Established in 2003.

Over the past 14 years, our goal has been to provide the highest level of comfort and quality to dental patients in Las Vegas. Our customer service approach has helped to become one of the premier sedation dentists in the area.

Sedation dentistry is perfect for any patient who has fear or anxiety with going to the dentist. In addition to sedation dentistry, our office provides all of your dentistry needs in house, including same day crown, extractions, implants, dentures, Invisalign and more.

At Hi-Tech Dental Care, we believe in giving back to the community. Every year, our office hosts Dentistry from the Heart, where we cater to low-income families to provide a variety of free services for a day.

Hello, this is Dr. Mai.

I started out being the only dentist in our Las Vegas office. I don’t know how I did it by myself, but I did! I had a vision of giving excellent service above and beyond a typical health care facility and here we are. Thanks to our patients’ loyal support and referrals, we now have 10 rooms and 4 full time doctors. In the past 4 years, we have expanded twice and are looking forward to growing even more!

I am passionate about changing our patient’s lives in a positive way. I never lecture or say mean things. I just want to make you look and feel better when you come in, whatever it takes!

My patients are treated like family. When I got married, I brought 20 of you to California to join me for that special day! I could not go without you being there. Thanks for many, many of you staying with me for over a decade in spite of our move and all the changes!

I want to leave a legacy of changing lives every day!

I gave this office a shot two times via 1−800-DENTIST and honestly I am not pleased. I felt like I was constantly getting the run around. I tried multiple times to get my insurance verified prior to my appointments. Every attempt failed because the receptionist told me I had to come in to verify it. I eventually was able to email them pictures of my insurance card and there was some correspondence via email, however I never received a call back.
Another issue I have is they exaggerate how bad your teeth are. I was told I had periodontal disease and I would need extensive, expensive cleaning and treatment for years to come. After seeking a second opinion, I was informed I do not have periodontal disease and any deep, painful cleaning would not be necessary.
They try to distract you with their free snacks and personal televisions. None of it was worth it, I wasted months on this office and I do not recommend them to anyone. I will say that not all of the staff is inefficient, there are some friendly dental assistants and I liked one of the dentists. My problem was the lack of customer service with the front desk and billing.

Went to get an estimate for an anesthesiologist for 4 wisdom teeth 3 cavities and 2 crowns with great insurance. I was told by Kristian Wong-Wui he would contact me via email or phone. Never got a reply, then I call back and was told he was busy so I leave my information for call back and email, still nothing. It’s like this office doesn’t care about your business unless you sign up for a check up. Was told that general anesthesia is 600 an hour and I was going to pay them what they asked if they would have simply contacted me back. It’s been a week already, tread lightly my friends.

Don’t know if it’s a coincidence or a miracle but Dr. Kayla called me back herself to have me come in. Normally I wouldn’t look back, but she was very pleasant to speak to. I’m going in tomorrow to see what’s in store for me. This review is pending.

After everything I can say this office has knowledgeable people with lots of passion and crowns are made on site. Now I just gotta figure out how to pay for it all LOL.

Hi Tech is excellent! I have come a couple times, once for my son (who has been very afraid of dentists) and he was perfectly comfortable here. The most recent, i had an inection and needed an immediate appointment… hi tech worked me in, and even wasable toimmediately do the required procedure! Digital xrays too!

Hi Tech Dental Care in Las Vegas doesn’t even seem like a dentist! The atmosphere is very relaxing, perfect if you have anxiety with seeing the dentist (like me). Emergency dentist services — same day dentist services — open 7 days a week and same day appointments if you book by 10am.
If you want a dentist office that treats you like family (aka, actually cares about YOU) and doesn’t treat you like a number, Hi Tech Dental Care is your spot.

