Our focus is to provide a service to our furry patrons that surpasses all the other salons. At Family Pet Salon we have an assembled team of certified professionals in all aspects of grooming. It is our mission to make it a pleasurable experience for their «doggie makeover». We always move at their pace never rushing or making them do anything they aren’t comfortable with. At all times they will be treated with the utmost respect, love and care as if they were our own.

We use only the best of products! Bark to Basic all 100% natural plant base shampoo and conditioner and every one of our pet patrons receives a «Blueberry Spa Facial».

Whether your looking for a basic groom or a groom for a competing show dog we at Family Pet Salon believe they can never be too spoiled…

Kimmie is great! She volunteers her time to groom dogs for the rescue I work with. I’ve been here twice with 3 different foster dogs. Each time she has done an amazing job. She goes above and beyond to make sure they look and feel great. I typically foster seniors and she has made them magnetic collars to help with their medical issues. She really cares about the animals. I highly recommend.

They’ve always done a great jobs on our dogs and how specific we want them cut especially how they smell so good and not like wet dog smell! And the price are better than most places, will be back they have our clientele :)

I’ve used FPS for a few years now. I have 4 dogs that I bring all at one time monthly. Two of them need full trimming and the other two only need a bath, brush & clipping. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Mike & Kimee. In fact, I will get reminder text messages from Kimee reminding me that it is time to bring them in, which I totally appreciate because I tend not to notice the dogs’ hair getting matted until it’s too late.
FPS is reasonably priced and puts out quality work.

Wonderful Experience! I brought 4 dogs in today. Kimmie and her husband were both very nice! My dog that’s been abused warmed up to her right away! They were done in about 4 hours which was awesome. They all looked amazing! You could tell they felt great about feeling so fresh and clean. They smiled all the way home. I wish I had found this place years ago. I can’t wait to take them back! We have a Shi Tzu that has had many grooming issues. We actually had to put him on anti-​depressants every time we had him groomed at previous groomers. We have been taking him to Family Pet Salon for 5 months now. They are always accommodating with last minute appointments, and they even remember who he is when we bring him in. They cut his hair exactly like we ask them to, and they are always friendly to us. We have had 10 grooming appointments for our dog, and we have not had a single bad experience here.

everyone that works at this salon is a idot or rude as hell read reveiws who ever owns this salon should be more picky about who they have working for them, bad 4 business.

Allow me to say that this salon was very accommodating and worked with me on both pick up and drop off times, in which I was very thankful.
HOWEVER — My dog was done in an hour (UNHEARD OF) she came back all chopped up like she was groomed by a pair of rusted un-​sharpened garden shears. I had to ask them if they could trim long scraggly hair from her leg. I’ve placed three (3) calls into them to ring me back and they have not called. I gave them a nice tip but THEY ABSOLUTELY LOST MY BUSINESS!!! NO Customer Service Etiquette whatsoever!!! And NO accountability for their actions.
Even if they do ring back to offer a re-​cut, I can’t trust they won’t lash out at my dog to get back to me. Disappointing to say the least.

WORST pet groomer I have ever been to in over 20 years! There is a new Owner, Mike, who is extremely rude and offers no customer service. The groomers don’t know what they’re doing, taking 6 – 8 hours to groom a dog and completely mangling them in the process! With Mike being as rude and disrespectful as he is to humans, it makes me wonder how the poor animals are treated when their Owners aren’t around?

A wonderful pet salon! Dogs are not overbooked and sitting in cages for 3 – 4 hours. I brought my dog here for a grooming and she was done in 1 hour. Amazingly happy and had a great cut. The price is right and the manager is caring and loving towards your pet. A great find and open 7 days a week!

WoW! This place is GREAT!!! I have two small dogs that go with me EVERYWHERE, and I H leave them HATE to leave them anywhere. But the groomers her make me, and my wife feel VERY comfortable leaving are pets. AND they look GREAT when we come pick them up. Kimmie is EXCELLENT, and after going to this Salon, we will not take our pets anywhere else! I would recommend The Family Pet Salon to anyone. You take your pets here you will not go anywhere else!
