I arrived, the whole process was incredibly smooth! Dr. Wong was very nice and the exam was quick. I would definitely recommend this office.

Brought my 10 year old as a walk in since he didn’t pass his basic eye exam during his physical with his primary doctor. As I was explaining this to Dr. Wong, I didn’t realize that my son was starting to feel overwhelmed. When I was finished, we both looked over to my son and he had tears in his eyes. Dr. Wong was great with his approach in making my son feel comfortable!

It took me months to finally come here. I dread the eye Dr. like most people dread the dentist! Dr. Wong’s office is located on the opposite side of town from me, but honestly when you find a place that provides great quality care, the drive is worth it. He was very patient and thorough with me when it came to educating me on my plan of care and unbeknownst to most patients this is the standard we all should look for when we Unilocal our next optometrist. I was recommended by a friend and to pay it forward I would definitely recommend him to every one else. Tell him I referred you ;D you definitely won’t regret it!

Dr Wong did see me again and that’s why I changed it to 3 stars. Although times are posted, every time I came in, they were closed early (5pm said if they don’t have any appointments, they close early.) or out to lunch (at 3pm and 330pm). I never came in and not waited. One time, a different on call dr was in and she couldn’t take me but finally said she would but it would take over 30 minutes. When I had already been waiting 45 minutes for them to come back from lunch. (It was 3pm) and had to leave to get my kid from school so I couldn’t.
