I had an odd experience.
I went to the dealership to look at cars and see what my car’s trade in value would be. I test drove a car, and mind you the car salesman didn’t ask me for my driver’s license prior to doing so.
I went inside and talked numbers with the salesman (his name was AJ by the way) and whoever the manager was at the moment. AJ asked for my driver’s license (which I later realized was for a credit check even though I mentioned I wanted to by a car in cash). I was fine with that… whatever.
Fast forward to about 1.5 hours later and I realized he didn’t give me my driver’s license back. I called the dealership and asked to speak with him. He apologized blah blah blah. I was going out of town the next day so I said I needed my ID back. I asked him what time the dealership opened and he said 7:30/8am and I said I would pick it up then since I had work that day at 9. He said he wasn’t scheduled for work until 9 so I asked him to leave it with someone at the dealership so that I could pick it up and not have to be late for work. He stuttered and said, «No, no I’ll be there early» and we both agreed on being at the dealership by 8:30am. I figured he didn’t want to leave it with another employee because he would rather leave it at his desk or wherever to avoid getting in trouble…
I got to the dealership at 8:30 sharp. Asked the woman at the main desk for AJ and she said he wasn’t in yet… He was 20 minutes late, walked in nonchalantly, and I was late for work (all of which added to my anger). Oh, AND he brought my driver’s license home with him when I clearly asked him over the phone to leave my ID with someone at the dealership. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Thank you for answering your service phone call, I bought my Toyota from here when it was Fletcher Toyota, my 3 rd car. I have had my Toyota serviced here but it’s on other side of town. I will say it’s a lot more convenient to have it serviced near my house at other location, which I tried but Dave Wilson sends me specials text mail plus they answer their phone no messages. I always get thru when I call here, no leave a message. Just to let you know the other auto nation lost this service again by not answering or returning a message in a timely manner.

I went to this location last night. My experience was excellent as soon as i got there. I was helped right away by a new salesman named Alex. Great guy, actually listened and was never pushy at all. He made every effort to make sure i walked out with my 2016 corrola. I was a first time buyer but that didn’t stop him from making sure i got the best deal. I definitely drove home extremely happy in my new car! I will definitely be doing business here again!

My first experience at this location I showed up in tears because my car had stopped working in the middle of the road– but there was Sam! Welcoming and ready to help! He has helped me everytime since and is an absolute pleasure each and every time!

They sold me a car they did not have legal possession of! Salvador Medina gladly accepted my $ 20K check then told us to return the next day to pick up the car. After 2 days of excuses as to why they couldn’t release the car they finally fessed up that the prior owner didn’t actually sign the car into their possession. Salesman James Johnson is a liar and a thief. Don’t buy a car here. You will get Vegas hustled. Deserves zero stars but app requires at least one star.

Very bait and switch. Was ready to sign a contract with them and just price went up 20 percent. What a waste of time. I know dealerships are bad everywhere but this one was aweful

So I took my 4Runner in for service a couple of months ago when my AC fan blower was on the fritz. I kind of knew what was wrong but I wanted to make sure. The service advisor (forget his name — some white dude with grey hair) called me and said that it WAS the blower as I suspected and they wanted to charge me $ 450 to fix! Now this is a part that you can buy yourself online for about $ 50. They also said something else was wrong that cost another $ 250 but I said HECK NO and to put my 4Runner back together.
Funny thing is that my AC blower magically started working again and to this day I have not had a problem. It was just a loose wire and when they put all back together, it was fixed! Magic!
So unless you want to pay $ 450 to fix a loose wire, go elsewhere. Verify and be skeptical of everything they say at Toyota of Las Vegas. They are dishonest to say the least. Typical Vegas car dealership.

I’ve been a long time customer at this location back when it was formerly known as Fletcher Jones Toyota. I’ve purchased 2 Tundras and my current vehicle which is a Camry. We’ll my alternator finally needed a replacement and anyone who knows about electric circuits knows if the alterntor is not working it drains the battery. After they ran the diagnoses to confirm this issue, they asked for $ 1100.00 to repair it. I passed on their offer and asked the service advisor can I make it home in my vehicle, «He says no problem.» So my car dies on DI/​Paradise, right in the middle of rush hour Friday. I had to get towed. I get it, if I go to the dealer you can expect to pay 3x the normal cost but to tell me I would be ok to make it home is just ignorance. I will no longer being doing business here.