I thought the place was awesome on my consultation. They have me an estimate which was about $ 2000. They said I could pay the amount upfront and they would bill the company later or I could have them submit a pretreatment authorization estimate to my insurance company in which it would submit a dollar amount coverage of what they would pay. The lady I spoke to tried to discourage me from doing the second option saying that it would take up to 6 months for my insurance company to respond. So I called my insurance company blue cross blue shield dental to see if they revieved an estimate from hi-tech dental. They told me they didn’t receive anything. So I called Hi-tech dental back up and asked them why they still have not sent it. They told me that they sent it to my primary health insurance in which they lied about that. I told the guy there, Jeff who handles the insurance and costs, that he was supposed to send it to BCBS dental if its just a pretreatment estimate. Then he asks me «so what do you want to do.» I was like, are you kidding me! I just told you… And wtf! Why am I telling you how to do your job? Then he tells me «I will try to send it.» Seriously… You have to try to send a fax or email? I mean seriously. Don’t go here. Don’t let the image fool you. If they did t know how to send a simple estimate than that tells me they’ve got other big issues as well.

I’m a firm believer in «you get what you pay for».
The prices here might not be the cheapest, but I have never been to a more compassionate dental practice in my life. I have phobia of any kind of pain during dental work and when I explain this, the doctors are extremely accommodating. Any hint of pain and they make sure that I’m fully numbed again.
When I couldn’t bite down for an x Ray due to pain, the technician held the thing in place by hand to make sure I didn’t hurt.
Despite all the work I need, they were primarily focused on my immediate needs — resolving the pain I was experiencing. They answered any questions I had pre, during, and post op with no disdain — even silly things like «can I see what you pulled out» and «why did you need to drill for an extraction»
I hadn’t been in two years and the hygienist still remembered me.
I need close to $ 10k in work and they’ll be getting all of my business. Stay awesome.

I have extreme dental anxiety. Dr. Tom and the staff at Hi-Tech Dental Care were exceptional has they assisted me through the procedures. I was given conscious sedation and really don’t remember anything. There was minimal soreness have my procedure. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have any of the yummy looking snacks they had available. I’ve already started recommending their office to my friends.

Had a bad tooth again. Thank God Hi-Tech is open 7 days a week. Open at 7 am is a plus too for me. Had to do a walk in and no problems. Same great service with no pain. $$$$ yes expensive, but worth it because of the VIP treatment you get.
When I walked in this morning, I saw a plate of cookies, just what you need before you see someone who is going to look at your teeth. I found this funny. They also have chips, and juice coffee and other munchies.

I was in Vegas on a short business trip and had broken my tooth the night before an important business dinner. HiTech Dental was able to fit me in the next morning and within a few hours I was walking out of their office with a restored mouth. Thanks to them, I was able to attend my dinner meeting as scheduled.
The staff was kind, considerate and thorough. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and experienced. If I liv d I. Las Vegas, they would be my regular dental office.

I went here in June 2014 and am copying over my review from a different site:
I agree with the majority here= SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I made an appointment here after seeing a different dentist because I needed a root canal. The previous dentist had difficult hours so I made an appointment here because they’re open weekends.
They told me exams and xrays are free for initial appointments. Red flag #1. Went to a dentist once for free teeth whitening, came with an exam and xrays — all zero out of pocket. This was because she told me I had all kinds of cavities when I saw my regular dentist 2 months prior. They give you free exams/xrays to get you in the door, then tell you you need all kinds of work worth thousands — when you don’t need them at all.
The dentist himself called my phone to confirm the appointment — which was nice. But when I got there, he told me I sounded nice on the phone and that it was good to talk to me in person… only he didn’t speak to me on the phone. He left a voicemail and I never spoke to him at all. So they try to make it seem personalized, but really, it’s all a spiel. They probably say the same thing to everyone.
They’re all car salesman! The first dentist said I needed a root canal, zero out of pocket, the insurance would cover it all. These guys told me I needed a dental implant — $ 3,500 because insurance doesn’t cover it. Then when I said I just wanted the root canal, they went into sales mode and said I’d be back again because the root canal wouldn’t do it — and I really needed the implant. These guys are scammers and just want to sell you the most expensive treatment they have.
Ended up going to a specialist — an endodontist. He said I just needed a root canal and the implant wasn’t necessary because the tooth could be saved. I’ll trust the specialist, thank you. So got the root canal done — insurance covered it all — zero out of pocket. I saved myself $ 3,500 because I saw Hi-Tech Dental for what they were = SCAMMERS!!!

