3.5 stars to be precise. I grew up in Boston so I think I know what Boston pizza is like. I’ve always thought of it was kinda like Pizzeria Regina style but I guess this could do too. They do have their water shipped from Boston so that helps not make it taste like most Vegas pizzas but I just didn’t think it was the best I’ve had in town. Nice setting and staff. feels like a pizza joint. We ordered a small meatball w/mushrooms and extra cheese. The highlight of the pizza was actually everything but the crust. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. The crust itself is different than any other in LV. I am still on the fence of whether I like it or not but I guess if I am on the fence then I don’t. The staff even gave us a free slice of their specialty slice which was a 3 cheese sauceless pizza w/tomatoes, garlic and spinach. That was great. It did also seem like the crust was much better from the slice pizza which makes me think perhaps a small doesn’t cook the same as a large one does? It was a bit toasty… Its not worth the drive for me to go to Summerlin just to have it but I wouldn’t be opposed to giving it another go if I were in the area. Maybe I’ll just stick w/their specialty pizza next time.
