I used Enchanted Florist for my wedding bouquet. I ordered everything by phone and the lady who helped me was wonderful. She was professional and courteous on the phone. I was a little worried since I am from out of town and wasn’t able to see their shop in person prior to my big day. I took a chance and it paid off, my bouquet was gorgeous. I am so happy with how it turned out and I got compliments all day. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely loved my bouquet and bouts. I actually saved a couple succulents and was able to plant them afterwards! It’s such an amazing reminder of that day!
They were so easy to work with and were able to capture exactly what I wanted through a couple of Pinterest photos and were able to work with my budget! You can’t ask for more!

We used Enchanted Florist for our wedding flowers. They were on the vendor list our wedding planner gave to us. I met with the owner Kathryn in person and showed her pictures of what I wanted. Spoke with her several times in the months leading up to our wedding and paid 4k for 9 centerpiece arrangements. For that price the flowers should have been amazing and exactly as I imagined and looked forward to. But on my wedding day they were late and the photographer couldn’t even get photos of the room set up because the flowers were missing and they barely made it in time. They delayed my photos prior to the ceremony as well because I didn’t have my bouquet! The arrangements were sparse and nothing like what I told them I wanted and nothing like the photos in my quote from her. Several guests commented that they didn’t like the flowers and that they were really lacking. I had been so excited in the months leading up to the wedding about the flowers and told people we they would be big and beautiful and it was important to us for them to be right. We skipped out on other things and did our budget based on the flowers being second to the venue on our priorities. I was so embarrassed when my guests told me that the enchanted florist employees took down the centerpieces and left before our reception was over. My mom confronted them and they said they were doing that so no one would steal the centerpieces, she told them to take their rental vases after the reception was over and leave my flowers. and they still took my flowers!!! So I basically paid 4k for shitty flowers that they let me borrow for 2 hours before taking them from me. Incredibly unprofessional and I’m extremely disappointed. I would never recommend them for anyone’s big day. We work hard for our money and definitely feel taken advantage of.

I decided at the last minute, the night before my wedding, that I did want a bouquet. I called Enchanted around dinner time for an order by 2pm the next day. They made it happen! I got exactly what I wanted, 2 dozen roses with a little greenery. There was a little more greenery than I had hoped for, it was huge, heavy, and it smelled funny, but it looked phenomenal in photos so I really can’t complain. They delivered to my hotel and somehow the bouquet did end up all the way in my room. Price was just under $ 200.Thank yall for saving the day!

We choose this florist for our wedding was a recommendation by the banquet hall but they truly are amazing and I am glad we decided to go with them. The owner and her team created beautiful bouquets and flower pieces for our wedding. They came looking beautiful fresh and delivered on time. The owner was very helpful and didn’t try to upscale us just gave us exactly what we wanted thank you again and I highly recommend this florist u will not be disapointed.

So glad to finally be able to leave a Unilocal review. It’s been more than 8 months since our wedding and when I think of how awful Enchanted was for my wedding day, I still cringe. They are the worst! Kathryn was incredibly rude each time we spoke in the months leading up to my wedding (she’s the owner — nice huh?!), was irritated because I didn’t know the proper floral «lingo» when discussing type of flowers to be used, impatient, constantly frustrated, then late on my wedding day, didn’t deliver what was discussed, improperly set up the Chuppah (a critical part of our ceremony) even though we had gone over it and there were specific pictures of how it should look, and then when confronted after the wedding, made excuses, lied about how many conversations we had over the months, and was again, dismissive, rude, took no responsibility and unprofessional beyond words. I felt as if I was just another customer — my wedding day meant nothing to Kathryn. What a waste of time and money. Awful experience.

I can’t say enough about this place!!! My husband usually orders from another florist on a regular basis but they didn’t answer the phone (Tuesday before valentines day) so he looked for a place near my work place. Wow! I am so glad he did. My flowers were so fresh and beautiful. I don’t remember getting such nice flowers in a long, long time. Which is sad as they are expensive. Any way, my flowers are 10 days old and still look beautiful. My Lillys are open and larger than my hands, my roses actually opened up and my daisies and carnations look great. Thank you thank you thank you Enchanted Florist… job well done!!! You are our new regular florist!!!

Sense I was in kindegarden my father sends me flowers twice a year, no matter where he is, this is our thing .I love flowers but more importantly it’s a thing he loves to send me .
He has used enchated florist for years now .He has been a very loyal customer, But I think he should take his business else where! This florist could not even be bothered to bring the flowers to my department at work they just left at the Bell desk of the huge casino that I work for. My father stated where in the casino they should have went and the delivery person couldn’t be bothered! Because of this I didn’t get my flower until the day after Valentine’s Day, which was upsetting to my father. If you spent a $ 130 on flowers they should delivered correctly with validation that they were going to get to the right person. Very disappointing service

We were so in love with our wedding floral designs. When we initially came in for our floral meeting, I brought pictures for inspiration for how I wanted my high/​low centerpieces, boutonnières, and bridesmaid bouquets to look like and we were very happy to see the vision come to life on the big day. Coming into the meeting, I wasn’t sure how I wanted my bouquet to look, but Kathryn was more than happy to give suggestions and show pictures to get inspiration. On the day of the wedding, Mo delivered our bouquets to us and she was just the sweetest thing! The «fairies» at Enchanted Florist are an amazing team! Thank you for your beautiful arrangements!

