Highly recommend this place for everyone. Excellent service, both customers and cars. They also keep you in the loop with what’s going on with your car step by step. I like how they will find the best option for you to fix your car. This will be my new go to shop. Thanks desert oasis.

Do you have a European brand car? Are you just fed up with rip off auto dealerships and their mediocre auto service and repair? If so then I urge you to take your car for its next service/​repair to Desert Oasis. Stephen, the chief mechanic (who, by the way, is also a respected instructor to auto-​mechanic students at a local college) and his team are great. They actually take the time to LISTEN to your concerns and come up with real solutions. Their prices too are much more competitive than at those rip-​off dealerships. I will never take my car (VW Golf TDI) anywhere else from now on.

Buying a used luxury car isn’t exactly known for being a wise financial decision. But if you’re going to insist on buying your dream car/​mid-​life crisis mobile as I did when I bought my 2006 BMW 330Ci convertible, then I highly recommend doing what I did… buying it used from CarMax with an extended warranty (seriously, 6 years on ANY car they sell? What are they thinking?), and then having that work and maintenance performed by Desert Oasis.
Finding an honest mechanic is hard enough. And when you drive a German luxury car that isn’t covered by a factory warranty you are going to need a good mechanic sooner rather than later. Luckily a friend recommended them to me and I’ve been very happy ever since, to the point that I can’t imagine buying a brand in the future that they don’t service.
As much as I love their occasional 50% off oil change special, what I really love is that I can count on them to be straight with me on what my car really needs, without assuming all BMW owners can afford to blow all of their money on servicing their car at any given moment. I also love that I’ve given up on calling in to check in while they have my car as I’ve found I can always count on them to keep me updated whenever there’s anything to keep me updated on. The complete opposite of being nickled and dimed to death, I’m always pleasantly surprised at how much cheaper (and nicer!) than the dealership literally down the street they are.
And I didn’t even have to deal with the warranty company, all I had to say was «I have a CarMax Extended Warranty» and they took care of the rest. It really doesn’t get much easier than that!

Definitely a great place for your European car. The family is honest, dependable, competent, and really nice people. I’ve been going for the past 2 years and have been very happy that I change garages.

Great customer service. Friendly owners and managers. Originally my heater was not working
and I was referred by a coworker. They charged $ 100 towards my final bill if went ahead with the repairs.
A previous dealer did not correctly put my pan/​cover underneath my car; so they put it back on for me and charged me $ 42 for materials/​hooks.
My car was supposed to be finished by afternoon on a Friday and because there were complications they did not finish as promised and I was given a rental for the weekend. When it was time to pay they took a payment over the phone. I was surprised to see they have texting services to notify you when car is finished, huge plus for me especially since I don’t like listening to voicemails.
While waiting for my car I noticed the bathrooms were very clean– always a plus when waiting for your car. The waiting area had wifi, magazines, and coffee for their customers. At least twice they drove me home while they worked on my car, so I wouldn’t have to wait around all day. The original job took way longer than promised and I did have to bring it back because it was done done correctly the first time. However their communication and costumer service made up for it. They went above and beyond my expectation of service.

Amazing service and wonderful people! They communicate well and take care of us every time! We take our babies Beemer 335i, 535i, and Range here every time for problems and maintenance. I trust their knowledge and expertise!

