Always & Forever Weddings and Receptions

We booked the gazebo for our ceremony site un-​seen (no reception). We were very happy when we showed up and were the only customers there. The gazebo on the lake is beautiful and the staff made me, my groom and our guests feel very welcome. The photographer was gracious enough to take pictures with all my friends and family’s cameras. She had them all wrapped around her poor neck at one point and just kept shooting. The officiant was genuinely funny and the vows were more than basic which is all we paid for so I thought that was nice. The only complaint I have are that they walked us around the building instead of through it to discuss the license and my dress picked up all of the droppings from the pine trees that surround the area. It was filthy and everyone noticed at the reception. Luckily, we had already taken pictures. I don’t really think about that when I play through the memories in my mind. It was a wonderful day and we had a great time.

If you want a picturesque wedding in a beautiful garden without the huge price tag this is the place for you. There is a stigma associated with getting married in Las Vegas, everyone always assumes you’re going to one of the many little white chapels that line the streets of las Vegas but the staff of always and Forever and each of their venues blow that stigma out of the water. I got married at the heritage garden or lake side garden venue on 10÷14÷15 and it was literally beyond my expectations, something out of a fairytale! First of all, let me just say that the owner/​manager Raquele (hope I’m spelling that right) is an absolute angel. We had some unfortunate circumstances come up during the planning phase and she was so understanding and kind in dealing with the issue’s as they came up. She is very organized and incredibly accommodating and without her reassurance and help I never could have pulled the kind of wedding I had off. We live in Arizona so picking a venue site unseen can be nerve racking to say the least but the venue was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. From the moment you arrive on your big day you are greeted by the staff and they have everything set up and ready to go for you. My guests were ushered to their seats and I was taken to the bridal suite where I was introduced to my minister and photographer. They both gave me a run down of how everything would go and it was so easy! All I had to do was show up! Our minister was upbeat and funny and our photographer was incredibly sweet and patient with all our guests who were trying to snap pics all while she was trying to make sure our pics had our sunset in the background. I think I was more flustered by the guests delaying the professional pics than she was lol. I just can’t say enough about Always and Forever. They are the best of the best! I have been to more than my fair share of Vegas weddings and despite the fact that this was my own wedding, I’d have to say it was the most beautiful and best orchistrated one I’ve ever been to. It was so incredibly special getting to work with all of you and I’m so grateful to you guy’s for making my wedding day more than I ever could have imagined it to be! I truly hope that in 10 or 20 year’s when we decide to do a vow renewal that we can come back to you guy’s! Thank you SOOOO much from the Cooke’s, you guy’s will always have a special place in our heart’s!

Great Location but it ends there! Wedding started with very rude staff at this facility. Promised bridal bouquet = actual 6 roses with a ribbon around it. Our maid of honor had a better looking $ 5 bouquet that we made compared to the bridal bouquet provided in the package. Our ceremony was not as discussed, we had to force our own vows into our ceremony. Improper unity sand ceremony and a the officiant was rude to my bride. Décor was not as discussed. The included video was a joke my 10 year old niece could have done a better job. Now 2 weeks after our wedding we are still trying to retrieve our included pictures. Once we can or if we ever do see them it is going to take another 3 – 6 weeks to get our actual photos. I worked at many wedding venues during my career as a caterer and this place is the most unprofessional and rude I have ever been to. We would have been better off with Elvis on the strip!!!

I was so blessed to have come across Always and Forever Weddings! I live in Northern California, and didn’t want to pay through the nose just because I had an «ocean» view. My husband and I spoke with Raquel over the phone and via email, after a week we set the appointment and met for a tour of the facility, we signed the contract and put our deposit down on site!!! The staff was amazing and very attentive both before and during our wedding. The views of the lake are breath taking and make for some stunning photos! The food and cake was delicious!!! My guests were full but we all made room for the cake which was insanely good! They offer everything in the wedding packages: dj, photographer, videographer, officiant, food, open bar, table linens, cakes and so much more. I cannot say enough about this team of great people. Thank you Raquel and staff for giving my new husband and I the wedding of our dreams! Our guests had such a great time and we cannot stop looking at the pictures!

