Not the best experience buying from here specially the finance lady Lisa. I purchased gap threw them and a couple weeks later I did a refi threw a lender that included gap. So I attempted to cancel the original gap and it turns out the dealer never remitted the contract to the gap insurance company. So they pocketed the money or something. Will not purchase from here again

This is a review from an experience a few years ago…
I was in the market for a new car and stopped here for a test drive. The salesman was an outright liar and typical car salesman scumbag. First, on Dodge’s web site there was a huge $ 3,000 rebate offer on the model, as it was the end of the year and they were trying to get rid of the left overs to make room for the new year models. The salesman told me to my face «there are never, never ever any rebates on this model». It was at that point I realized I was dealing with pure and utter human garbage.
We went on a 20 minute test drive and the salesman did not let me drive the car aside from pulling into the parking lot, he drove the whole way.
Although it was a brand-​new car it had a lot of miles on it, approximately 700 miles, which told me they were not selling these things.
When we got back to the dealership I offered him $ 24,000 cash and he flat out refused saying that this model sells for above sticker price. He then went to talk to the senior salesman and all I hear is screaming at the top of his lungs in the back room about how I had wasted his time and using all kinds of obscene language to describe me.
He eventually comes out and he is in a fit of rage and actually starts egging me on to fight him and I thought we were going to start swinging at each other… it was that bad!
The senior salesman comes out and explains to me that this particular model is in very high demand and sells over sticker price, and shows me some bogus paperwork about what the dealership paid for the car and then shakes his head at me and told me to leave.
Later that week I went to Towbin Dodge in Henderson and I bought the same exact car for $ 24,000. As soon as I explained to the Towbin Dodge people what happened at this dealership they knew exactly who I was talking about because they fired him after he had tried to assault one of their customers who did not buy a car!
I filed a complaint with Dodge and never heard a thing. I was completely in disbelief at the type of treatment I received at the dealership and yes they are a complete rip off on their prices.
To top it all off the salesman called me a week later and when I told him that I bought the same exact model at Towbin Dodge for $ 24,000 he explained to me that they sold me the V-​6 model and just put a V-​8 sticker on it (apparently they think I’m actually that stupid).

Had the papers all signed on a 2014 Dodge and was to go there the next day when I got paid and give them $ 500.00 down payment. Once I got to the dealership they said I would need $ 1500.00 even though my paperwork said $ 500.00. Very shady car dealer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS. Wasted four hours at this place that should be called rip off auto freaks.

Worst experience ever! All I needed was a simple part that was in stock, but this is what I had to endure to buy it:
Call into their phone number and get and was ringing so I have to give up and try again. Finally, I get to talk to someone who takes my order and tells me I can just pick it up under my name. Then I arrive and, surprise surprise, it is not waiting for me or listed under my name.
I’ve been have to explain all over again the part that I need and they forced me to go through and input system which is tedious and a waste of time. I am then referred to the parts department in the back which actually does not have the part but will call down to the warehouse right now have to drive to pick up the part.
I get to the warehouse, and they’re not sure about my order because it has not been properly called in. They then have to verify and then send someone out The back somewhere to look for this part that was supposed to be waiting for me at the first location!
This is one of the most disorganized car dealerships I have ever dealt with, and I recommend everyone stay far, far away.

Thought I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Signed the papers, agreed to everything and drove away for 4 days. Get a call to come in and sign paperwork and they hijacked me. Wouldn’t let me leave with the vehicle I had purchased. They boxed me in with cars so i couldn’t leave.
There ultimatum, give them 4000 for down payment or get a co signer and then and only then could I drive off the lot with the vehicle they had said was mine, that I had signed on the dotted line as mine.
They on all levels failed me as the customer. The salesman, the internet manager the finance person and the finance director. They all screwed me left me out hanging and treated me like I was the criminal.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.
The only thing they did offer me was a ride home, what a joke of dealership!
If you want bait and switch then go here they have mastered that !

The service staff is very friendly and the technicians are competent and quick. If an issue comes up, they immediately call us and ask how we wish to proceed. Some shops will just do the work and you’re stuck haggling over the bill. NEVER at Chapman! The whole staff works to make sure their customers are satisfied!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! It’s AMAZING how awful the autobody shop is! We have 3 huge vehicles at all times including my $ 47k 2015 jeep and my husband’s $ 40k deisel truck. BIG loss of future sales based off of the bodyshops customer service! GO TO SAHARA JEEP!!! WAY better company and not in the middle of the ghetto!

