Best donuts around. Better than glaziers. Better than Winchells. I highly recommend this spot on a cheat day.

Service was great, doughnuts were good. They have a variety of plain and fancy doughnuts (which are a lot more pricey). By the time I finished picking my dozen and a half my bill came out to about $ 22. The doughnuts were really heavy and dense, and some were way sweeter than others. Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this place! You can tell they put creativity, passion, and personality into their doughnuts and I’ll always support that in a business.

Yummy. At first glance the inventory looks skimpy… But it’s because they make their doughnuts in small batches so they are so fresh.
Very nice guys behind the counter.

Great doughnuts, great service, great location. Glaze is small, simple and friendly. They have specialty doughnuts that curb your sweet tooth, and simple doughnuts and pastries. They always give great service to me and my daughter when we come in. Thanks for being in our neighborhood!

On our way and aren’t even there yet and we are giving a 5 star based on our previous visit and the excitement of going back! Donuts are soooo #%@&! Good! Heard of this place when a company partner brought in a dozen for a morning meeting– they were a big hit! That following Saturday got some for the Husband and kid and they loved them! They didn’t have one I wanted and he whipped it up right away. This is now our official donut place. We no longer go to that one place with the pink boxes

Disappointed to have to give this place 2 stars, but after my last experience I don’t know how soon I’ll be returning.
Obviously donuts are always a cheat food and not a dietary staple, so at times there is a little guilt that goes along with purchasing a dozen, because they are so freaking good, however that guilt and shame shouldn’t be coming from the worker behind the counter.
As I was choosing my variety of treats the worker subsequently turned to me in an accusatory tone asked «are these all for just you»? Even though they weren’t all «just for me» it was so embarrassing and everything I had not to burst out crying.
Donuts should make you feel good and donut shops should be welcoming with neighborhood vibes, instead I felt unwelcomed and judged.
As for the donuts themselves, they are very good, it will just be a while until the family and I make a stop at Glaze.

Just moved into this neighborhood and needed to find a good donut shop for our Thursday morning training meeting. I had been going to a national chain, because it was on the way to work from my previous residence.
Stopped into Glaze this morning to check them out.
Wow! Great service, I was even offered a free, warm fresh donut while ordering. I had them pick a mixed dozen so my team could give me some feedback on the product. Universally they were a hit. The red velvet was almost the center piece of a wrestling match. All of the donuts were fresh, delicious and awesome.
I will be back, just not soon enough.

A part of my resolution this year is to be more spontaneous and venture out more to places I haven’t been to as oppose to sticking with personal favorites. With that said, I finally found myself at Glaze, Saturday morning. We were greeted by friendly staff who offered us a taste of their glazed donut holes.
We opted to get a dozen to have that variety: Glazed donuts were really good, not too sweet with the right amount of glaze. The texture is what you’d get if Krispy kreme and Dunkin donuts married, light and doughy at the same time. Fruity pebbles and cinnamon twist ($ 1.50 each) The twist was perfect with cinnamon taste in every bite, the former not so much as the cloying sweetness overwhelmed my palate. Nutty professor and Maple with bacon ($ 2.25 each) from their fancy list was added to the bunch. The Nutty Professor described as a donut topped with Nutella and a variety of nuts didn’t really wow me, it tasted good but I didn’t even detect the distinct Nutella taste and the flavors of the different nuts, it tasted like chocolate frosting topped with peanuts. The Maple bacon: although the maple frosting was a little bit sweet, the addition of bacon made it a perfect balance of savory and sweet. Also tried their Blueberry cake which is a good contender from my favorite place across town.
There were several donuts that I saw pictures of on their page that I wanted to try but didn’t see in their display case, it was my bad that I didn’t ask about them though. Most likely I will be back since I live minutes from this place and the glazed donuts and cinnamon twists definitely have earned a return visit.

Came in this morning & was greeted by a friendly man. He offered me a sample of a doughnut hole & made me sample a taste of their buttercream to put on the pumpkin doughnut. I came in a bit early so most of the pastries displayed were limited as they were preparing the rest in the back. I was a bit sad but it was understandable. When I came home my family devoured the whole thing in less than 5 mins lol. Quality doughnuts & excellent customer service! Definitely a returning customer :)

Second. The donuts are out of this world! Seriously! Amazing. Best I’ve ever had. The maple bacon and raspberry filled donut were my favorite!

