My friend who is a Penthouse model is a regular here and knows most of the staff. We had such a great time with our manis tonight. Son was very funny and kept us laughing as if we were part of the family. When my friend changed her mind from just polish to a gel finish with lace accents, the technician was quick to change things up. I’m now trying to figure out how to come up on a more regular basis as I’ve not found any place so fun and clean where I’m living.

Love this nail salon! Been coming about a year now. Ivy and Son are amazing people! Fun and entertaining, plus do amazing nails! Ivy rocks my eyebrows! And their nail art is by far the best in town! In would definitely recommend, and I plan to be a customer for a long time!

Sun is GREAT! So much fun, SPEAKS ENGLISH which I am just going to say it… That alone sets this salon apart! He is entertaining, funny and made my daughter’s birthday gift truly a GIFT! He gave her a ice cream and a ton of other freebies. The place is clean, great music. Staff is having fun too. NOT a cemetery, where NO ONE SPEAKS a word. Fun décor! My ONLY criticism is they have to leave their customers to answer the phone. The customers are on a tight time schedule and this interrupts them AND the salons ability to turn out more customers. They need to know a GREAT receptionist MAKES your shop and makes you money. Don’t leave your customers to answer the phone… Give the receptionist other duties to perform as well. Everyone can chip in 20.00 a day for GREAT customer service at the front desk… CAll me!!! I’m GREAT Too!

I am so picky when it comes to treating myself. I was looking for a place to get my nails done and I didn’t want to go all the way to the Meadows mall to get them done. Luckily I live in desert shores and had seen this place. Decided to go in with my 2 year old daughter since my hubby was at work and it was the best decision I have done to go do my nails there plus it’s so convenient considering it’s literally 5 minutes away from my house! The lady was so nice and gentle with my nails. They didn’t mind my daughter playing and being loud. I absolutely loved my experience and loved the atmosphere. First time getting my nails done a dark color and the lady helped me chose a better dark color which shined really pretty.

I was looking for a nail spot to go to for a holiday party for a group of 5 of us including myself. I turned to Unilocal because truthfully I don’t get to do my nails as often as your average gal! Hence, I’m in the medical field so nails + infection control (gloves and washing your hands 737 992 773 times a day). In my area they had great reviews and highest ratings and to say the least my fellow Unilocalers lead me to the light at the end of the tunnel.
I believe Ivy and Sonny are the owners. My mom was her gel acrylic set from Sonny and she gets her nails done far more often then me & she couldn’t believe the detail, hilarious humor, hospitality, and contagious good vibes! I don’t remember the lady who did my nails but she did a great job. The selection of colors for my pedicure was on point as well. The massage (my favorite part) was on par as well. The check in came with hot chocolate and tea and even though we all didn’t have Unilocal (boo for the non-​yelpers) they served us all as a group! Thank you to everyone there! Oh and I most add this isn’t your typical «Asian» nail salon where they have conservations about their customers, co-​workers and God knows who else. Personally I don’t care but I know it bothers some people.
I highly recommend checking them out and taking the advice of others, like myself and making an appointment!

I love this salon! Its so hard to find good quality nail salons here in Las Vegas now a days! Their work is incredible and so is the service! Ivy has been doing my nails and she’s is so sweet and a GREAT nail tech! Her husband son is so funny definitely keeps the salon lively!

Read reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and signed in. It only took about 6 minutes to get me into a chair. Ivy did a gel manicure on me, there were so many gel colors to choose from. I got a really cool mood changing color, they have over 40 color changing polishes its insane. Ivy was amazing, super nice and could tell she was being genuine with me. We even ended up choosing my next color after I told her I loved glitter! I would recommend and I’m definitely going back!

Very nice atmosphere! I give them 5 because the atmosphere in here is phenomenal and I don’t feel like I’m being talked about during my appointment. Definitely make an appointment here because they are that amazing an stick to their schedule!
I got a gel manicure and felt in good hands as many of the techs also had their nails done. I think that if they take care of themselves than they know how to do the same for clients.
I did get the redemption for free hot chocolate but found the thought impossible as I was getting a mani. The staff are personable. Which is nice unless you are crotchety and don’t know how to laugh.

Me and my husband go to Unilocal for everything! We believe reviews from people like us is one of the key info to rely on when we are trying something new. We have yet to have a bad experience in any place we’ve gone too. Saying that, Candy Nails.
My husband Unilocaled this place and set up an appointment to get a pedi and full set for my birthday. So I was a little nervous because my husband did this on his own! Lol well I won’t doubt him any longer! I loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in! Everyone talking laughing with each other, nail techs with clients and vice versa. It was fun.
Services: I decided to get the Ice Cream Pedicure. With this they give you a choice of Ice cream to enjoy while get your toes pampered! Loved it.
I had Ms Heidi. She took care of me really well. My pedi included hot towels scrub clay mask for my legs and hot stones! It was amazing. Best experience yet for a pedicure. She used all new implements on my toes and tossed the old ones. Which I was so happy about. I got a simple French tip nothing special, for me it was about the experience :)
After that I moved to Heidi’s station to get my full set. I got acrylics with a gel ombré. Heidi was really neat and skilled! I LOVED how they turned out.
I will definitely return! Especially how they have the point system. After spending $ 200 you get $ 10 towards a service and I’m half way there!