Worst service ever. Been here since 8am it is now 1:20pm all for an all change and they were suppoosed to fox leaks and what not. They gave me a quote of 12−1pm time of finish they never told me it was pushed back to 2−3pm!!! i had to inquire about this.
Will never ever go back to this place ever again. Poor communication skills and their reps dont answer the phone.

This dealership sold us a car that had previous body damage and it was not disclosed to us at the time! We bought a Volvo… the safest car out there. We would never had bought it knowing it had body damage putting my family at risk!
The only way we found out was we had it appraised at another place. They said it had previous body damage and they would only buy it back at a severely reduced price! My jaw just dropped upon hearing this news…
My wife went down recently to complain and their excuse was that at the time we bought the car they were under goin a management change. Funny cause the sales manager who spoke to my wife was the same guy who sold us the car. He said he would make things right. I went down there as well to speak to him. He gave the same speech and basically said even tho they have access to 20 dealerships inventory they wouldn’t remedy the situation by looking for a car we actually want instead of waiting for something to come to their dealership.
They are not actively helping us fix this horrible situation… they’re just hoping we go away or fix it ourselves. It’s a lot of money we’re losing but would cost them very little to remedy this! They put my family at risk just to make a few bucks!

This place is a joke for service. Scott was my advisor and I think the manager of service also? I wanted a 90k service minus cabin air filter (I can do myself… it’s a $ 15 part and takes 2 mins to install and they wanted $ 55 to do it) and minus the rotation tires because I had done it a few days prior with my tire reps. Scott really tried pushing a brake flush on me which was over $ 100. At first I agreed and got a quote for $ 258 plus tax. When I got there I told him I just wanted to take the brake flush off and do the other 90k services (minus the two already mentioned) from what I can tell they only did the oil change and replaced the engine air filter ($ 79) how did it go for $ 258 plus tax to $ 79 with tax!?? I pick up my car and find that they did not top off any of my fluids (low on several of them) which is part of the 90k… And I see the receipt only says the 2 things…& recommending brake flush and tire rotation!!! I wouldn’t have minded paying a little more if they actually did the work I asked them to!!!
Do not go here!!! I am taking my business elsewhere!
UPDATE:
I called and spoke to Ted after he left the comment. I was promised a call back from the service manager (wade?) I’m still waiting that phone call… a month later…
1⁄21 filed BBB complaint, maybe that will get their attention?

As a woman it can seriously be a scary thought having to shop for cars.
Thankfully I met Aaron and he completely changed my mind about car salesmen!
My friend was thinking about getting a 2015 Toyota Tacoma and I’ve been thinking about getting a new car as well so I went online and did some looking around. I put in my information so I could have someone call me and answer some questions.
That’s where Aaron came along!
He called me back right away and he was seriously so patient answering all my questions. I could instantly tell that he really knew what he was talking about and that he actually believed in the brand. That’s was one of the main reasons I went to see him.
When we came in we were greeted by a couple of salesmen and once I told them we were there to see Aaron they brought us right to his office.
He was just as nice and professional in person as he was on the phone.
After his incredible presentation of the vehicles my friend and I 100% knew we picked the right car, the right dealership, and most of all the right salesman!

Four trips to fix oil leak that was never fixed and had four different reasons for the leaks. Three trips for check engine lights with three different reasons for the light. Final trip determined that we needed a new engine for $ 12 000 new $ 6000 used or $ 6500 repaired — invoice stated we declined the repair. Still had problems with the initial repair — Had to get rid of the car — lost over $ 3600 unnecessarily.
Lesson Learn: seek a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other automotive services especially if you own a Toyota. They should have determined we needed the engine on the first trip.

This place is shady!!! You know it’s bad when the lady at the DMV start telling you her horror story, just because she noticed the name on the green sheet.
I don’t even know where to start… False advertisement, hostage tactics, falsified numbers on my trade in, rush through finance without any discussion of what was being signed, being told we can rip it all up and cursed at, then getting a call from customer relations and told they’ll make it right only to not get a call back.
I do have to say, it sounded worse for the sweet lady at the DMV.
Oh and remember, you don’t have to get their alarm (for what started as $ 2000, and was reduced to $ 150… I still didn’t, that’s what insurance is for).