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because of the gorgeous view otherwise i would give it only 1. The lady that greeted me on the day of our wedding was rude. The flowers were just 6 plain red roses and nothing more. The silk one i made my maid of honor way outdid mine! The officiant was unprofessional scripted and so «unfeeling». He had no emotion or anything. Me and my fiancé wrote our own vows and he preceded to do «traditional“ones. I had to remind him about our written ones and then he gave me attitude. I was very disappointed on how he officiated so i gave him his $ 75 fee (which is high for the service you recieve) and nothing more for which he made a rude comment about me not «tipping» him. The photographer was hurried and uncaring. She just had the attitude of «lets just get this over with» Thank goodness i had someone snapping pictures right behind her. I was very disappointed with this place and the $ 1000 i paid was not even worth it. I wish i could get some of it back. I feel they didnt treat me the same because i wasnt paying top dollar for one of their reception packages (i had reception elsewhere) and for that they treated me like they didnt want my business. Think twice before getting married here. Even though venue is quite beautiful

I got married on June 1^st 2015, at their lake side gazebo. The setting and the back drop was amazing, getting married right before the sunset was amazing! Everyone who I worked with was super helpful and don’t have a complaint about any of the staff at all. Everything was beautifully decorated and looked wonderful, exactly what I was expecting. The DJ was great as well. The nice thing about this place is that everything is included and so you don’t have to worry about anything! Also the cake that they made was delicious, best wedding cake that I’ve had!
The not so good was the food. I thought it was actually horrible, and barely ate anything. My father said that several people said the food was far from good. The bartender was actually kind of a jerk and did not look happy to be working there. And then also the photographer. We ended up hiring a outside photographer because I was not liking the photos they had on the website. You have to pay more to have a outside photographer there, but to me it was worth it. The photos that I’ve seen from the place just didn’t look professional to me.
Other than the food I would recommend this place to anyone!

This is not the envisioned «little white chapel» Vegas wedding — this is the picturesque classy wedding you want to have in Las Vegas!
We absolutely loved the location for the ceremony, basking in the sunset overlooking the lake. It was so picturesque, especially with the streaks of pink and purple on the horizon reflecting off the lake. Most importantly beyond the setting and the venue, I cannot express how much we appreciated the patience (and efficiency) of the entire staff. Everyone we talked with commented how nice and accommodating the entire staff of Always and Forever was. I can personally attest to how seamless and easy the whole wedding planning process was, and how helpful you all were every time I called with questions. All our guests commented about how amazing the whole night was, and I almost felt a little guilty taking the compliments, given how easy your team made the night!
Throughout our wedding night, we always felt that the A&F team had everything under control, you let us know where we needed to be and what was coming up next, and helped us have a spectacular evening with our loved ones, without worrying about anything! Thank you, we could not have asked for anything more.

I was recently married on 5÷16÷15 at the Heritage Garden and I must say nothing could have been more perfect. It was worrisome not knowing exactly what you are getting into when you’re an out of state bride and you’ve never seen the place in person, but when I tell you I’m glad that I trusted them with my wedding… I’m SO GLAD I fell back and let them handle EVERYTHING! The flowers were perfect, they were on time, the photographer was professional and the venue GORGEOUS! Highly recommended.

Was married in April 2015. The first impression of the outside is just terrible. Outside location is basically a strip mall. Inside was very small. Narrow hallways for the restroom. Outside was beautiful. unless you’re a bride trying to walk down the aisle and not have your heel get stuck in the old cracking deck that leads to the gazebo. I tripped. Really memorable for the DVD…
I didn’t have many details for my wedding. I asked for two bow colors on the gazebo and a ribbon on a chair to honor my mother in law who passed away. None of which was set up when I peeked out of the tiny bridal room. I will say it was taken care of right away though.
They also tell you to arrive early to make sure you’re on time, however they would not let us in the building until exactly 30 mins before our time. It was so freaking hot out, my makeup was coming off.
I guess you really do get what you pay for. It was a lovely ceremony, just a lot of annoying little things.
Positive: my flowers were beautiful, the people were helpful, the background of the ceremony was absolutely stunning. With a little adjusting, this place could really be amazing.

