Great detail service for the price. Always friendly and helpful. I got the full detail and not a spot missed. Talking with the manager I learned you can request the person for detailing, I would recommend Trianna or Ross who have detailed my vehicle in the past. Try Freddie’s service you won’t be disappointed

Got VIP wash $ 19.99. Let the person know I was going to use the Unilocal check in for $ 3.00 off, she said «Sure no problem that’ll be like $ 17» Should have been clue #1. Was after I got home and checked bank they charged 19.99. My son said that’s happened to him too. Last time I’ll be going there.

If I could give it less than one star I would. This place sucks for getting your truck wiped down after the wash. The kids are more important bullshitting then doing their job. They show favors to there friends who bring their cars in. They go first meanwhile everyone else’s car air dries. I wouldn’t be back.

I’ve been here twice and both times have been TERRIBLE.
The only reason I came back after the first visit is because a manager gave my a free VIP car wash after the gas attendant asked me if I liked the car wash and told them no I HATE it.
Just to sum it up…
–be prepared to be there for at least an hour and half no matter what service you get
–your car won’t be clean. I promise.
–my mirrors and car had water stains all over.
–the associates talk crap about the cars they are cleaning.
JUST AWFUL.
Next time you want a car wash go to DESERT CAR WASH on Ann. I love it there.

the gas attendants are nice and fast. The car wash is something that I wouldn’t call GREAT. At least in my experience, it wasn’t and hasn’t been good. I did bring a car rental that I had to return, that I used cross-​country and it needed a really good clean, and I made a abundantly clear that I had to be cleaned completely inside and out and without a mistake. After I checked it and them going back and doing a couple of things, it was good. Over all I wouldn’t take my car there for a good inside and out. It may have to do with younger versions of adults, doing the job, that makes a difference.

Pretty lousy car wash for $ 20. Both of my mirrors were filthy on the part sticking out from the car that holds the actual mirror, there was dirt and grime still on the hood and various other locations. There was still tons of dog hair on the floor mats as well. None of it was from a close inspection either, it was just obvious upon cursory evaluation. Might as well go somewhere and pay half as much and just get the outside washed by a drive through machine and do a terrible job of vacuuming and wiping down the inside on your own.
Also, as others mentioned, turning on people’s stereos and then setting it to some rap station is highly unacceptable. There is ZERO reason they should ever be turning on your radio and even less to be changing the stations. Seems like there should be a major policy against that, and if there is, seems like no one is following or enforcing it based on other complaints I have read. That is a seriously low grade and terrible move… although I suppose when you have a crew of minimum wage kids working there, you should expect it? Should I expect terrible, low quality work because its staffed by teenagers? Why not just rifle through people’s change and glove boxes while you are at it? Who knows, maybe they do, but mine were empty so I would not have known.
Overall, $ 19.99 for a car that is still pretty damn dirty, has large areas that look completely unwashed or touched, the interior has spots and markings everywhere where the substandard wiping job was done, and had my stereo turned on (I left it off on purpose) and screwed with, etc etc. I was not expecting a full detail but if you are going to do a **** job for anything less, then don’t offer anything less.

Best customer service!!! Everyone is friendly and goes beyond the normal customer service experience! Very quick and easy! I will be coming here from now on for all my car services and washes!!!

I’ve been waiting for two hours for my car to be cleaned while the kid cleaning is off flirting with another worker. My car is small, it shouldn’t take two hours to clean. Seriously. I watched 2 quarters of a stupid football game so far waiting. No update or anything. Overly priced for a car wash.
It’s officially been three hours. Cashier said it shouldn’t ever take that long but here I am still waiting. Joey and all his buddies should stop messing around and do what they’re paid to do. «Joey, you’re always wanting to go home early so it’s like you’re almost done» I’m trying to go home too! Shit!

Still a dump! Terrible job, overpriced for zero quality. Windows smeared with dirty rags. Fabulous Freddie himself not so fabulous. Tells you to handle your problems with the manager. Who in turn sends you to Freddy. Close down. Do it now place is a hole.

This location did a terrible job this time around. Bad quality of work. I do not recommend this location. It’s been the third time I got my wash through this location and it was terrible. Terribles is do better.

Was there on Thursday to get gas and get my car clean prior to picking up clients on Friday. What a disappointment… again. I paid $ 26 plus I usually tip $ 5– $ 10. I was called within 5 min of pulling out of wash. When I got in car I was disappointed again and not in mood to talk with these guys. Actually they weren’t in mood to talk with me when I asked for receipt. Actually avoided me. But they were certainly all boutique selling me on repairs of my windshield.
Car was not vacumed… WOW this was my main thing. Windows were nasty. Tires had nice shine but ton of water spots. This is a fleet car and gets cleaned routinely and so is week maintained. I took the car Friday morning to a different was Friday morning and you wouldn’t believe the differnce. $ 20 wash with a $ 5 tip and the guys at the end wipes the seats down. I told the guys about my experience the day before. They laughed and said car had never been vacumed. Yup I know.

Friendly yes… but they don’t do the job as promised.
I specifically requested to get the trunk vacuumed and they said yes many times. But did not. That’s the only reason I came here!

Fabulous Freddy’s pretty good place to get your car washed. But if it’s busy forget it. Wait time is over an hour and job is sloppy. But it beats Terrible Herbst’s, where the car cleaners are as shady as they come and instead of cleaning they keep looking up to see who’s watching them.