Worst floral shop ever. I (Landon) requested to have flowers be delivered to my wife for our 5 year anniversary. The guy calls me at 4:45pm asking for directions, after I had given the most descriptive directions. My wife got them delivered at 4:55pm, as she was walking out the door. When she explained that if they had gotten there any later she would have been gone, the guy said «well, your husband didn’t give us a specific time». Please tell me why you would deliver flowers 5 minutes before your place of business closes? The point of having flowers delivered is so you can enjoy them. I will NEVER use this floral shop for ANY occasion and I will NOT recommend them to anyone. People spend good money on flowers to be ENJOYED, not delivered at the end of a work day.

I got married two weeks ago in Vegas and I love Enchanted Florist! My husband found them on Unilocal and said they had the best reviews. I called less than a week before our wedding and they were completely accommodating. I told them what I wanted for my bouquet (yellow and ivory wild flowers with a few succulents). The owner sent me a breakdown with pictures of what the bouquet and boutonnière could possibly look like. I was planning on having an in-​person consultation when we arrived in Vegas, but we fell in love with one of the pictures and just went with that. The bouquet and boutonnière arrived on time at the hotel and were more beautiful than I even anticipated. They even guaranteed that if one of the flowers was unavailable they would replace it with a more expensive flower at no cost. I was complimented all day on my bouquet and I couldn’t have been happier.

Enchanted is key player in this bamboozle. Came in, rang the bell and was helped almost immediately. I gave them a dollar amount, which needed to include a vase, and about 10 minutes later I walked out with an excellent arrangement and a nice vase. They mentioned they could put specific colors and/​or flowers into my arrangement, but I let them do whatever they wanted. It was that simple. While there, I got to check out some bouquets they were putting together for a wedding and they looked intricate and well designed. This is def my go-​to spot while on my 3-​step program :) Check out my pic to see the arrangement.
Protip: It’s in the corner of an industrial park. If you pass Rolling Smoke (mmmm bbbbqqq) on your left, you’ve gone too far.

This is a florist with HEART! Our daughter was flying to Tucson and then driving to Las Vegas with her fiancé on Friday to get married Friday night. Her fiancé is in the US army and got detained at work on Friday and by the time they drove the 7 hours from Tucson to Las Vegas they missed their wedding time at the chapel and had to reschedule for the next morning. Not only did Stacey at enchanted florist give us an excellent price on the bride bouquet and boutonnière, gave us a great price on delivery to the Venetian hotel, she also held the flowers there on Friday evening when I called her and then sent them out to the hotel on Saturday morning instead! She said she would refresh them if needed! This florist saved what could have been an unfortunate situation. Thanks Enchanted Florist!

Enchanted Florist did my December 8, 2013 wedding and I cannot say enough amazing things about not only the people working there, but the flowers, centerpieces, my bouquet and everything else included were stunning! They were amazing to work with, worked with my budget and I truly felt like I had the highest quality flowers! They truly saw the vision I wanted for my wedding and we’re always available to help with any questions I had! I worked mostly with Kathryn for my payments/​money stuff (amazing, always got back to me super fast) and Moe who did the setup/​delivery of the flowers (so sweet and cool, felt like we had been friends forever) would highly recommend them for anything needing flowers in the Vegas area!

Great customer service from Danielle! Very accommodating & helpful. Ordered a nice balloon arrangement for a decent price :) hopefully all goes well! Definitely recommend this place so far.

Ordered flowers to be sent the next day to a place of business for a birthday surprise. The surprising part was they planned on delivering the flowers at the end of the day. Now she’s leaving work and the flowers are not even there.
Who thinks «I bet somebody would enjoy these flowers for the last five minutes they are at work so nobody can see them.» Will never be using this company again.
Their flower selection looks great though, but if you want something done right do it yourself.

The best florists in town! I hired Enchanted Florist for my destination wedding last year in May. They carefully worked with me and made time whenever my fiancé and I were in town. The Enchanted Florist’s team sure knows how to make you feel like a BRIDE! I loved loved loved all of my floral décor! Also, more importantly they really do work within your budget and don’t make you feel bad about not spending thousands on flowers!
On top of doing all the floral work, Teresa and her team were so accommodating with setting up all of the rest of the décor! Our candles and votive were all set up and lit for us!
Can’t say enough about this amazing florist and can’t imagine our big day without them!

It was the towards the end of the night at First Friday– January 7, 2011, and the lady (an owner?) set up in one of the galleries, was nice enough to give us her little bouquets– yellow (for my two friends) and lavender (for me) colored with a beautiful ribbon tie– she said she didn’t want to pack it up; she just wanted us to «friend» them on facebook (trying to reach 1000 followers). They were simple, but beautiful arrangements and we kept getting compliments on them as we were walking inside the galleries.
I placed it in a mug with water and it lasted a while on our dining table.