We had our vow renewal at the lakeside location and the view was amazing. I liked the ease of having everything in one place and not have to deal with all the vendors. The flowers were beautiful as well as the centerpieces. The cake was also very pretty. All the staff were curteous and polite during the wedding. Since it was a destination wedding, we had some difficulties scheduling the drop off appointment for the items we wanted used in the wedding. They wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment earlier so I didn’t book an earlier flight and felt really rushed and stressed a few days before the wedding. Some of the guests thought the bartender was rude or grumpy. The food was ok. A little cold for me. For the price we paid, the overall experience. The DJ was amazing. She was very sweet and polite. She listened to all the requests from both families. I can’t wait to see the photos that the photographer they provided took.

Always and Forever Weddings is using stolen photos on their website and on a YouTube video. These photos are of Valley of Fire weddings and were taken by Melissa and Trey Tomsik of Scenic Las Vegas Weddings. This is illegal.

After having our venue near our home cancel on us last minute due to structural issues, I felt panicked. We called multiple places in San Diego that were all booked or couldn’t accommodate a last minute request. We came to Vegas after finding this place online.
We had our wedding here in Feb of 2013. It was absolutely perfect! The center pieces, lighting, food, atmosphere, etc was all exceptional. They were accommodating to requests and last minute changes! Everyone I met who worked here was nice and caring. You didn’t feel like you were in Vegas. I think you get more than you pay for here. I would highly recommend this place.

On 9÷19÷14 I got married and we got so lucky as this was the first and ONLY venue we looked at. They paid close attention to the hot pink and black detail that we chose for our wedding and threw in some surprises that was amazing! Upgraded our center pieces and put a designed table cloth on the table that matched my décor! All the ladies (and gentleman) that I encountered were so polite and accomodating. Honestly I got worried at a bridal show, when looking at different decorations for weddings and cakes and food, that I was going to miss out on all of that experience! I know and never will ever regret my decision! The food was amazing too! And I watch «4 Weddings» on TLC, so I can be very critical! We chose the Asian Flank Steak, and Fettuccine, and it was so delish! The photographer was so polite and captured the best of our special day. Oh and the DJ!!! We wanted the hype of our wedding at a 5! and she did amazing! The venue included everything! Saved me and my husband time and headaches from running around town trying to pick things out. Oh and for the brides and grooms contemplating this venue that have uhhhh, controlling parents, they will ABSOLUTELY do what you and your fiancé want! After all it is your day! Thank you all again and I strongly encourage you all to visit Always and Forever!

I just got married on Saturday at the Lakeside Garden venue through Always and Forever. Everything went so PERFECT!!! The staff was fantastic and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect ceremony. Thank you for everything Always & Forever for making my every wish come true.

My husband and I could not have been happier! We got married at 7:00 PM on August 9, 2014. First off, I arrived a little early and they had no problem letting me into the bridal room right away. Upon arriving, I was AMAZED at how beautifully the place was decorated. I had dropped of some decorations the day before and they found a place for everything and made everything look perfect and beautiful. Despite not having a rehearsal, everything went very smoothly. The staff walked everyone through everything, and it all went very well. The wedding on the gazebo was beautiful. The pastor was very sweet, asked me questions about what I wanted and performed a great ceremony. The photographer was very nice and took many pictures that we cannot wait to see. The staff did an excellent job. They were friendly and on top of everything the entire evening. For dinner we selected the Asian flank steak, chicken, pasta and potatoes. All the food was delicious and our guests really enjoyed it. Everyone liked the fact that they didn’t have to choose between the steak and chicken. If they wanted both, they were given both. My husband and I really liked that when he and I requested a song from the DJ, they would play it immediately. We are glad we added an extra hour to the reception as the night flew by. We would definitely recommend Always and Forever Gazebo weddings.

