Called this placed because it was in network with my insurance, my first phone call and it was not very pleasant. My first question was are you accepting new patient? response: hmm yeah with a not so nice tone. second question do you accept Cigna? uhhh yeah, hold on a minute. before I could say anything I was placed on hold. NO NO NO! I will not be scheduling a appointment here. Bad phone ethics, doesn’t this receptionist know that the initial call is one of the most important part of customer service and office representation.

I love the Centennial Wellness Center! The staff is amazing and environment is pleasant! Doctor Buda and Desiree does amazing work and I always feel like 100% better when I leave the office.
