Description

Specialties

Chef Bobby Flay craves just one thing when he’s done working in the kitchen of his many fine dining restaurants. And, it’s not what you might expect. It’s a burger. So with his favorite food and reputation for creating the world’s best dining experiences in mind, he brings you Bobby’s Burger Palace — everything you expect from a Bobby Flay dining experience, but this time it’s for everyone. And, at a modest price everyone can love, too. Inspired by his love of the grill and travels through the United States, Bobby calls BBP «a very American concept.» One of his Food Network shows, Food Nation, let Bobby pick a place in America and discover its food culture along with the viewer. Now, that love of food and travel can be found in the BBP menu. Not only can you see a lot of places and cultures represented, BBP also focuses on the high-quality, never-frozen, made-to-order deliciousness he discovered along the way, and along his legendary career. Over a dozen signature burgers. Hand-cut fries with outstanding sauces and toppings. Bold salads. Spoon-bending milkshakes. Refreshing drinks. All created from original Bobby Flay recipes. All served in warm, welcomingly mod digs.

Bobby F.

Business Owner

Chef Bobby Flay has always been a Chef. He arranged his mother’s grocery lists, whipped up complex after-school snacks, and even requested an Easy-Bake Oven as a gift. He was 10 at the time. Soon after he attended the French Culinary Institute where he received the Outstanding Graduate Award. And, his restaurants Mesa Grill, Bar Americain and Bobby Flay Steak have won him critical acclaim. Including the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year. His fine dining restaurants cater to a very exclusive clientele. But, he wanted a restaurant to bring the same experience to the masses. In 2008, the first of his fast casual burger joints opened. There are now 19 Bobby’s Burger Palace locations spread across the East Coast. «Food is the epicenter of my life — what inspires me every day. It’s the way I make my living, the way I relax, the way I express myself and how I keep healthy. I want to share that passion with as many people as possible.» — Bobby Flay