Service took a day longer than I was told and communication as terrible. My advisor, Holly, wouldn’t answer the phone and never returned my voice mail. On the third day I finally spoke to a person, Anthony, who was helpful. It was at this point that we determined one of the service issues I had was written down inaccurately and not researched accurately. Overall, not a good experience and I would look elsewhere for service, if possible.

This place is a complete rip off. I needed a set of replacement keys for my dodge charger and these guys told me the key itself was $ 208, then he said the programing was a separate charge. The programing of the key would be $ 75. I need 2 keys. You always need a spare.
So lets do the math. $ 208 + $ 75×2 = MONEY HUNGRY SHADY DEALERSHIP
These guys will try to squeeze every little penny out of you. Make sure you do your research before you go here. I found my replacement keys online for $ 37.00 for both and had a local locksmith program the keys for $ 20.00. The total for my keys is less than how much these guys wanted to charge me for programing alone.
This place only cares about the money. Stay far away so they can go out of business. Corporate scum.

I purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 Mega Cab Big Horn (6.7L Cummins) on October 8^th) here. When I test drove the truck it had wheel locks on it and had them listed on the addendum sticker price for somewhere in the $ 90 range. After some haggling I agreed to buy the truck.
While the paperwork was being drawn up they took the truck to have it prepped for delivery (basically they washed it and put tire shine on the tires).
The next morning I went out to look in the glove box for the wheel lock key, as it was not in the package that I had in the house. I could not find the key anywhere in the truck. I then looked at the wheels, on the truck, and noticed that there were no locks on them. I went back inside to look at the window sticker and the addendum, that listed the locks, was not in the file. I contacted the dealership and was told that there were no locks on the truck ever. I told them that I saw them both on the truck and on the addendum to the window sticker when I test drove it. They said that they were never there. You sell me a 57K truck that had 90 some dollar retail price locks on the wheels (that they might have paid $ 45 for) then take them off during delivery prep?
Two weeks later, after I got my green slip, to register the truck, I notice a few errors (typos) on it… I called and left messages 3 different times, over a 2 day time period, for Brittany (I think that was her name) that handles the green slips that I am still waiting for a return call from. Thank God that DMV did not question the typos otherwise I would be wasting another day registering the truck.
Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership if you want to be treated fairly.

I was looking for used car I called asked if they still had it an hour later I go and they said they didn’t have it anymore that it was sent some were else and then I was asked around how much was my monthly budget I told him and he laughed and said that’s a cell phone bill another person helped us after and he was very nice but I just didn’t feel comfortable being there anymore since the guy who told us about the phone bill kept giving us dirty looks

Went in looking for a particular truck in mind. Scott Anthony took the time to test drive multiple similar trucks with us. We started the paperwork then decided to think more about it. Mr. O’Shea came and spoke with us also a very nice guy. Also from Chicago… But I digress.
We left that evening. We decided to sleep on it. We called Scott and spoke a few times throughout the next day so they could have the paper work for us when we stopped by. Scott and Marine helped us out and finished the paperwork and DC our finance person was also super helpful.
All in all a great car buying experience. Scott Anthony, Mr. O’Shea, Marine, and DC made it a pleasure doing business at Chapman.

Simply the worst dealership — buyer beware! I bough a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Eco Diesel engine. It was wonderful for 18 months, then the vehicle began shaking at highway speeds. The service department couldn’t see the vehicle for 2 weeks. When I arrived for service two weeks later on my appointment date, I was told to leave it at the dealership and they wouldn’t look at it for at least 3 – 4 days because they were «busy.» Crazy.
After they finally looked at the vehicle, they told me it blew two cylinders and would need major engine work. Less than 18,000 miles on the car — unbelievable. They worked on it for a month and called me to tell me it was fixed and ready for pick up. I picked it up and drove it 1 mile before the vehicle overheated. I seriously couldn’t make this up. Needless to say, I’m not comforted by the customer service associate who assured me they would get it right «this time.» Total miserable epic fail. Stay away from this place.

