History

Established in 1998.

We are Southern Nevada’s premier obstetrics and gynecology medical group. We are located within close proximity to Sunrise Hospital and UMC, offering comprehensive women’s health care ranging from routine prenatal care, high-​risk pregnancy care and complete gynecology services.

Since opening our doors in 1998 with only a handful of patients, we now provide women’s health and wellness services to many patients and have delivered hundreds of healthy babies (including several sets of twins). One of our biggest compliments is the amount of patients that refer other patients to our practice. Through word of mouth and an esteemed reputation for excellence in women’s health care, our practice has become one of the leading women’s health and wellness practices in Southern Nevada and Pahrump.

Business Owner

Dr. Lawson Richter began on a journey in 1986 to improve the choices women had over their bodies by focusing on health and body self-​awareness education. He believed in the philosophy that a doctor should be with you at every stage of your life. His passion and experience have allowed him to have a positive and longstanding impact on his many patients’ lives.
