History

Established in 2010.

The business was started in 2010 during the slowdown in Vegas construction. Matt and I made the change from building and remodeling in the icons of the Strip, to private construction in Vegas’ residential market.

Using our vast experience in the commercial towers, we’ve transitioned into tower condominiums and single family homes.

We bring you the professionalism that has been built working with some of the construction industries best.

I started in construction after earning a Mechanical Engineering degree. After working projects in Cairo, California and Las Vegas for other companies I formed the business with the best construction manager that I’ve had the privilege to work with.

Together we’ve built our business with hard work and hands-​on management of our projects.