I guess my husband has a bit of a hard head despite my previous feelings on the company. My husband went back to this company for yet another cleaning.
He recently was gifted a car from his job. The car was a total mess and needed more than just a cleaning job. There were spills, dirty loose change all over the car, various unknown substances on the dash board and under the seats, etc. You get the picture. Hubby paid for a basic wash and undercarriage of the car. I guess Dan, the manager remembered us from the previous incident because he took first hand to making sure my husband’s car was clean to above expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure not only my husband but myself would be happy in the end. Dan threw in many additional services to clean my husband’s car: like free floor cleaning, throwing in free mats, and even cleaning the far back of the car. My husband left with one car and came back with a different one in my opinion. I guess a company does have a way with redeeming themselves because Dan made sure to prove just that! Hubby walked out with about a $ 100 cleaning job for $ 35. Well done Dan!

Just got my car washed at this location for the first time. I’ll bullet point my issues
— My car was ready 5 – 10 minutes before any associates came and got me. I watched a manager walk over to my car and ask an associate why it was still sitting there.
— When I received my vehicle, there were too many dirty spots on the inside dash and all over the cup holders. There were also water spots on the back of the car. Did someone forget about my car?
— When I got into my car, my stereo was blasting rap radio which I did not have on when I left it. After reading review after review of this place. Why do the managers, or owner, still allow employees to turn on music in the cars?
I will not be back.

Working cars in the same line but behind mine doesn’t really make sense. Watched the guy wiping the interior down walk away when the back door was locked, instead of just unlocking it. Went onto a car in another line, behind mine and never came back. Dont get me wrong, I understand that people have different washes that need worked in different order, but if my car is parked in front and the guys car behind me is done before mine– well just not following the logic there, I think I’ll just wash it myself next time. Ho hum.
Everyone is nice though, just felt a little unorganized.

Came here a few times for a car wash, gas, and just recently to get my smog done.
Getting your car washed here is as convenient as it gets. There’s a Robertos and doughnut shop within the gas station so you can get a snack or eat lunch while you wait.
Getting gas here really isn’t easy, whoever designed the set up must have thought it would NEVER get busy. There’s only 5 stations with one pump on each side, the stations are so close to the car wash and conscience store that there’s always traffic jam trying to find a empty spot and then leaving.
This was the most worry free place for getting my smog done I’ve ever been to. I literally drove up, the technician told me to stay in the car, leave it on and he would tell me when to turn it off. He checked under my hood, opened my door scanned the bar code, told me to turn it off then turn it and voilà I was done. I thought I would have to go inside to pay but no he took care of that as well at the little kiosk. Just like that literally 12 minutes later and I was on my way. I will defiantly be coming back here to get my smog.

I am beyond upset right now. I just had my car washed at this location and I paid $ 36 for a crappy job. When I pulled up I was greeting by a nice young girl. She asked me which wash I wanted. I have a black Lexus so I opted for the most expensive since it includes the wax and interior. After I drove through the car wash I as then greeting by a gentleman talking about how my front windshield needs some repair and that my full coverage insurance will cover it at no cost. Ok no prob, I already knew about the Pitts so I decided to have them do it. During the time I was inside going over my insurance information 5 mins later my name was called and my car was done. I was surprised how fast it was and they fixed my front window in that amount of time.
Well no wonder why they’re already done. Because it looks like SHIT. Not only there’s hand prints and finger prints all over but they didn’t even wipe the outside of my windows. What really got me pissed is that I had my radio station on Area 51 (techno/​house music) and when I got in to my car it was on Rap music! I absolutely hate rap! You hire a bunch of people that done even know how to dry a vehicle none the less people/​kids that have no respect of other people’s things.
I normally have my car detailed by my personal Detailer but he’s across town and he’s really busy. Looks like I’ll have to call him Sunday to get my car washed again! He has to fix someone else’s mess up. I should’ve never had them wash it. Not only that, they use vinegar with water and perhaps something else because it ate through the clear coat of my pretty black pant. I will never ever recommend anyone to this place and I hope management reads this because they need to be aware of what is going on in this establishment.
Oh and about the front windshield repair. All they use is super glue. I would know because they left smudges of super glue all over my front windshield.

The best features of this FF location have nothing to do with the car wash, but rather the amenities: the mini mart, Pink Box, and Roberto’s that are all attached. That being said, if you are hungry, your hunger can be quenched.
Unfortunately if you’re looking for a great car wash and exemplary customer service you’ll need to go elsewhere. The car wash isn’t terrible per day, it’s simply lackluster. It’s what I could have done on a lazy, hot Sunday using dirty rags and water in my driveway. Would I ever do that? No, hence why I went to have mine washed and had the expectation that it would actually be clean, without streaks when I left.
When my car was done, I had managed to have time to walk all around the mini mart, browse the Roberto’s menu, and sit in their small, fairly uncomfortable waiting area. I was never informed that my car was done. Someone else who shares my name was called, not me though, I had the pleasure of peeking out to find mine had been done for a while. I just hadn’t been informed. I think that was the least satisfying part of the service, it being done for who knows how long, with me patiently sitting right in the waiting area and no one telling me until I checked. Also, the cashier inside the mini mart was a rather unsavory character who was pretty snotty with the customers. Thankfully I didn’t have to do anything other than walk by her.
You can get tacos and doughnuts lots of places, go elsewhere if you want a fabulous car wash!

Fabulous Freddy’s does a mostly fabulous job washing my car. There is no shortage of washes to chose from here. I get a mid-​level wash that gives me the spray on wax and weather protection as well as an undercarriage cleanse.
This is partly a drive-​thru car wash and partly hand done. At the beginning of the wash tunnel is a guy scrubbing the bumper, wheels and windows. At the end is the high powered blow driers followed by some people to dry and further detail the car.
Given the number of customers they get, the Freddy’s folks are pretty quick. They vacuum the seats, carpets and floor boards. They clean the windows inside and out. They shine the plastics inside. They shine the tires. About 10 minutes or so later your car is mostly spotless and the four or five kids cleaning your car are on to the next. They work hard and constant and do a great job.