Have had the best overall experience here. Bought my jeep from Rich Adams who was amazing… quick, efficient, followed up to make sure I loved the jeep. Anytime I have went for service, they are always great. Would definitely recommend to a friend :)

Got a call that I had a couple recalls on my truck. Made an appointment. Had to make it further out than I would have like because they were booked up but I guess they had quit a few recalls on different vehicles. I also needed an oil change and fuel filters needed to be changed. A couple days before my appointment, my a/​c stops blowing cold air. My truck is a 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie. Having an a/​c problem on such a new vehicle is definitely surprising. Thankfully it is under warranty. When I went to drop my truck off I told them I needed a rental since they were going to have my truck for a few days. They gave me a hard time about that. Unacceptable to me! I pay over $ 65k for a truck and the a/​c goes out before I have owned the truck for a year and they don’t want to give me a rental? GTFOH.
I have purchased 4 vehicles from that dealership in the last few years. All from the same salesperson, Woody. He has been great each time. 2013 Dodge Charger R/​T, 2013 Dodge Durango, 2013 Ram 2500 Laramie and 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie. I have to say that I will not be purchasing my next truck at that dealership. Strictly because of the service side.
On top of not wanting to get me a rental car, I was overcharged for the fuel filters. I called around and found that Chapman charged me almost double the next highest quote I got. I expect to pay more at the dealership but double? I think they built in the cost for the rental car…
Finally, it took a week but my truck was finally fixed. Probably could have picked it up yesterday but the holiday cost me a day. They did all the work that was needed plus another recall happened the day after I dropped my truck off. When they bring my truck around, first thing I notice is how dirty it is. Normally when I bring my truck in, they at least run it through the washer. Doesn’t do a great job but at least makes it look decent. Guy gets out and I mention how dirty it is and he says it won’t fit in the car wash. My truck is fully stock. So at a Ram dealership, they have a car wash that a stock Ram doesn’t fit in? Highly unlikely. More likely is that they were too lazy to run it through the washer.
Like I said before, I won’t be buying another vehicle from Chapman. Sorry Woody. Service department taking money out your pocket.

Bought my Dodge Charger srt8 here a few years back. Had great service since day one! I recently had to bring my car in because my other shop, that I normally get regular maintenance at, couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. Thankfully, I brought it here and they diagnosed the problem within a day and now my car is back to running puuurrrfect! Thanks Cassie for being so efficient and thanks to the mechanic in the back who figured out what was wrong with my car!

Went in last week for the recalls and since I was there I decided to get an oil change. Worst think I could of ever done. It took them 3hr. Then I leave and understand why my car was clapping at the bottom. Sooooo the ripped the bottom part off to do the oil change. Then I take it back and no one comes out to help me I walk in it take them another 5 to 7 min to even say anything to me. So a lady name (holly so) help me rude lady. So the take it to the back. To look at the situation. They tell me they didn’t to that. It was already tied and screws were not the right ones. So now. I have to repair a sagging cover under my car. They are not excepting any responsibility I will never go here again!

We had our Caliber serviced at both the Sahara auto service shop and the Chapman collision shop on Boulder.
We just bought a brand new Dodge Journey R/​T fully loaded car Saturday specifically because of the amazing service at the service departments. Recently, Angel was so helpful! We had a difficult to diagnose issue and he followed through to completion and updated us along the way! He is truly an asset to Chapman!
Our experience with him made us know for sure our new car would come from Chapman… Michael Simpson was our salesman Saturday… he was low key, no pressure, detailed, patient and informative. We first talked with LeDonna since we inquired online… she called us right away and met us personally at our appointment. Everyone was wonderful! We will be back again! Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience at this Dealership my saleman, Danny Pfeiffer, was honest, upfront, and when I walked in had all my paperwork filled out for me. I was in and out in no time with a Brand New 2015 Jeep Patriot, only $ 500.00 down payment with POOR CREDIT! This was all I had to pay $ 500.00 out of pocket due to the Incentives. I am a Disabled Woman on on fixed Income with bad credit due to Medical Bills in which my insurance would not pay for and had no credit history for over 6 years. I could not belive that he was able to get me in a Brand New Jeep.

This started as helpful and turned to average service. Warranty service left thw truck pulling right, no a/​c, no pcm update, dirty truck. If i wasnt leaving town it would have stayed. Service supervisor Jack was bright spot after they closed helped with a/​c.
Definetly better service than i have received at Towbin.
