Used to be great, but lately they have been lacking in many things. Half of the time their DD rewards doesn’t work, and when I question it to the manager she has a major attitude and rude. The manager at this location is a bi$ch. Got an iced coffee with a bug in it last week. And how many times do I have to say LIQUIDSUGAR!!! I ask for liquid sugar not sugar. I’ll be going to the other location on Durango, haven’t had a problem there yet.

Had to repeat my order 3 – 4 times. Took 12 minutes at the drive through, 2 cars up front only. Gave me 2 medium iced coffees when I ordered large. Then changed it to large cups and only added ice!!! Wtf

Okay first let me say Dunkin has the best hot coffee around. That being said, this location makes it very difficult to get! I live nearby and visit this location at least twice a week and 50% of the time, my order is wrong. This morning was no different. I ordered(drive through) 2 bagels and 2 medium hot coffees. Shouldn’t be a difficult order, or so I thought. Boy was I wrong! I had to repeat my order twice at the menu board and once again at the window. After a few minutes passed, I was served 2 iced coffees. At least they got the bagels right. If you go inside to get served, they normally get it right. However it’s super slow for whatever reason. The décor is decent so I guess they want you to have time to take it all in. I’ve seen it take almost 10 mins for a breakfast sandwich to be constructed, and that’s when it wasn’t busy at all. By all means, visit this location. Just allow yourself extra time and make sure to double check your order.

Went up there in a good mood to get donuts for the family and the customers service was very poor. They didn’t have some of the donuts that I wanted and that wasn’t a big deal. What earned this rating was how rude the cashier Patrick S. was. He acted as if I was a complete waste of time even though I was the only customer. Completely rude and almost hostile. Made me question whether the donuts were safe to eat an I’m not kidding. Won’t be going back.

The worst donut place ever. Never have any verity. The selection is very minimum. Don’t waist your time. Go somewhere else. No matter what time of the day this place never has anything.

Usually like this location is close to my home. But it sucks when your in a rush and all you want is your nice iced drink just to find out there ice machine is broken. Not that they can help that it’s broken but a sign would help maybe? Possibly?

I’ve been here twice and both times the drinks were sub-par, but the service was decently fast and friendly. It’s a bummer because it’s close to where I stay when I’m in Vegas and I’ve heard Dunkin’ Donuts coffee’s are normally pretty good. I think I’ll stick with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf…

Customer service is always good and fast. Coffee taste isn’t always consistent but that doesn’t stop me from coming here.

I can see why their ratings aren’t very high for this location. Service wasn’t very friendly and honestly a little slow as well but also the quality of the drinks aren’t good here either. We walked in at 7:30am with not a single person in line but after placing our order and waiting as the cashier slowly typed in our order a line accumulated pretty quickly. She wasn’t very friendly or talkative like I’ve experienced at other Dunkin’ Donuts but maybe she was a newbie. Who knows. My hubby got the Mocha coffee coolatta but they didn’t make it right. It wasn’t sweetened at all and tasted like watered down coffee. My breakfast croissant sandwich was a bit burnt too. The donuts were good though. I really liked the strawberry shortcake croissant donut. Probably the only plus about our visit to this Dunkin Donuts.

Who’s ever in charge of store layouts should be fired. This place is ridiculous, the donut counter is behind the cash register so you can’t even see what’s available with everyone standing or walking in front of their very small selection of donuts. When we first interned the place stunk like burnt coffee and with the so very slow process to se the selection it took us 20 minute with only to people in front of us. You can be sure I’ll never be back

Love this Dunkin Donuts. By far the best customer service and the donuts are always fresh. Always get extra turbo shots in your coffee. Does the trick every time. $.50 for an espresso that tastes great is unbeatable in Vegas. They always hook you up with a little extra too. Great rewards and decent customer service.