On 12÷3÷15 I took my vehicle to auto repair for a check engine light that needed to be repaired because I had failed my smog check. I explained to the owners, as well as the lead mechanic that I didn’t have a lot of money to spend and that I just needed to pass the smog check. They all reassured me that they had found the problem and the car was worth investing the money in to repair. I trusted them as they had very good reviews and invested the $ 418 to repair the check engine light.
Within driving off the lot that night, I hadn’t reached 10 miles when my check engine light came on again. I went back on ¹²⁄₄ the next morning and as soon as I walked in employee «Melissa» said «your check engine light came on again?» I was taken aback she said this since they had reassured me it would be ok. Again my car was taken back and after another 3 hours of waiting, I was told they STILL couldn’t figure out what was going on with the car and to come back the next week.
On 12/​8, I came back and waited another several hours. Finally I was told that there was another problem with the car and that I had to invest another $ 440 to repair it. I was mortified! I had been told that the car would be repaired with the first repair and now this. I explained to the owners that they should fix my car and not charge me as they had not diagnosed it correctly in the first place. They refused and were adamant it was not their fault. I reminded them that they were the ones who reassured me, from the owners to the lead mechanic, that with the first $ 418 the check engine light would come off. They still refused and were very rude about the whole matter, practically shooing me away.
At this time, my husband spoke with the female owner and said this would be the last time we invest any money and could she guarantee that the car check engine light would come off. All of a sudden the story changed. She claimed that it was an «old car and any of 2000 things could be wrong with it» causing the check engine light to come on. If I had known this in the first place I would never have invested the money. We decided we didn’t want to have any more to do with this facility as they were very unscrupoulous and dishonest. Not only had they lied to us but had wasted over 10 hours of our time going back and forth and taking time off of our jobs.
I then went to the DMV to get an extension for my registration. I explained to them what happened. They indicated that my car needed to be repaired at a 2G station. When I looked at the list I discovered Desert Oasis wasn’t even on the list! They KNEW I wanted the check engine light off for my smog check but weren’t even an approved facility! Once again very dishonest of them!
I took my car to another shop that was on the list and they charged me less than $ 300 to fix the car and it passed the smog check.

Malisa is wonderful. She communicates steps needed for the repairs and gets it done. They have a small but very friendly staff and they try to go out of their way to please. Malisa insisted on using genuine manufacturer parts to maintain quality standards on my BMW and charged me a lot less in labor than the dealership would have. I’ll go back there if I need more work done.

Took my car there for an oil change for the first time and so glad I did. I definitely recommend this place to any one. Hector was awesome and the rest of staff. I found a new home for my MB. Great service!!!

The entire staff at Desert Oasis Auto Imports are truly the BEST !! George, Jackie, Melissa And Master Mechanic Hector are the most honest in the Bussiness. It’s hard to find a mechanic that’s trust worthy. I’ve been with them since 2005 and I will never let anyone else work on my MErcedes. Look no further. Get your high end import worked on here.

thank you desert oasis. it’s reassuring to know that there are still car repair shops that are out there that believe in customer service and honesty. malisa, who helped make the reservation and was the first person I saw this morning was very polite and helpful. they were able to help me with my 14k service for my a3. they knew exactly what was needed and told me how much and how long before they started working on it.
they also have a waiting area where I was able to log in and do some work. which was very helpful for me. I got in at 8am and got out at 8:50. real quick work. everyone I spoke with there was very polite. I definitely recommend this shop and will be going back due to their honesty and overall service.

I’ve brought my 2003 BMW 525i in twice now, and both times I’ve received fantastic service, payed a reasonable price and felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. Everyone I spoke to seemed knowledgeable about the car I owned, and I even asked questions about some other cars which they also knew about. I was even told of common problems with my model. I went in to get my AC fixed, and was told it could be a few things, rather than up selling on parts I didn’t need, they told me I only needed one price replaced, did so, and told me that if anything else went wrong, it would probably be the motor, which would be expensive, but said it was in fine condition and working and sent me on my way. They have another loyal customer!

My boyfriend has been a BMW owner for 15+ years and he’s spent plenty on repairs /​worry. He was a happy and faithful customer of another Independent repair shop for years — until he found Desert Oasis.
Desert has absolutely surpassed any service he’s ever received on his cars and completely re-​set the bar as the standard he expects for BMW service. I’ve never seen him happier or more satisfied when it comes to his vehicle’s maintenance and performance.
Desert gets it right the first time, doesn’t ‘over-​diagnose,’ and is true to their word. They take care of your vehicle like it’s their own.
We absolutely appreciate the professionalism, personality and perfect service we get from Desert Oasis, and specifically Malissa, Hector and Alex. They truly go above and beyond any service expectations we could ever have. It’s an absolute pleasure doing business with them and his M3 has never been running better. Desert ROCKS!!!

Great staff and technicians.
I was visiting Las Vegas and my water pump failed. After a search for BMW repair shops I found good reviews of Desert Oasis and gave them a call. They were able to get the repair done quickly and their pricing is fair. They answered my questions about the repairs. The front office staff is great and always had a smile and a happy greeting. If I were living here I would bring my car back whenever it needed service.
The shop is clean and neat and the techs I talked to really like working there.

