This nail salon was awesome. Was greeted when I entered. I was a walk in and they got me right in for gel manicure and pedi. Cindy did my nails, she was very pleasant and nice and did a great job. Would definitely recommend, good service at a affordable price. See pic for nails Betty is amazing! Love her, she did the best full set also in pic

I’ve been going here for about 6 years and hands down it’s THE place for nails, feet and eyelashes. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!

This place was awful the staff is rude and all they care about is taking your money sat in the spa chair for 30 min water got cold, feet were freezing!!! Never coming back again lesson learned I will stick to my usual place.

I had a spa pedicure done and the lady was amazing. She spent a long time on a salt rub and did a terrific job painting my nails. I come to Vegas often and have been to many salons. This was by far the best. I was hesitant because it looked a little run down, but I’m happy I came in. Great value and great service.

I have been seeing the owner Tina for over 5 years and she is the BEST in Las Vegas! I’m extremely picky and a perfectionist and she does a great job every time! I don’t do fills, so I see her every month for a custom full set. Henry is also very good.

I came here because my regular shop was too busy and I needed a mani/pedi before vacation. I’ve been here a few times before and it’s nothing to write home about. I definitely won’t be going back. This last time I was there for an hour and a half and received the worst mani/pedi ever! I had two different techs working on me and it seemed like neither of them could communicate where the other left off. The tech cut the corners of my nails even after asking them not to. This leads to ingrown toenails and she even did it to my fingernails! The polish was not applied evenly and the tech forgot to apply a topcoat to my toes. I also dont recall either tech opening a sanitized kit in front of me. The polish also chipped less than 24 hours later. Yeah the prices are cheaper than other salons and the wait isn’t as long but you get what you pay for.

Wendy is the best but she only works Monday’s! :D The shop is clean and they get you in and out quick. They don’t charge extra for the spa chair like some shops are doing now & you can pay with credit/debit card. I’ve also got my eyebrows done here a few times and they’ve done a great job! Will come here again.

This salon has horrible customer service. my nails were acrylics and began peeling after 3 days. I had been a regular customer for 6 months. the nail tech Steve advised it was my fault and that I must have used oil. He just kept indicating it was my fault. I asked him to drill off the product and he said no. He was rude and continued to make rude remarks. We eventually ended up in a screaming match over his refusal to fix them. I have overheard others with issues and they were also advised the salon was not responsible. They need a quick lesson on how to treat clients, I would suggest an apology such as. we are sorry you are not happy with your nails… how can we fix them? Also the cleanliness of the salon is not up to standards. especially the hand dryers, they use the same tools on every one without sterilizing them… NEVER returning. This is about a minus 10 review.

Came here with my sisters and we were all pleased with the service. The spa pedicure is average price($ 23) but doesn’t include the foot scrub(that costs $ 5 extra, hence the reason for the lost star). Most other nail salons I’ve been to do include the scrub so that was a bummer. Good selection of colors. The actual pedicure was really nice. The woman really seemed to take her time to remove the callouses and trim around the nail bed. The seats are very forgiving(I’m tall and wide so not all pedicure seats are created equal). They are very comfortable even for someone who has more weight on them. My sisters got gel acrylics(2 weeks ago at this posting) and they have not budged once. Still the color is vibrant and it’s not tugging at their natural nail. Will for sure return as the quality and service was great.

I was a first timer here and I absolutely loved it. $ 23 for a spa pedicure… They did a really great job at removing the callouses! I’m a biggie when it comes to that since its summer time… My feet have to look great! They have a great selection of colors! Usually random nail salons that aren’t well known do not have a good amount of colors to choose from. I’m glad this one does! During your spa pedicure they’ll more than likely offer to do a scrub or put some sort of glitter to add on to your pedi without telling you you’re getting charged extra. I found that a little annoying. But aside from that I will definitely come back.

This was my first visit here. I’ve been long overdue for eyebrow and lip waxing. Haven’t been able to go to my normal place and since this place was on my way home after doing a couple of errands, I decided to stop by and give it a try. Walked in and there were 4 employees who were each busy with customers. I was asked to wait a little while. Ok I don’t mind. After 5 min I was told it’d be another 5 min. I should’ve took that as a sign and just leave. 10 min later then it’s my turn. Waxing was quicker than the wait! Surprisingly the lady who did the waxing did a good job and didn’t even need to tweeze the strays. However, I’m giving 1 star because the wax was super hot! Normally it gets cooled a little before they apply it so you don’t get burned. I told her it was hot but it didn’t matter. Luckily my tolerance is ok, but I walked out of there with my skin hurting. An hour later it was still sore and red. Six hours later and it’s still irritated. I’ve never had a waxing done with wax that hot! I’ll just stick to my normal place.

Good price, not so good gel manicure. The nail tech did my gel manicure as if she was applying regular nail polish. It’s uneven and some got on my cuticles. Will not be returning.

HORRIBLE. I’ve never had such a bad experience before at a nail shop. I got acrylics and a pedicure. I kept telling the lady I wanted my nails rounded and looking natural and still they suck. After two hours of having them done, they already started to lift. I was pissed. Plus I got the same exact thing as my friend and they charged her 45 $ for both acrylics and pedicure and I got charged with a whopping 63 $?! And for a crappy nail job? You’re kidding me right? I went back the next day to get them fixed because of them lifting and to get them shaped better. And still the lady made my nails uneven and didn’t do anything about the lifting. She said«there no lift, your nails good» and they weren’t. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They did a horrible job and then if you complain about it they just talk bad about you to the other workers. Horrible experience.

Balii Nails is a great nail shop! I have been several times and I have always left happy. The nail techs are all friendly and do a good job! I have had some amazing pedicures that lasted for weeks, as well as great manicures. My last gel manicure from here still looked great after 3 weeks! Yes, 3 weeks! The prices are very reasonable too. The gel manicures are $ 25, spa pedicures are #25, and regular manicures are $ 12. They have a few specials that are usually going on like a regular mani/pedi for $ 35, etc. They also offers other services like waxing and eyelash extensions. I haven’t tried these here, but people are always going in for them while I have been getting other services. So yes, I really like Balii Nails!

This place is 30+ minutes from my house but very well worth it. The owner Tina took the time to make sure my nails were perfect. I’m new to the area and am so glad I’ve found my new nail salon. One thing to check off the list!
