Let me just start by saying I haven’t been this happy with a haircut in a long time… Mina was fantastic, she was great company and easy to talk to she made me feel very comfortable and will definitely be going to her from now on. Also the salon is very high end and beautiful.

A beautifully designed salon/​spa on the west side of town. The receptionist greeted me as I walked in the door. Service is outstanding. Theresa is a miracle-​worker, makes my hair look gorgeous every time.

Being a Vidalsassoon graduate, I have never worked at a Salon that is so focus on Education,
We have stylist that have been in the hair business for 40 to 5 years, making it a diverse Salon, coming soon our spa will have only the best, we always welcome new clients for a tour, come see what is new!

I wanted to give an honest assesment of my experience here. IT WAS AMAZING. Here’s the lowdown. had horrible colored hair… called in a panic. Hue Salon did everything to help accommodate me last minute. They set me up with ASHLEY who is… sorry Unilocal trolls. FRICKEN INCREDIBLE AND A GENIUS! She not only fixed the color but added some new ones and I’ve gotten compliments from a great many people. I work at the airport and have been seen by people all over the world. The salon is tastefully decorated, the ladies at the desk were nice and my new forever stylist ASHLEY has a customer for life. I’m going to include before and after photos but ladies know that every penny I spent was well worth it. I am more impressed that Ashley, who is young, has the experience and knowledge of stylists who’ve been doing hair forever. Don’t listen to HELP trolls. Decide for yourself. .she’s also a genius with extensions (this is ALL my real hair). I can’t tell you how much she’s changed by view of myself. I have confidence and feel better about myself too. if you want a new view on life TO TO THE SALON AND ASK FOR ASHLEY!!!

Unfortunately the vibes in this place are too negative for me to want to take my business here. My hair person is great but I always feel like there is a weird tension from her colleagues. One time the stylist next to her said «make sure to refill MY candy bowl because YOUR client just took a piece».
Firstly, why put a bowl of candy in the middle of two stations if you don’t want other people to
Think it’s for everyone? And how rude to tell her in my presence?
Second time I was on the phone with a client, I had just gotten on the phone, and one of the guys working there peeked out, pointed a finger at me, and said in a harsh tone: «can you lower your voice? Please.» While I was still on the phone with my client! How about you tell my stylist instead of interrupting me? If they don’t want people to work and or be on the phone they should put a sign up. It’s a salon, it’s always noisy. It’s not an obituary and I wasn’t using foul language. Further, I am definitely not known for being loud!
After that my husband, who happened to be next to me getting his haircut, stepped to the side and whispered to him he thought it was disrespectful to do what he did. The guy denied being disrespectful and asked my husband who the fuck he thought he was. Another guy stepped in and started yelling at my husband, who responded in return.
My stylist was embarrassed and my husband upset. I had to sit at the salon for 4 more hours while feeling definitely unwelcome There.
I can tell you that if I had been a new client I would have walked away for good.
The Owner 2 hours later «apologized» putting some blame on me saying they had a customer Complain as well that I was being loud and I was disturbing people trying to relax. I told her I have proof that my conversation was no longer than 3 minutes, so wow people have a short tolerance (assuming I was being loud). She said my husband didn’t make any better.
What kind of apology is this? You clearly have no clue how to run a salon with divas who think they can treat other stylists clients like crap. Anyone would have reacted the way we did. She only made it worse in my opinion.
What should have happened is for her to apologize, just like George the creative director did. He said «no matter what happened, it’s not for us employees to escalate a situation, but rather deescalate it.»
She said she should have probably come to me right away but she didn’t know how to handle it and later gifted me with a necklace from their boutique, which I told I wouldn’t accept and promptly left with my stylist. My stylist was so embarrassed by the situation that she refused to get paid at all costs and was visibly frazzled.
Hopefully she leaves so I don’t have to cope with attitude from total strangers on my day off.

I had my hair cut and colored by Ashley. So I have to say I had over processed hair. I decided to color my own hair and it was a disaster. I had heard about Ashley. And I knew she could get my hair back to what it need to be. Well the master worked! I asked for a caramel color with a lightened tips. And I got it. Ashley also provided me with a clipper cut that I loved. I went home to my husband and he loved it as well. Ashley will be doing my hair for ever. She is a amazing person and is incredibly knowledgeable of hair and possesses of. You cant make everyone happy. But I know from every person I have ever sent to her. My personal friends and business clients of mine have been happy with her service and her incredible talent. Book her today for the best cut and color you will ever have!!! Oh PS the salon is beautiful! And very luxurious!!!

The salon probably deserves more but because of this Ashley they getting low stars, the manager called me and was willing to reimburse me the money I spend minus the cost of products !

Fantastic salon and my Stylist Emilie Guerra is a doll. I’ve been going to her for a year now and every time she does exactly what I need and more. She takes the time to listen to what I have in mind and creates masterpieces with my hair. The salon itself is friendly and cozy with its modern décor. Clean lines and openness makes coming here very relaxing. Every stylist and receptionist I’ve talked to always have smiles on their faces and make me feel at home.

I drive by this salon all the time. Decided to walk in last minute and was able to get in within the hour. I havent had a professional cut/​color in years. And i lucked out and got the most amazing stylist… Ashley!!!
She got my blonde to the color I’ve never been able to manage and cut it so cute. If your looking for a great new stylist… GO SEE ASHLEY. …she s amazing

This is a new salon my hairdresser now works at. It is absolutely gorgeous! The entire place is decorated to make you feel at ease & comfortable. It’s color scheme is perfect for a salon (imo :-)). I like white as when working with color & blondes, it is best to see how hair is reacting. Other darker colors hinder & add hue that makes it harder to see shades accurately. The colors are white, light grays, accented with brushed silver, turquoise furniture & some beautiful art pieces. Each station is spacious & you don’t feel like other people are on top of you.
They have a great big area of strawberry infused water & coffee, a nice perk if you are there several hours.
They also have a really nice nail area as well that looks very comfortable & high end. They definitely have the top trendiest shades.
I love love going to this salon.

Beautiful salon/​Spa – I mean it will wow you when you walk in. It looks like it belong in a high end casino. So happy it is in an area for locals.
They do many things in this salon (nails, pedicures etc.) They also sell really great products up front. They have Wi-​Fi, and a bar. Woo Hoo.
I am so glad my stylist is at this salon. The staff here is very friendly. Def. try this place out, you will love it.

I found this hidden GEM thru Unilocal & a recommendation. Robert Aganza!!! My new stylist & I’m forever his loyal client. He was very friendly/​fun conversationalist (also a former Bay arean), and knows his trade. He transformed my hair back to a beautiful soft Ombré, adding some chocolate brown & highlights to my ends! I love this look because its very low maintenance for a busy mommy of 3 kids under 3!
The salon is very classy-​modern-​chic looking. Staff was friendly as well, I had a glass of Sangria too! This place is a MUST!

Robert Aganza is a miracle worker! I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair! A perfectionist and all around amazing stylist! Love this guy!
The Salon is impeccable and staff are all very friendly. This is by far my favorite salon and stylist in the Las Vegas Valley (and I’ve been to a lot!).

It’s really chic inside. They also have an awesome beverage bar including wines & beers.