Very honest place. I have been coming here for many years and George and Jacki (the owners) are awesome! Malissa works in the front and is great, knowledgeable about the cars and understands everything you need so she can explain it to the mechanics.
Hector is my favorite (he usually works on my cars) and has worked here for at least 10 years. It’s so nice to see employees stick around at a company.
I love coming here because I know they will fully inspect my car, tell me what I need and what I may need in the future. They never pressure you in to getting things that you do not need. The pricing is more than reasonable (best in town). If you need a great repair from honest people, come to Desert Oasis, you will be so happy you did.

After taking my car to Frank’s European and getting quite the runaround (review coming for them), I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, quality and pricing at Desert Oasis European. Malissa communicated clearly throughout the process and was up-​front on pricing from the very beginning. I just purchased my 2008 BMW X5 from a friend who took great care of his car (all scheduled maintenance was done at BMW, kept the interior and exterior detailed, etc). When I took the car to Frank’s, they came up with over $ 6K in repairs and «suggested» services (they didn’t bother calling BMW to get a copy of the service records as I had asked them to). After a bunch of nonsense that lead to them holding on to my car for more than a week without doing a single thing to the vehicle, I decided to take my car back from Frank’s and give Desert Oasis a try (given their strong reviews here and elsewhere). So glad I did. I intentionally asked them to inspect all the systems Frank’s wanted me to repair/​replace and not only were there none of the leaks Frank’s reported; but Desert Oasis was able to repair/​replace the windshield washer pump for my vehicle for ¹⁄₃ the cost Frank’s wanted and ¹⁄₁₀ of the cost BMW wanted. To show you the kind of integrity they have — they even threw in a replacement for the rear window washer pump since they had taken the vehicle apart to get to that area. My repair bill went from over $ 6K to $ 850 (needed new bushings to prevent suspension issues in the future). I highly recommend and will definitely return to Desert Oasis European Auto Service & Repair!!!

The owners Jorge & Jacki are awesome! They’re very personable and super honest about how they conduct business. Malisa at the front desk is friendly and helpful as well.
I have a ’95 BMW 525i, had an oil change 2 days ago, had to return today to have my flex disk on my driveshaft replaced because it’s worn out. Some places would probably say to replace the whole driveshaft to make more money on me, however, not this place!
So needless to say, what’s great about this place is they don’t up sell on unnecessary repairs, they’ll quote you and only recommend what REALLY needs to be repaired. If you’ve got a Euro car, want to avoid dealer prices, and want an honest opinion, then I highly, highly recommend this place.
Oh yeah, they have free Wifi! That’s always a plus when waiting for your car. =)
Also, as a tip, call to make an appointment since this place is always happening!

It’s really hard to find a Euro auto mechanic here in Las Vegas that does not uprice you because you drive a porche, mercedes or BMW.
With that said, I found these guys by accident about 3.5 years ago. Carmax was being ridiculous about some work and I needed done, and was all over the valley looking for answers. Was about a simple checkup that needed to be done on my TT, which DO diagnosed and fixed. Ironically, they were around the corner from Carmax. Since then, I’ve been taking me BMW Z4, moms S-​Type and dads R series to them.
The prices are beyond reasonable, and the work done is phenomenal. The work done there is backed up with a warranty, and they actually repair the parts diagnosed is wrong and not surprise you with a, «We changed this hose and belt because it was due» without your proper permission.
Located in the back corner of Sahara and Rainbow, they are hard to notice from the main road. They are a 3 bay garage, and seem small. But they get the work done. I’ve had work done to my Z4 only 4 times in the last 3 years I’ve owned her, and thats because they help me to maintain the car with advice and periodic updates by email.
The front desk is run by the infamous Melissa. A very knowledgeable young lady. She knows as much about all the cars worked on as the mechanics themselves. She handles the process of getting your car from sick to godly with precision. She thrives for perfection and performance safety. George is one of the mechanics that works on our vehicles, and is very patient to explain any work done or needed done on your vehicle. A trait rarely found in this type of industry.
You’ll have an awesome experience with them and will leave with a great amount of info about your vehicle if you so choose to ask. An appointment will help if you need a full diagnosis and ask about your warranty coverage.