Ok so to start the wedding ceremony on the gazebo was beautiful! The officiant was superb and very likable. Our wedding assistant for the day was amazing and very helpful and tried her best to fix things that went left to the best of her ability. I wish I had a relative videotaping because the videographer dropped the camera during the ceremony and the cd was very poor quality. The photographer was a bit overbearing, but captured some great shots and even danced with us during the reception. I say the reception was butchered because everything was running about a hour behind schedule so we were promised extended reception time since we were the last wedding of the day, but our reception came to an abrupt halt when the groom and I were thanking guest outside imagine my surprise when all of our guest came outside and said dj ended our reception! Also we gave a pretty detailed packet and song list… The dj announced us by the wrong name and we had to yell across the room out correct last name! Aside from being introduced to our guest as mr and mea wrong name it was anything but the high party atmosphere we requested and our song list was ignored while the dj played just a few of te songs from our list and whatever else she wanted while the majority of the evening the lights were very bright in the room even though I asked the be dimmed and the dance floor remained empty aside from the hyper kids who enjoyed any song. The food was so bad that the groom and I were going to order pizza for our guest because guest were leaving early to go get food, it was so embarrassing! I couldn’t believe all the detail in the packet and how good the menu appeared to be and I felt like we were being served cafeteria slop, the Alfredo pasta lacked sauce… they ignored my request for seasonal veggies and served green beans! The best thing I had to eat that night was the fruit and cheese and bread rolls! We had a cash bar but the dj didn’t announce to the guest that they had the option of sodas and juice for free or alcoholic beverages for purchase. Our reception was abruptly ended without regard for the rest of the program such as our thank you toast, our garter toss and bouquet toss were all skipped!!! It was a very disappointing and hectic evening that embarrassed us in front of family and friends that traveled so far for an enjoyable experience. I definitely look forward to a do over elsewhere where we can really get our money’s worth and enjoy our day! We had high hopes for this place and what it offered, If I lived closer I would’ve sued after this experience! My wedding day memories will forever be chaotic!

These people are top notch! Oh and Debbie Gibson was having dinner next door and decided to stop in, which was pretty cool too!
I really cannot say enough good things, the venue was amazing, so beautiful! The team was adaptable to all the changes we had to make, trouble shooting to accommodate issues as they arose and they even matched their outfits to our wedding colors so they blended in.
I think the best part was how easy it was to just have someone take care of everything.
My only note is to make sure to mention any food options or adjustments you need. I forgot and there was cream on everything so I didn’t eat much as a non-​dairy consumer. Regardless! I highly recommend Always & Forever Weddings, their team will make sure your dreams are made a reality!

Nice little reception staff was nice and the prices are descent for those with a budget. Only thing I didn’t like is the set up you have to walk through this narrow hallway and the bar is an awkward place.
The outside it reminds me of San Jose and older neighborhood but pretty