I’ve had this doughnut shop bookmarked and wanted to give away doughnuts to my coworkers instead of passing out traditional Christmas cards. I did this last year and everyone went bonkers. I decided I wanted to keep up with my office tradition and thought this was the perfect time to try out Glaze.
They were busy this Wednesday morning and I was super happy I called ahead for my 3 dozen to go. The one thing that caught my attention was that they were freshly piping a jelly doughnut and crème filled doughnut for the lady in front of me. I thought that was pretty neat-​o. They had my doughnuts ready to go and I did my Unilocal Check in and received my 10% off. I grabbed all 3 boxes and off to the office I went. I handed out my mystery mix of sugary goodness and wished everyone a Merry Christmas with food (they way it should be).
Everyone in the office was raving about the doughnuts and asking where I got them. They were a HUGE hit. I really enjoyed my raspberry jelly doughnut and will return to purchase more for the office in the future. The jelly was plentiful (just the way I like it) and the glaze was laid on thick. Two thumbs up!

I know what you’re gonna say… donuts schmonuts. they are all the same.
Well that depends if you have a brother named Clarence injecting your Crème and Jelly into your piping hot Pastry right on the spot.
Bavarian Crème… Long John w/​Raspberry filling… Apple Fritter… and Maple Glaze twist = Sugar Coma but Oh-​So-​Good.
I decided to take a bite out of my Fritter before I drove off, and ended up eating the whole thing. As I was wiping my mouth, I looked up and Clarence was standing outside laughing his ass off. «See, that’s why I gave you some napkins to go. You looked like you weren’t gonna be able to wait». LOL
Glaze Doughnuts is the bomb! They even spell Doughnuts properly! +1

Not often do I go doughnut crazy. Maybe because for years got tired of the staple three Kirspe Kreme, Winchell, or Dunkin Donuts. But seeing and hearing about all these small doughnut shops around town brings back that doughnut crazy in me. Thankfully my beast partner was eyeing out the newest spot Glaze Doughnuts. I was like hell yay check it our first timer style also with you.
We got there late so the display case was little on the empty side. Good thing and bad thing. Good knowing that selling some doughnuts for sure and bad that some of the best ones are out. My beast partner found out that even if they are out of any doughnut. They just need head up call ahead and long as glazed based doughnut should be good too go. The green tea pistachio doughnut. One of the newest ones and very popular one. If she never called ahead not sure if we would have got to try one. Even half full the assortment of doughnuts they were all looking mighty tasty. I ended up ordering the maple bacon doughnut and the chocolate coco puff. The maple bacon was so so so so good. I know maple bacon doughnut is staple at most doughnut shops. The thing that stood out for me was the right balance between sweet and savory. Not being skimpy on the bacon. Not just one piece of bacon but random diced pieces that cover the whole doughnut. Literally bacon in every bite till the last. The bacon is cooked perfect not so crispy break tooth, burnt, or undercooked. Not greasy either so the two flavors or very distinct but once bite into the doughnut get the best of both worlds. The same can say for the pistachio and green tea (sweet green tea). I love the color of the green tea. No way not going miss it in the display and one that stands out should not be ignored peeps. If there one doughnut need try first that the one! The chocolate coco puff was solid. Truthfully would pass if had order that one again. So many other good ones that need too try and two that had could eat those every day.
Talk about small place not that many places to sit down inside. The interior not much going on although the one and only artwork. It like mona lisa of doughnut in my artistic eye. Really. The owner was telling me his niece or nephew made it. Talk about original artwork. It gives Glaze personality all its own. Talk about any business with some Unilocal loving with checkin. Gets star all on its own.
The service is five stars. They made sure had the green tea pistachio doughnut. The gentlemen that took our order was great! Never rushed us, made great recommendations, he was talking about passionate owners are about taking suggesting or always looking for new ideas for new combinations or doughnut ideas, and positive vibes. It located in the back of small shopping mall on fort apache. Not to visible off the street but look at the sign for the business in the shopping mall. The Glaze logo stands out and am fan of the design. Fan of Glaze Doughnuts and looking forward to my next visit thinking of my next doughnut.

These are the kind of donuts that I like. Fluffy, light, sugary and sweet. I tried 3 different kinds chocolate cake, fruity pebbles and of course maple bacon. I used the 10% Unilocal coupon and paid $ 5.35 for all three, which wasn’t that bad for speciality donuts. I’m giving it a 3 because of the feeling I got. Empty cold feeling inside, and friendly service but seemed kind of disorganized. Can’t say which one was my favorite but I am looking forward to trying other flavors.

