History

Established in 2010.

The business really began in 1986 with the purchase of the first property. At this time purchasing real estate and investing became a love. Working in the real estate industry with the strategy of holding to create residual income. In addition to working in the rehabbing and fix and flipping strategy to create active income. Began mentoring individuals on how to do the same. Became a licensed Realtor in 2010.

Possessing over 20 years of experience in sales, negotiating, marketing, and customer service, Dawn brings her indispensable resources and execution to every real estate transaction!

As a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1978, Dawn has seen many changes in the last 30+ years.

Dawn embarked on her career in the business community, becoming a business owner. She worked to expand her business, eventually operating in three states (NV, AZ, CA), employing over 80 employees, and operating over 65 vehicles.

Dawn purchased her first piece of real property at the age of 20, a HUD repo, and fell in love with real estate. She then became an investor.

Her portfolio now contains single family, multi-​family, and commercial/​industrial properties in various states.

Dawn’s vast knowledge in the areas of human resources, marketing, sales, negotiating, accounting, insurance, customer service, government requirements and of course real estate make her a valuable asset to your real estate purchas