Let me start off by saying, overall am satisfied with our wedding ceremony at their Lakeside Garden and our wedding reception at the Lakeshore reception site.
The Pros:
The setting is lovely.
The cake turned out beautifully and was delicious.
Some of the pictures were really nice.
DJ was fantastic.
We went with an open bar and while limited on selection, the bartender made good drinks.
Waldorf salad and the mashed potatoes tasted great,
They set the tables up beautifully.
Limo driver was on time and professional
Overall price was great. We had a full on wedding w a 3 hour reception for 30 guests w a dove release, 2 venues, open bar (which we added Malibu rum to for me), 3 tier cake, all pictures included, 3 bags of petals for throwing during pictures, champagne toast, DJ, video of ceremony, salad and buffet dinner and it cost us about $ 6500. to Always and forever. (We did purchase shuttle service separately and of course our stay in Vegas).
We added a dove release for $ 250 plus 18% gratuities and taxes. The guy that was in charge of the doves was extremely professional. Much to our delight, he brought 5 doves. We got the initial release pictures & more after w the others. The photographer missed the second release of doves
The Cons:
They did not always get back to my emails in a timely fashion; sometimes it took them a week or more and I would have to resend the email at times.
They had the limo pick us up at the same time that they told me to have the shuttle pick the guests up at the hotel. I mentioned that I did not want to arrive at the same time and I was told that the shuttle will take longer to get there. I saw my guests at the hotel when we were all leaving for the wedding and the shuttle literally followed the limo to the ceremony site. I saw them again once we got to the site. The 30 minutes that they give you is not enough time to get into the changing room and change into your dress. The wedding started 15 minutes late as a result and our picture time in the garden was then just a mere 20 minutes before we were rushed off to the reception. These pictures were by far the best ones. I wish we had had more time to take more.
Photographer was dressed like she was going to a festival or picnic. Black capris, a colorful shirt and a pair of hiking sandals w the rubber tread bottom. Not what I consider wedding attire.
Minister had on black sneakers. Yes, sneakers.
London Broil was over cooked and dry
Chicken was just ok
Vegetables were overcooked and did not even look appealing
Our video was elementary at best; it is a close up (from our stomachs up) almost the entire ceremony. The only time she moved the camera was for our sand ceremony since that was out of view and the camera had to be moved. The remainder of the video is simply a close up of us. You never even see the guests sitting on the left side. The guests to the right are only seen as she moves the camera over to capture the sand ceremony. Part of the problem here was probably that the photographer was also the videographer (1 person), therefore the video camera was mainly just sitting on a tripod until she panned it over for the sand ceremony. It was a horrible video.
My hair is a mess in the majority of pictures taken outside on the deck– the only posed ones that include all our guests/​family. The wind was blowing– no fault to the photographer there. The problem was is that she was snapping away and I had no idea. One of my guests had to pull me aside and she told me that my hair was sticking up like crazy in all of the shots and that we should take the photos facing the other way so that the wind blew towards our faces and not the back of our heads. The photographer commented that the view was not as good from that direction (for the background. Very true, but I hate the pictures that I received where my hair is literally flying all over above my head. So glad that we turned around and got some acceptable shots… they still look pretty bad due to the wind, but they are better than the others. The disappointing part is that I only have posed pictures with my own parents where my hair is sticking up all over.
My maid of honor could not make the ceremony. I found out 3 days prior. I asked if I could use the cost of her bouquet towards a nicer bouquet for my other bridesmaid and «upgrade» it. They agreed since they had not made them yet. That being said, I had paid $ 85+18% tax/​gratuities (added to everything) for the bouquet that I would not be needing. that total $ 100 upgrade to the other bouquet (which was already paid for and was a 5 rose bouquet) only increased its size of my paid in full 5 rose bridesmaid bouquet by 7 roses. I’m sorry, but it was essentially $ 100 to add 5 roses to that bouquet. I felt ripped off.
Speaking of the bouquets, I was disappointed when they handed them to me. The pink roses had brownish discoloration to them on the edges and most were so tight that the tops were closed. Not terrible, but not what I expected.

We were married at Lakeside Gardens on October 4^th. This being a second marriage for me and the third marriage for my husband, we did not want a big, expensive ceremony but we wanted something much nicer than your typical Las Vegas Wedding.
Originally, we were considering getting married on the beach in Waikiki but soon found out how expensive that can be. Further, planning a destination wedding was highly stressful. We tried several vendors/​locations in Honolulu and still could not find what we were looking for.
My husband found Always and Forever Wedding Chapel and Destination Weddings online. At first, I was very hesitant and did not want a cheesy Las Vegas wedding. But the more I looked into it, the more encouraged I became with what they had to offer.
In the end, I was extremely glad that we chose Always and Forever. They took care of every detail from providing the wedding location, the minister, the flowers, the music, the photographer, the videographer, the limo and the stylist who came to our hotel the day of the wedding to do my hair and makeup. They were the consummate professionals and handled every detail for us with the utmost care and courtesy. Even when I changed my mind about the color scheme and the flowers, they quickly accommodated my requests. All of our arrangements were made by phone and email! Further, their prices were extremely reasonable and worth every penny!
We were engaged on the 4^th of July weekend and we scheduled our wedding on October 4^th. We did not have a lot of time to plan and get everything together. With Always and Forever, they took the stress of planning away from us and let us enjoy our wedding day as it should be enjoyed. All we needed to do was pick out our rings, my dress and his suit. They did everything else!
It rained on the morning of our wedding and I was very nervous and concerned. They did all they could to calm me down and find a covered location within the gardens to hold our wedding ceremony. Our photographer, Michael, was fantastic. He captured our day beautifully and was a lot of fun to work with.
We were married and were off to our honeymoon in Honolulu without a care in the world.
I can’t praise Always and Forever enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a stress-​free destination wedding!
