Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Amazing customer service. Right as I pulled in I was greeted with a warm and friendly employee. They filled my tires with air, helped me choose the best oil for my car and we’re very thorough in showing me their efforts. I’ve had my oil changed at man places, but none were as friendly and helpful as these guys here! ⁵⁄₅ keep up the great work!

Haley and crew were professional, did not try to upsell you with anything unneeded. They were very knowledgeable on any questions I had for future services. The biggest plus is that they’re «MILITARY FRIENDLY!» Very patriotic bunch, and offer military discount! Will come back again and recommend them to the «rest of my military family!»

This shop is advertising replacement services such as Transmission Fluid, Serpentine Belts, Windshield Wipes, Brakes ect.
After installing the new brakes on my vehicle, I returned to let’s them know something wasn’t right. The brakes are making a clattering sound, squealing, and sound like metal on metal in reverse. I was told they have nobody to look at the problem, and he would need to call an area manager. The area manager won’t fix the problem, and denied a request for a refund on the labor.
This seems very coincidental that a problem came up, because «Mathew» the technician who performed the work had to «FaceTime» his manager yesterday when doing the installation on the brakes because he and I quote «didn’t know what he was doing», and «sorry it took twice as long, we reduced the labor fee»
Bottom line, this shop employs uneducated service staff that are not certified to perform these services.
I would invite and encourage the owner/​Representitive of this establishment to contact me.

Got my oil changed for 10 minutes yay! Awesome! 4 peeps doing the oil change super great! I would really recommend them for doing such a wonderful job. they even put air on my tires, check battery, water and check headlights and wipers, pretty cool! Good job !! And thank you I didn’t wait for so long:)

Always fast great service. Always come here for oil changes and smog checks! Also you get half off car washes at fabulous Freddy’s when you get services done here! You can’t beat that! Mathew and Kevin deserve a shout out! Very professional and very friendly:)

Under staffed, I was there just now to get a smog, I pulled up into the smog Bay parking spot as there was no one there being serviced at the moment. But then I was asked to move my car so somebody behind me to pull in because she claimed there she was there before me so I obliged and move my car, then I proceeded to sit there in the blistering Sun for over 10 minutes while the smog hadn’t even been started on this vehicle. Although I was apologized to I still feel the service was crap. I will not be returning to Valvoline for any service in the future

Love this place! Steve helped me and was so kind! He didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need and was extremely helpful! He made me feel comfortable and got me out of there within 10 min! Thanks Steve!

This place is really great! The staff is professional & well trained. I’ve had several oil changes on my Infiniti here and recently had them replace the pads on my breaks. The prices are always as I expected or better with no hard upsells. They offer helpful information to help you decide what you really need.

Since Valvoline took over the Lube station of Fabulous Friday’s, I am very impressed and happy of the service! I got my oil changed yesterday and was just blown away of the service and how it took under 10min to change my oil! I am definitely going there again when I am in town!
