Horrible experience! I have never ever written a review for any business but I will here because Jenny’s customer service is very poor. Half way into my service I was asked to get up and go wait 25mins because she had miscalculated how long it will take to do my nails. WTF! She needed the seat for other customers that had booked appointments. It was awful! I am never going there again! Also my pedicure was crap!!!

I have been coming to Avinue nails for about 2 years now, they are like the only place that will do hard gels on me! I love them so much! Jenny is my absolute fave (: make sure you make an appointment, because she’s a busy woman. If you’ve seen my other reviews, I’ve learned my lesson, Avinue nails is my one and only place I will forever now trust with my hands. I’m so In love with my nails today. They just get better and better. (:

I wasn’t impressed with this nail salon. The wait was very long and the man that was doing my nails wasn’t good. The paint job was sloppy and my cuticles were sore due to the sanding, buffing and filing. I didn’t like that he didn’t cut my cuticles either. Getting my nails done for 20 years I gel as though I’m a good judge of nail service. They did have a lot of gel color options which was nice. Still on the hunt for my long term vegas nail salon.

WOW!!! The audacity of this women! I called Jenny on the phone and confirmed an apt at 6pm. I arrive and she REFUSES TO DO MY NAILS! Because SHE MESSED MY NAILS up last time. Even still I gave her a 4 star review (I just changed and updated it) and she re did my nails and fixed them. Now I come in and she says she didn’t realize it was me and won’t do my nails because of the last time. Even when it was HER FAULT THAT SHE MESSED UP MY NAILS AND HAD TO REDO THEM!!! Wait? So I drove 30 minutes for you to refuse service to me!!! This is ridiculous. I will tell you this. Jenny is good… AT SOME THINGS but not all techniques. It’s not my fault that her experience is limited. I was willing to give her another try and she refuses me service after booking an Appointment with me and after I gave her a 4star review??? Well I’ll leave it at this, pissed off to the side and being honest. This place is a dump!!! it’s dirty inside, ghetto and not clean. The only reason I came in the first place was to get my nails done with her flower design. Only ONE semi good nail technician in an entire nail salon??? Thanks no thanks. Go up the street to harmony nails (even though I don’t go there anymore) at least you’ll have more options and better attitude nail technicians.

There’s sometimes a wait, but the staff is always so very accommodating. So far (been a client there for about 3 months now), I’ve never had a bad manicure, and I’m satisfied with the results and customer service.

Jenny is always a little backed up, but worth the wait… she definitely is the best at little details on my nails and my ocd. I kick myself anytime I go anywhere else.

Overall ok. Only 2 people working. Lady who did my nails her customer skills were poor. Looked like she hated her job or was having a bad day. Though she was very fast. Her art was well. She was a little rough hurt a few times. I did like how the he’ll full set looked more natural. Place and utensils could of been cleaner. Well c how this nails last. I may or may not return.

I didn’t like the staff and service at all. They are so unwelcoming. They are rude and extremely unfriendly. The lady who did my pedi and mani was so frustrated. She kept getting irritated at small things for no reason. Overall bad experience.

I came here to get a pedicure. Worst experience ever. My pedicure was rushed. The utensils used to do my pedicure were not clean. If I could get first class service then maybe I would leave a tip but I can’t get first class service here. Over charged for a terrible pedicure $ 25 not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere!

This place was recomended by friends. Decided to try it out and Jenny did a good job. I recommend her and her husband who are the owners of the salon. Only problem is that Jenny is the most wanted and if you walk in she usually is busy and she has a lot of clients waiting for her. The best way to get her is by appointment only. The place is decent. I love how my nails came out. I showed her a picture of how i wanted them n they looked identical! I would recommend the salon but if possible try to get your nails done with Jenny.

These guys are great! I love that they can master the classic looks and are great at doing art/​designs. Great people, always very welcoming. I never walk out of that place disappointed with my nails. I usually do the pointed (claw) style nails (which I find is difficult to master for most) Kayla did a great job! Lots of attention to detail.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I went in to get a fill and the lady who did my nails kept trying to push a color on me that I had clearly stated I did not want. I asked for shorter square tip and asked she could straighten my nails out so they weren’t crooked, apparently that was to much to ask for because she did it with an attitude. When it came time for me to pay I asked the lady who did my nails how much I owed her and she just looked at me confused at that point I wish I had just walked would have saved me 30 $ (wishful thinking). I asked Jenny how much I owed and she gave me a big attitude, since there was a pricing sign on the counter I handed her $ 25 and she said I owed $ 30 when asked her to explain to me how come I was being charged 5 $ more was she adding in the tip or not she gave this huge exclamation that still made no sense. All in all I walked out pissed and upset at the service I received.

I’m planning on getting my nails done tomorrow. I live in California and this is the first time I’ll et my nails done somewhere else. It’s also gonna be a special visits for me because I’ll be getting my first ever pair of acrylics. Can’t wait!!!

Best place ever!!! Super friendly and professional. Been hearing a lot of good things about this place and finally gave it a shot. My rhinestones always fall off my nails when I get them. Not this place. There stuck on there for good. Def get my money’s worth and not cheated out. I’ve nail hopped to honesty about 6 diff nail shops within the last 4months. Good prices good people. Two thumbs up!!! Finally found a regular place to go too! Hallijuliah!

I can’t here the first time… the lady that did my nails was A-1…I returned today & a man that did my pedicure & manicure was, like the worst every ever! He made me feel like my business was irritating to him. Before I even spoke, he seemed like he didn’t want to work. The pedicure was mediocre, no massage, and the manicure, he put my hands in ice cold water… which opened NO PORES for a proper manicure. He didn’t give me a massage for this service either! I seriously felt like an intruder instead of a customer… after I waited a little over an hour patiently

If you care about you health You should not go to this discount salon…
I went their for my first time and I can tell you they do not speak English very well and the workers don’t wash their tools after every client. When I when and waited my turn and as soon as the lady ahead of me left her set he was calling me over, I tryed to talk to him about if he was going to wash up and I told him I would not mine waiting while he did. And with no response he just grabbed my hand had started drilling with out a thought to what I said. Do to the poor English he spoke. He drilled 1 of my fingertips so bad and I said awwwch and pulled my hand away. I was so up set I was bleading and felt completely helpless. After all he just got done with some one else and did not was his tools. Not only are all the people in this place so disrespectful the guy him self yelled at me and told me out out… I have a apointment set up with the doctor to get a test done. I am so horrified of whats going to happen to me. I am going to reported this place to the better business Bureau. and I have to wait after my apointment to do any thing. this place is being watched … please its not worth the stress or money.
A single trip to a nail salon could chang your life forever… I am only giving it a one because I could not tell you about this place being so bad if I didn’t rate, just know it should be a negative –10… and remembered their are better place that are cleaner.

This is my favorite nail salon. All the staff are very friendly and do a good job. We never have to wait long and the prices are very reasonable

Been coming here for close to 4 years! Jenny and her crew are all very friendly and good at their jobs! I moved all the way across town, but I still make the trip from centennial hills to come here!

Jenny is amazing! I’ve been going to her for 4 yrs now! I’ve lived in Vegas and went to 100 different places and no one does nails as good as Jenny :)

I used to come here every 2 weeks religiously, but I got sick of their nasty attitudes, crooked tips & shit talking. I had a Korean friend come in with me once, and she confirmed that they were talking shit about every customer in there at the time.
Avoid this place at all costs.