First off let me start out by saying that this place isn’t for people that are looking for a super cheap dentist that does a half a** job, this office is one of a kind and has a staff that is dedicated and actually cares about their patients (that’s rare).
I don’t know where people are getting the idea that this place is a scam because I recently got dental work done and the price was fair especially for an AMAZING job!
The doctor was gentle and even put on music to keep me calm.
If you are looking for an exquisite dental office with the experience and exceptional work this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a place that’s cheap and could care less about getting the job done right the first time you may want to go to a «cheap» dentist.

My first appointment, I was very impressed, and even referred a friend.
My second appointment, I was booked for a deep clean. Once in the chair, and numbed up, the hygienist says «oops, your insurance only covers two quadrants per visit, you will have to come back».
I feel this should have been caught and communicated far before I was ever in the chair. The practice had my insurance since the first visit. At the first visit they were able to quote me the out of pocket price for the procedure, so it’s hard for me to believe they didn’t know I would have to have two appointments for this specific procedure.
All the bells and whistles don’t make up for actual customer service.

These people are despicable. I had an infected tooth and needed an extraction right away because I was experiencing unbelievable pain. This was the only place I could find open on a Sunday and they said they took my insurance. After an exam and xrays that’s when they tried to pull the scam. They said an extraction was a «pre approved» procedure and approval would take 3 to 4 weeks so therefore I would have to pay out of pocket. I explained that my insurance covered extractions 100 percent and that I had one done at another dental practice right away with no out of pocket. They said the other place was commiting insurance fraud! Yeah, right! They never did answer my repeated question as to why nobody told me this before I drove a long distance over there. Scammers!

That is NOT what I was told by your financial person. In fact I was told that chances were that I would not be reimbursed. I went to another dental practice the next morning and had the tooth extracted at no cost to me just as I had before. I was in extreme pain, had an infection that was getting worse by the hour and your people knew I was in a desperate situation and figured they had me over a barrel! In my book that is despicable and uncaring!

This place is a ripp off. This is the most expensive dentist place I ever been to. They bring you in, get you all comfortable then they hit you with the expensive bill. I went in to get a replacement for my original replacement that my dog chewed up, and they brought me in and then finely told me it would be $ 350 dollars. Since it was an emergency I said yes, then we did the impressions which took about an hour. Then they told me I wouldn’t be able to get it till the next day. i’m so mad. I feel robbed, blindsided, and taken advantage of.

So this Saturday I went in to get 7 teeth pulled. 4 wisdom and 3 other teeth. From the beginning I was very nervous but the staff made me feel so comfortable. I loved everything about it. I also loved the owner. I love how she came in to make sure I was ok and talk about my procedure with me. BEST DENTAL PLACE. I honestly can’t wait for my 2 check up.

Hubby and I moved to LV and hubby can not stand the dentist :) after FOUR yes four dentists here in LV I finally found this place at Rainbow and 215. Now they have moved North of the 215 near Dunkin’ Donuts (LOL) in the big white building that used to be a bank BEFORE you get to Vegas Hot Yoga studio.
I told hubby about the wonderful experience I had here and he decided to go :) He also had a great experience!
Neither of us get sedated and we both thought it was funny that people choose to be. I guess it’s totally not funny if you have the phobia of the dentist :(so I’m glad they offer it for people.
Fran the hygienist I always get is AWESOME. Funny and sweet she and I have the love of clothes, shoes and shopping in general :)
