Manager

As proud manager of I AM Mechanics, my job is to make sure that every aspect of our service is done right; from phone call, to giving the customer their keys. I reinforce only the best quality of work to be done on each and every vehicle. I have been in the automotive industry for 24 years. The position I am in today, allows me to make all decisions based on what I know from my experience; such as what the customers want out of an auto repair service. All of our customers are satisfied with the way we run our service. It makes me happy when I have customers thanking me for making everything so clear and simple for them. The most important detail I have learned through my experience, is that honesty goes a long way with everyone. Our team here is great, and we enjoy getting to know the families and friends of our loyal customers.