I love this place and look forward to coming here and getting my nails done, it feels like your hanging out with friends or family joking around and having fun. I have to be serious at work, its nice that this place is relaxed and engaging for clients and personnel alike. They are great and do your nails exactly as you like or offer suggestions when the colors may not work for you.
I am picky about my nails and I have been having problems with the gel lasting for a week. When I come here the gel lasted over two weeks. I have been to many salons and this is my favorite place by far. I’m done searching! Thank you Son!

My friend, Morgan, told me about this amazing nail spot she found and informed me that I, «HAVE TO GO THERE!» So, there I went. And here’s my review.
I’m not used to booking appointments to get my nails done, I came in on a Sunday afternoon and every attendant was with a client. I was greeted by a big, tall Asian man. He asked if I had an appointment, which I stated that I didn’t, he then proceeded to give me shit… Right then and there, I knew why my friend refereed me and I’ve been addicted to Candy Nails since.
This isn’t a $ 15 fill and go, it’s a full on salon. Human touch massage chairs with iPads for your pedi pleasures! Getting your nails done by Son includes a free comedy show because he is hilarious!
Candy Nail Spa is a sweet shop with a super sweet personality. It’s pretty much guaranteed diabetus!

I got a gel manicure with a friend here. The guy who did my nails was kind of rude and made comments on my nails and my tattoo that he could have kept to himself. He was getting sidetracked and interrupted with other things so the manicure lasted longer than needed. My nails looked great for two weeks, which was awesome, but when I had them changed at another location, the lady complained that the person who did them put on too thick– it took a very long time to soak off the gel.
All in all, I would not return to this location because the male owner and his lack of customer service.

I was hesitant to visit a salon based off Unilocal reviews as the last time I did, I had a horrible experience.
This place is anything but horrible. I originally came in Saturday as a walk in but they were incredibly busy, so I scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 1:30.
Kelly was my nail tech and she is amazing. Easy to talk to and did an incredible job on my nails. She took the time to make sure she understood exactly how I wanted them and certainly delivered.
I also got the ice cream pedicure and it was Heaven. The ice cream during the treatment was a great bonus!
I will definitely be returning here, well worth the wait and the drive.

I love the service I get at Candy Nails Spa! Every time I’m in there the atmosphere is light and fun, customers are greeted right away and employees are always smiling. If you’re looking for a great nail salon, then you’ve found it!
I do have to say one thing though! Just because it’s a new place, don’t walk-​in there expecting to get in right away. They can be busy and that’s because their fantastic! If you’ve got time and can wait, they’re well worth it!
I’ve been a dog groomer for 17 years. Trust me, quality is better than speedy service!

Came here because it was next to Babystacks, and the sister and cousin wanted to try some place else to get our splurge on.
We were greeted right away and the manager was up front with pricing and very personable — got to talking about food ’cause he said we smelled like pancakes. Hahaha… That should’ve been a hint as to what service and atmosphere would be the entire time we were there.
Didn’t matter what nail tech you went to ’cause they’re all friendly, and everyone talked openly. LOL. Don’t be talking about mess you don’t want aired out in front of everyone. Chatting was all snappy, funny, yet friendly.
Must also give kudos to the manager for 2 things: first for promoting himself without pressuring new patrons to get them back for future business, and two for letting me know and safeguarding the card I left back there.

This nail spa is the best! I will be coming here for now on for my nails and pedicures. I have been wanting to try the ombré french nails which this place calls a fade and was accomplished with pink and white gel polish, and some glitter. My nails are gorgeous! They turned out so good! They can do ombré nails in just about every color too. Their nail designs are beautiful and they can do just about any nail art you want if you bring in a picture.
I also got the ice cream pedicure. I have already told my mother and sister about this, this was truly heaven! I was massaged like 3 separate times, and she took her time with each leg. That included a hot stone massage that was absolutely amazing! She made sure my feet were super soft and removed all my dry skin, and when I walked in they were horrible and rough! She matched my toes to my fingers the best she could. I was seriously pampered, all while eating rocky road ice cream. It felt like an hour pedicure and their massage chairs have ipads attached to each of them so you can watch netflix while you get pampered. Worth every penny.
Also I would like to add that the couple that owns this place are so sweet, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We were laughing the whole time during my service and it felt like we were long time friends. I highly recommend this place.