I work just a few buildings down at the animal hospital and having glaze open was a dream come true! Sometimes you just forget to eat or bring breakfast with you and their breakfast croissant is affordable and delicious! They also have a great selection of donuts and their coffee is great! I hate coffee if it’s not Starbucks but I love their coffee. It’s nice to have them as neighbors to my work and a convenient breakfast spot when I need it :)

When I bite into a donut I think of two things, the glazed and the fluffiness of the dough. Glaze does an excellent job of making their glazed doughnut. It has an airy texture with a little fluff added to it.
My other favorite item at Glaze is the kolache! To start your day off right give the jalapeño kolache a try, it’ll give you that kick in the head. :D It’s a Texas thing ya’ll!

Officially opening its doors on Saturday at 5am after a week of unannounced playdates for those happening to stop by, it was just after 9am that a visit was paid to Glaze Donuts, the small shop apparently «seeing a rush» earlier that had depleted all but the Red Velvet cake doughnuts, though several yeasted versions remained.
Owned by a second generation doughnut maker, the hand-​crafted bases created by his father in Texas, Glaze features three tiers of fried dough ranging from $ 1 Classics to $ 2.25 Fancy selections and reportedly making each in small batches in order to ensure freshness it is thus far mostly classics that compose the glass cases, some whimsical toppings aside.
Offering 15% off and free donut holes to those attending opening day it was after perusing the remaining options and chatting with the doughnut shop’s daughter that a total of eight options were selected, one made-​to-​order while three were still warm from the fryer, first bites of the raspberry filled pocket making a delightful mess as natural jam loaded with seeds and sweetness poured forth onto the wax paper beneath it.
Waiting on the Strawberry Shortcake for a few minutes as Glaze makes the extra effort to slice and fill them a la minut in order to avoid sogginess, it is unfortunate that the whipped cream used is such low quality as to mar the quality of the fresh berries, a little stiffer cream likely to allow them to not only be stored in cases but also to simply taste less overwhelmed by sugar.
Admittedly impressed by the base, a more traditional yeast ring than the spongecake at Pinkbox or supple Brioche at O-​Face, Glaze eats somewhere between the texture of Krispy Kreme and Dunkin’ and with glazes trending sweeter than some the best bites were of the rich dark chocolate and the maple studded with bacon, the plain maple requested by a friend unfortunately too sweet, almost to the point of cloying.
Tiger Tails sold-​out and Bear Claws not available it was next in a ‘cinnamon roll’ that $ 2.25 was invested, the texture not particularly different from that of the simple rings but the flavor proving absolutely excellent with light notes of spice and interior rings visibly glistening with a layer of melting butter.
Modestly impressed by the soft red cake with a good bit of cocoa that represented the only available non-​yeasted ring that morning it was finally into the fritter that teeth were sunk and finding almost no crunch to the exterior with an oily, limp interior that was at least pleasantly studded with cinnamon and apples it was exactly one more bite that was taken before discarding the rest, yet another sub-​par fritter in a city where such things are far too common and not much of an impetus to pass the far superior ACE Donuts on the corner of West Tropicana and South Fort Apache just a few miles up the road.
***Using phrases like «Small Batch» as if to justify prices that compare to those at O-​Face or Pink Box without the high quality base or housemade jams of the former or unique offerings of the latter Glaze Doughtnuts is more-​or-​less just another doughnut shop in Las Vegas, a place worth visiting if you’re in the area but not one worth going out of the way for.

Nothing like a grand opening of a donut store on a Saturday morning to get you going. By the time we got there, most donuts were sold out but they continuously make donuts. Luckily I wanted the strawberry shortcake donut and they had that available. The strawberries were sweet… bonus points and the donut itself was soft and almost melt in your mouth. Also, The donut wasn’t overly sweet so I was able to devour it all without feeling like I would get a toothache. I’m excited to try the other concoctions and support small local businesses like these! Hopefully it continues to be great! Pricewise it’s comparable to any of the gourmet donut shops but it’s worth it since everything is freshly made. Either way I’ll be back!

Finally! A donuts place right next to my house! You can only imagine my excitement.
I was waiting for this place to open for awhile ever since they put up their sign. Today they finally have their soft opening. 50% off on all their donuts. They have unique flavors like the delicious strawberry cheesecake donut! I think its my favorite so far. Everything we had were amazing! I can’t wait to try all the other ones. The staff are super friendly too.
