We specialize in all breed dog and cat grooming. We provide a clean professional safe grooming experience for your pet. Our groomers all have 20 plus years experience. All grooms or bath and tidy’s include nails, anals expressed, ears are cleaned and ear hair is removed, they also include a free spa package which includes oatmeal shampoo and conditioner a blueberry facial and ten minute massage. The only add on we do is for teeth brushing that is $ 5. everything else is included. We also offer nail trims for $ 5 no appointment needed! We are open 7 days a week.

History

Established in 2010.

Wanted a clean safe working environment with experienced groomers for people to bring there pets to get groomed. we always thought that grooming should never be scary for your animal. They are there to get pampered

Can I say… WOW. My cat was a terror the last time he went to a groomer, this time. he was an angel and I would have to thank the staff for that. They let me stay and watch the whole time and they did an amazing job. They were kind, better priced than the other places I called and just knew exactly what was best for my cat.
If I recall, Linda was the groomer and she is perfect!

This place has excellent walk in service, and their deshedding shampoo is great. I’ve taken my dog here twice and both times she’s come home sleek and soft and smelling very clean. They offer a free teeth cleaning as a military discount. And they’re open everyday.

When my 2 standard poodles turned 4 months, I took them to Bark Place for their 1st grooming. I read the reviews and most were very positive. We were very disappointed were their cuts. They came out looking worse than when they went in– uneven in many spots and they didn’t even smell refreshed. The groomers didn’t even talk to me. The only thing that was said when I was leaving was something like, «He was bad» as one of the groomers looked over to the gentleman that I was paying. Also, the nails were too long. They were also supposed to have their teeth brushed. I don’t think that was done. When we left we noticed a sign outside that said free spa service with any grooming. Nobody bothered to say anything about this to us.
I was very disappointed. You would think that they would want the steady business of two young poodles. After all it’s every 4 – 6 weeks. I guess not

Maria was GREAT!!! My 1st time taking my husky (who has a little big longer coat than average) and she came out looking 5lbs less fur! I was told it would take about 3 hours, but it ended up being only 2 & ½ hours! The last time I took Blu to a shop groomer, it took them 4 hours because they «couldn’t get her to dry. The price was right and what she originally quoted me and was $ 25 less than a bath and brush furminator treatment at Petsmart. I brought in my lab as a walk in to just get her nails trimmed and she was done right away.
Very satisfied! I am excited to say that Maria will be my new Groomer!

We always take our dogs here to get groomed. The dogs always come home smelling really fresh and it stays that way for about a month. It is always convenient because most of the time you can get a same day appointment (and we have 2 dogs). The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because they only take cash or check, wish I could pay with my debit card.

We were very happy to discover Bark Place when our former (& much loved) groomer moved out of town & rec. them. Our Lily is very skittish after being injured at her first grooming as a tiny puppy.
Linda is great (& gentle) with her. She looks pretty and smells so good every time we pick her up and I truly think she is getting better about the whole experience since Linda has been grooming her. BTW I love that they don’t keep her all day like some grooming salons. Usually, quick and a call and we are happily taking her home.

Called for an appointment at 1pm and was told to come on down for our 2 dogs. Get here at 2pm and told the groomers left for the day… I’m confused, your groomers left for the day but your open until 5? You just lost a customer. Horrid customer service!

My pug was smelling FANTASTIC when I picked her up after her appointment here. She a very difficult dog to groom so I appreciate a groomers help. The only reason I took a star off is because they didn’t clip her nails. Its very difficult to trim her nails but I’ve had groomers who still did it.

Checked this pet groomer here in Unilocal and they have good reviews so we took our puppy there…
During our conversation for the appointment they told us that for $ 55 our puppy will be groomed with bath, hair cut, and nails …
An hour after we took our puppy there, we got call that our puppy is done… We were excited to see our puppy how’d she look like… but to our DISMAY;(… We noticed that her nails wasn’t file and it’s rough and sharp, some of her hair wasn’t even trim plus NO BATH!!!
We trusted/​believed their words!!! Looked what they did… they’re not honest… we paid what they wanted but we never got what they told us!!! So shame!!!
But you know I believe in «Karma»… Whoever wants to go there, I’m not saying that don’t go there but go and try and see…

This place is awesome… I have a 60 pound Siberian Husky/​Malamute mix, and they only charge $ 45 to groom and de-​shed her. To put this into perspective, most other places in the city charge around $ 60. Every time I pick her up, she looks beautiful and has a cute new bandana to add to her collection!
My only complaint is that the service isn’t always the best. There’s one guy that works there (I think he’s the owner) that is always so nice and asks if I need help to my car. The other people that work there aren’t as friendly as he is, though.

Love Bark Place! Just took my 1 year old golden retriever mix in for her first ‘real’ grooming and am ecstatic about how great of a job they did. They charged $ 65 for a full service groom for my 75 pound, long haired dog which was money well spent. That included shaving her, bath, anal gland expression, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, the whole 9 yards.
I was not at all sure what to request them to do in terms of how much to trim off of her fur length and they suggested the perfect style based on her breed and my desire to keep her looking fluffy but also trim a lot of fur (vague, I know). I was nervous to pick her up and see what they did but she looks perfect and is so happy!
Employees are very friendly with the dogs (and humans too!) so you can’t ask for much more. I will definitely be bring Lilah back to Bark Place for her next grooming!

This a great grooming place and always busy.
They know who Dolce (my pom) is without even providing a last name and with as many furry faces they see daily, that’s impressive.
It is locally owned and they really take their time. Prices are comparable to most grooming places without too many pricey add on’s.
I have had only one episode where he had a minor nick on this tummy and the last incident was a little frustrating. They had never touched his front mane but regardless we always remind them each time to NOT cut the front mane and they did. It was upsetting to me but hair does grow back so I guess I would just suggest bringing a picture of his or hers best look for the groomer just in case.
Overall a great place.

Dolce’s 5th birthday was just around the corner, so we thought we’d take him to the Las Vegas Pet Expo at Cashman Center.
We’ve been going to Bark Place Grooming for almost 3 years now, and NEVER have been disappointed. Carl, Leslie, and the rest of the staff are so great, and a very big thank you to Linda, who is Dolce’s personal stylist, and always does a stellar job!
Don’t know what the deal is with these low/​filtered reviews, but Bark Place kicks the S@#T out of Petsmart’s and Petco’s grooming departments IMO… ALOHA!!!
