Closet World Showroom

If you are looking for a company that will focus on the goals (sell, sell fast, make money, and degrade their competitors such as California Closet) of the sales Representative then Closet World is the company you want to use for your closet needs.
My husband and I had a goal and it was to have Closet World come out and give us an estimate to have two (2) wall cabinets installed in the garage for the cost that will meet our budget. Since we received a flyer in the mail for 50% off. My husband and I thought since it’s for the garage we could try a different company and save the more quality and professional (California Closet) work for the inside of the house.
When the Sales Representative arrived she was more focused on her goals, which was being more concerned if there were cabinets/​closets already installed in our home, and how she could have a workbench in the other half of the garage installed. Once, I let her know that closets have been already installed by California Closets that is when I really got to see the true colors of this Sales Rep.
It should never matter who a customer chooses to use as they build their home. At the end of the day it’s the customer that’s paying the cost, not the sales representative, or the company. Customers don’t need to hear about the companies competitors. Unless, it is brought up by the customer. In my case, I could not wait for the Sales Rep to get the hell off my property. She was very unprofessional and had or has no business integrity what so ever!!! Basically, no class for the company and her peers she represent as she’s out in the field selling the product. She bad mouth California Closet so much that because of her actions we ended up going back to California Closets to install our garage units.
Prior, to getting her out of my house and off my property, she completed the estimate for the two garage cabinets and I told her we would get back to her. Well, we didn’t, so she reached out to my husband, and he let her know how unprofessional she was to degrade California Closets, because the years of business with them we have built a relationship with them and my wife has become good friends with our sales agent. All the Sales Rep for Closet World had to say was that’s how it works in sales. My husband said no it isn’t’. But she kept saying it is. She has no freakin clue!
My advice to her is when you show up for an estimate, dress professional because you represent the company, your peers, and the big guy that signs your paycheck! Don’t dress in clothes you would wear on a Sunday around the house. No matter how cold or hot, it’s all about perception! Dress the part. Choose your words wisely, words go a long way and show character. If you don’t have something nice to say, then keep your mouth shut! Last, your goal is to focus on the customers wants and needs, remember, they are the one’s paying the bill. What are their needs, what are their wants, how much are they looking to spend, most people have a budget. Remember, it’s not all about you, it’s about the customer!!!
Now, I know why I don’t like trying new things. Stick with the same (California Closets) you always know what you’re getting!