I tend to receive good customer service but Thomas blew my mind today! I can see why they send him to other stores as their hype man because his customer service shouldBring about inspiration for anyone else in the customer service industry

This location has the worst customer service ever… Stood at the cashier for 5 min, employees looking at me, never acknowledging me. I was the only customer in this establishment and there was only a customer at the drive thru window, so it wasn’t busy what so ever. The cashier finally comes to the register, doesn’t say good morning or anything. Employee really showed that she didn’t want to be there. And made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I received a GC for Christmas and that is why I came in… It’s going to be very hard to spend this gift card bc I don’t ever plan to go back. Hopefully the corporate office reads these posts bc majority say the same thing.

I used to come here quite often(2 – 4 times a week) because I love their coffee. yeah the donuts are ok, but there usually isn’t many out to choose from except what’s left that other people didn’t want, which are mostly plain icing. lately, as in the past few months, it seems all they’ve hired are young«adults». barely out of high school or still in it. and I say that because they can’t get a simple coffee order correct and when you tell them«this is not what I ordered» when they hand you a small hot coffee and you asked for a medium iced chai, they cop an attitude. I mean the components of my order are in the name of the drink. Medium. Iced. Chai. seems easy enough. I used my free birthday drink this morning and good thing because I would not have paid the $ 2.50 it’s «worth». This warm chai they threw in a cup has melted all the ice, it’s watered down now, and still hot. dunkin. your people suck.

I gave it a 3 simply of their delicious donuts; however not to family friendly in here. Plus it’s morning and it feels draining just to be in here. The vibe is off.

I have always liked Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and of course they always seem to have a good and standard selection of donuts. These days most DD’s offer breakfast and a variety of other sandwich type eats. This was second or third time here, as the second time I was very early and there was a sign on the door that said Sorry No Dounts Available Yet. Well that’s crazy for a donut shop, I did return later that and they had donuts. Now on to today’s encounter. Not very many customers at 8:15am on a Friday which is okay by me as there is no waiting. The workers have always been nice overall and are quick to point out something might cost extra when ordering, which is great to know so your not caught of guard. My order was taken quickly with the ordering of the limited edition Reese Pieces Peanut Butter donut and my standard coffee with cream no sugar was served up pretty darn quick. Looking around the establishment there are several tables and couch/chair type seating and overall plenty of space, almost seems like too much seating but maybe they have peak hours on weekends and fill the seats. The place has always been clean and the staff has always been friendly. There is a Drive Thru however I have not experienced it. Overall, I have always like DD coffee and an occasional donut from them so I will certainly return for either since they are located right in my hood.

When you come here early in the morning you get a great group of people who love their jobs and are happy to see you. I like it here. They get my Chai right, I have had mistakes but usually when they are new. Anyway the staff has been rotated and my usual faces are all gone. This is alright because I can see the efforts are better with this group. The bathroom is much cleaner and my order is the same as I like it. Change is ok as you keep my order correct. Thanks.

Austin rang us up in a friendly manner. I had a survey filled out for a free donut. Today the Dunkin Donut mobile Perks had new stuff. I wanted to use them to earn more points. Redeemed the $ 1 off on my Veggie FlatBread. If you bought any size Hot Chocolate you get 30 bonus points(towards a free beverage you need 200 points). My Veggie FlatBread was mMmm. Then I burned myself taking a sip out of my Medium Hot Chocolate. I enjoyed the free Glazed Donut. Thanks again. Tip #1: My personal favorite because they get their products shipped in from a bakery in town. Fresh product is the way too my heart. You’re welcome, the more you know. Tip #2: hang on to your receipt, fill out the survey(takes 3 minutes on your phone browser). You get a free donut with a purchase of a medium beverage. What’s better than free? I can’t eat them but I grab it for the boyfriend when he’s out of work.

I Went there this morning and ordered a small coffee with two creamers and after I pulled away from the drive thru I had to stop at a gas station… I looked at my coffee, and it didn’t look right, so I tasted it… Needless to say it was not fresh and way to much cream. Get it right Dunkin Donuts!!!
