First time in a vacuum store. Wonderful helpful knowledgeable staff. I came through just on a vacation and I wish I could come back. I’ll get to go home with nice new filters and get my vacuum finally working again! :D

I had quite the different experience from what’s been said about this place. My Dyson wasn’t working right, so the customer service recommended for me to take it here to fix for free of charge.
Unfortunately, the problem wasn’t covered under warranty, so I had to pay out of pocket to fix some clogs that were creating the problem of reduced suction. I thought the head piece was broken since it would just push around the dust rather than vacuuming.
They were prompt and called me same day to notify me of the problem, and called me once they were done fixing it. I tested out my vacuum before I left to make sure the problem had been resolved, and woooooooooo my vacuum is working!!! $ 40 to fix was a good deal compared to replacing a $ 400 vacuum cleaner.
The old man working here was nice, and the other worker was also very helpful. They said I can bring the vacuum directly here next time since it’s covered under warranty.
By the way, Dyson has great customer service, too!

This is one of the few places in the Las Vegas area that is a certified Eureka servicer. They honored the warranty on my vacuum and fixed it completely free!

Mixed review. On the plus side it’s good that this place even exists, as repair shops are dying off. Listening to dealings with other customers while I waited, it sounds like this shop really wants to deal with warranty repairs over all else. My vac was out of warranty. Did complete my repair for about 60% of what a new vacuum would cost. Hope it lasts.

Hands down the worst place to take your vacuum or carpet cleaner. True to previous posts, very little contact, the people in the store are very unprofessional and rude and only care about making money, not actual service. I called Bissell corporate and they were much more helpful and resolved my problem.

Good service and very satisfied customer. They went above and beyond to help us replace our Dyson. Way better than the first vacuum store Dyson sent us to for repairs.

When my vacuum doesn’t seem to work I am very unhappy. Taking it into a repair shop is the last thing I want to do. Lucky for me I found Elite Vacuums Plus. I was greeted immediately and welcomed into the shop. The owner was able to recognize the problem right away and assured me that all the work to repair the vacuum would be covered under warranty. He called me a few days later to say it was ready. I fully expected it to take at least a week or longer. Thank you Elite for such great service. It is nice to find a shop with so much pride in their business.
