Align Chiropractic

Purchased groupon for alignment to check out. Cracked my neck which was awesome turned me to each side and tried to crack back. Then he had his assistant put some kind of therapy on my back. Alarm sounded off after 10 minutes and I sat there and waited… No one checked up on me… 20 minutes go by and someone finally realized that I was still in the room.
Not really impressed except for the neck crack. I’ll give one star for the adjustment, and zero stars for employees who left me in the room.
No greeting in the way out or apology for leaving me in the room. Wouldn’t recommend.

A Chiropractic practice is only as good as the Doctor who is treating the patient. One bad adjustment and a customer won’t go back.
I’ve been going to this location for over five years and when Dr. Q was running the office. After Dr Q. stepped away from the practice there has been a rotation of Doctors at this location with mixed to poor results.
Unfortunately, the current Doctor’s performance has been underwhelming which has forced me to go to another Align office for chiropractic treatments.
Admin staff are friendly and will do their best to squeeze you in without an appointment. The Chiro Assistants are consistently top notch and caring and do a very good job with prepping you for an adjustment.
This company offers a free first time visit and they have very competitive pricing for cash customers who want to buy a package of treatments.

Dr. Sabol was professional and knowledgeable. My first visit was free and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The girls at the front were nice as well as Dr. Sabol’s assistants. The place was clean and quiet. Perfect for what I needed. I’ll be back soon!

This place is a ripoff. They charged me an unbelievable amount per visit. My insurance usually allows for 30 visits a year. I saw this chiro 7 times and I was basically maxed out. The doc just pops a few bones and wham bam you are out. It took 5 visits before they even did an XRay. I did my research and went to a Gonstead Chiropractor. Dr. Grimes. He did a thorough exam including X-​rays and a full diagnostic before he started adjusting. A lazy chiropractor can cause damage and overcharge. Beware. I’m sick of being ripped off and want to make potential clients aware.

My wife started coming to Align because Dr. Sabol works with patients with Menieres. We have been extremely happy with her treatments so far. I normally accompany her and wait in reception and have observed the most professional, supportive staff I have ever seen.
I saw a photo on this site submitted by Bobby A about the ‘drill’. This piece of equipment has been essential to my wife’s treatment. It has helped substantially with her Menieres symptoms. Nothing to fear there!

All the employees here are extremely supportive of whatever pain you’re going through. When I first went in for therapy and adjustments I wasn’t able to walk but after a few weeks I wasn’t limping anymore and I say goodbye to crutches and hello to walking on my own. Dr. Sabol is the man in making you abol to do the weekly activities and sports you’d like to be doing. I’m starting to sit up straight without itching for my back to be cracked and rubbed. Great place to go if you’re wanting to be made brand new again!

Didn’t get fully aligned because my back is really tense. But I was very nervous upon my first visit. They made me feel a little at ease and did there best with what they can do on my first visit. Definitely going back. Chiropractor was very funny nice and professional. Staff was nice warm and welcoming.

I came here after having a… less than stellar… experience with a different Chiropractor. This place is really great, and I feel like they really pay attention and try to help.

I love this place. I have been seeing Dr Q for over 3 years now. I saw him with my first pregnancy and for this one as well. When I am pregnant I get really bad tendinitis in my shoulders. My first pregnancy I saw an orthopedic Dr who referred me to a physical therapist, which didn’t help at all. This time I mentioned it to Dr Q and he told his staff to «scrape» my tendons. I immediately had full range of motion again for several weeks. Now when I get a flare up I just go to align. My husband had also been going for 3 years as well. I love the therapy you get with your adjustment. My husband and I have been seeing chiropractors for over 10 years in different cities and align and Dr Q and his staff are by far the very best. Easy to get same day/​walk in appointments with little to no wait time. I have no complaints. Don’t worry if the waiting room is full when you show up, that usually means Dr Q is on that day and it’s still less than 10 mins wait time.

Billed $ 1500 for 10 min consultation, showed Unilocal coupon, 1^st visit but ignored and billed it anyway. $ 1500, Ridiculous. Not good business practice, their service is not ok.

Been having back pain/​shoulder pain. A friend went here and had great results. Just in two visits I feel great. Still have more treatments to go, but on the right track. Dr’s and staff are friendly and professional.

In December of last year, I had a bad experience with the scheduler at this office. However, after writing a review about the unpleasant experience, I had the Dr. and the office manager contact me to try and do whatever they could to make the situation right. Not many businesses actually take responsibility for their wrong doings and I am very impressed with the follow up I received. Great massages and the female Dr. at the office is very sweet.

They accept walk-​ins so I dropped in to get my usual adjustments. The front Desk could be a little more organized, but they are definitely very friendly.
I was quickly called to one of the treatment rooms and was assisted by a very professional and compassionate assistant who would then prepare me for the Chiropractor with electric therapy. The assistant who I failed to retain her name applied the electric therapy all over my back and neck. This is not painful but feels interesting at first as it makes your muscles contract involuntarily, and once she is done about 5 – 10 minutes later you already start to feel relief.
The Chiropractor seemed younger than me and very petite and I thought to myself oh boy she really has her work cut-​out with me but she was awesome! The cracking noise can be a bit intimidating but gosh do you feel amazing afterwards! Really great Chiropractic care!
They also offer massage therapy and accept most insurances but I would recommend checking with your insurance first because I paid the full price of $ 40 pending insurance co-​pay coverage.

Fast and easy adjustment and even got a pretty decent massage for a great price! If you need a quick fix and a nice easy massage, this is your place!

Dr. Durso is amazing :) she’s tiny but she can CRACK! Very happy. In no more pain. :D

I came here after having been in an auto accident. The staff is great and the doctors are awesome too. Being new to the area and in pain, I did my homework and found that they had really good reviews. I won’t go to another Chiropractic place as long as I live here. I’m truly happy and feel much better for coming to them. They have made a huge difference in my recovery from my injuries.
After contacting them for my first visit they have taken amazing care of me and everything was easy. I’ve never had a problem and they are a very busy place. They’ve squeezed me in the few times I didn’t have an appointment and have been extremely active in checking on my recovery status.

Came here yesterday for my first adjustment and really didn’t know what to expect. The staff and doctor were very nice and I was in and out in a breeze feeling much better after having some back aches lately. The doctor did a great job at re-​aligning my back, while reassuring me the entire time since I’m sure I appeared nervous… I mean you’re being put in weird positions and having your back and bones cracked! She also explained what she thought had caused my aches afterwards. Cash price is $ 40 for an alignment, although I believe if you were in an accident or have some kind of ongoing medical issue, your insurance may cover it.
I had come here before for massages and let me tell you, the masseuses here have crazy strong hands because the pressure is extremely firm and it feels like they’re trying to push the pain and aches out of your body! Massages start at $ 45.
I would recommend making an appointment if you decide to come here because although they do take appointments, they always seem busy and fully booked when I stop by.

I had a groupon deal for a $ 25 massage from Align and I was really happy with my massage therapist. All my kinks were gone and I felt very comfortable. The office was busy when I had my appointment and the front desk staff seemed a bit harried… two «doctor» types were standing around chatting with each other while the poor front desk gals were doing their best to keep everyone in line (align? ha ha).
Regular massages are $ 45/​hour. Don’t come here if you are wanting a «spa» experience, as this is not a spa! Come here if you want a more clinical massage experience.
