I-Nails Spa

I live by this place and decided to try them out. I had Kim, she was on the phone while doing my pedicure but she did a good job. I will just go there to get pedis. Idk about the full sets but I got the basic pedi it was ok. She massaged really well and took her time. I was just awkward that she was talking on the phone though.

This is the only nail spa in Las Vegas I go to, I use to live around the corner from here but now it’s a drive but worth it. I have had many bad experiences with the nail places in Vegas from poor customer service to terrible looking nails. They greet you when you come in, they have reasonable prices, the place is always clean, and they have a awesome punch card! I only gave 4 stars because I did have a bad experience with my nails one of the ladies there messed them up, as why I only let Kevin do my nails. I will say the day I was there and one of the other nail techs jacked my nails up and I was thinking of not returning I spoke to Kevin and he said he would fix it after he finished with his client I advised I would be back so I leave he comes out to ask when I would be back I advised I’d stop in the next day. I don’t know any places I’ve been to step up like that! Now I didn’t return due to not having time I came back in 2 weeks first thing he asks when I came in is what happened to me coming back. I was shocked he remembered. Every time I come in Kevin remembers me and how I like my nails, the staff offers complimentary waters and he makes conversation. I don’t care what part of Vegas I move to this is my nail salon not just for Kevin’s amazing nail skills but the customer service as well. Lastly they don’t pressure you into other services or upgrades

Need a good Nail Stylist, read my story.
I Had been around the city from place to place looking for a good nail stylist when I moved from Houston, Texas. I was looking for the quality I had received there. Had no luck for about 4 years until James came into my life.
The first time he did my nails he challenged me and said he could do even better. After so many years, I can honestly say he is most definitely the BEST!!! Trust me, I thought if I kept looking I would find better or the same. Not wanting to accept I had actually found the best. That was 5 years ago, every time I go to James he’s leave my hands looking absolutely gorgeous. THERE IS NO OTHER LIKE HIM!!!
Trust me I have looked! James is absolutely the BEST in town!!! I can’t tell you how many times he has fixed someone else’s mess because of my stubbornness. Thank you, for putting up with me for all these years, James

Horrible service. I got my nails done and the same day my nails chipped with in 2 hours of getting them done. I called and told them they said they would fix it anytime I went in. I went in and they said there is nothing they can do to fix it they will have to charge me to do everything again. I got a pedicure as well my feet still had dry skin on it and wouldn’t do anything to fix that as well. Low quality nail polish. Don’t waste money. Spent 47 dollars what a waste.

This place is awful. Dont waste your time or $. They seriously don’t know what they doing. Just got a manicure and pedicure the nail tech tried really hard but just truly lacked attention to detail.
The man that worked on my wife was the worst. She actually told him he was doing sloppy work and he did nothing to try to fix it.
I definitely won’t be back and highly suggest you save your trip.
This is truly the worst service I’ve ever had. My wife and I visit nail salons here in Vegas every two weeks. Average visit $ 100. But its gotta be worth the time. Any suggestions, must be good with Ingrowns as well.

On my first visit here Hana did my nails and they look horrible ! I said pink and gold and is more like red and gold. The polish is just slopped on my nails and she didn’t take her time .I didn’t have time to tell her to do them over because by then I wouldn’t of made it back to work on time. Never again will I go here

I went here and had my nails done by James I told him I did not like the color on my nails but they were closing and rushing me out so he told me to come back and he will put the gel color I want on for free (since I got gel anyway) I went back the next day since he «didn’t have time» the day before and the manager or owner came over and told me that they were going to charge me $ 20! When I had already paid the day before! Then the next day at about 10pm James text me this. «U mean polish… or gel polish… wishing u good luck with where soever with gel polish for 5 bucks… by the way… thanks for ur Unilocal… people still know where to come to get good nails anyways. …i tried my best to explain to u… guessed.. did not work… well, sorry i tried my best though» … First of all I did not write a Unilocal review until now because of his lack of unprofessionalism texting my damn phone at 10pm! And 2^nd he completely lied to me and to his boss about what he told me the day before! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!

Wow… I was surprised to read a bad review about James. I have been going to James for almost 9 years along with my Mom, Sister, Niece and Step Mom. He does our acrylics, gels and pedi’s. We have never found anyone who compares to his work. We will use no other! He is a master at his craft, a perfectionist and anything BUT a liar! Must have been miscommunication. But unfortunately you just can’t please everyone. All of us, however, are always extremely please! Love him!

I seriously have a hard time finding a good nail shop. Either my acrylic nails look great at first then I realize they actually didn’t do a good job or a gel manicure looks atrocious after a week. I struggle going back and forth between held and acrylics because gel never ever lasts on my nails. I had one of the best gel manis I’ve ever received here. I even came in with acrylics they removed them and did a great job on my natural long nails. It’s been almost a month which is embarrassing because they need to be redone but they are still intact and my nails are stronger than ever. The prices here are very good and they even offer a stamp card and the tenth visit is free. I think I found my go to nail place and that’s saying a lot! See James he’s very good!

Love how affordable this place is. Friendly environment. Good customer service. The only downside is that they may be a bit rough on your nails if you’re getting a full set done, which is why I’m only giving a four star rating. But overall, this place is great!

I was in Vegas visiting a friend and needed nails done so we decided to visit this place based on distance. The service was «interesting» to say the least. I had 4 people work on me and not communicate when they had to move to another client/​s. I got gel nails done on a Thursday and index finger on left hand peeled right off today!!! Would not go back :(

One of the best experiences I’ve had a nail salon. Connie is the girl to see! She was so awesome. I had just taken off all my acrylics and was looking for a gel manicure. I debated between acrylic with gel polish or manicure and she encouraged me to get the manicure, even though it cost less? Because she wanted me to be happy. They have great policies, like if your nail breaks within 5 days, they replace it for free. And after 4 visits they take $ 10 off. In general, they were friendly and nice. I didn’t feel like I was being talked about negatively at all. I’m so happy to find this place. Give them a try!

This place was a little hard to find, it’s on the side strip with Target. Clean and neutral color décor, nothing fancy but comfortable chairs. I love the pedicure I received from Olivia. She was very attentive and worked on my problem spots. The staff works together on nail designs. Lots of colors, both reg and gel polishes to choose from. My pedicure took a little over an hour but I left with silky smooth feet and perfectly painted toes. Only downfall is they are never well staffed. Sometimes there’s only 3 people working and they are already booked. Walk ins are hard to accommodate.

Best nail salon I’ve found in a long time. Very detailed and gels last forever. Best pedicures. New chairs and great staff!

This is a pretty good strip mall nail spot. It’s kinda hidden off to the side of the Target shopping center. It’s open later most days than other area nail salons. And they appear to be less crowded too. The staff are all very nice. The tech I had did a great job on my gel manicure. The pedicure itself was great, but the polish job was just so-​so. What I particularly liked here was the no rush state of mind. My pampering here lasted way longer than it has at some upscale spas around town. Overall, I’ll be back.

I tried this spot for a pedicure and a full set of pink and white acrylics last weekend. The pedicure got the two stars. The full set was lackluster. I kept hoping I was overreacting to the look of the nail but I’ve had these on for three days now and I’m completely underwhelmed.
Although the salon itself was nice, the quality of the acrylics are just not up to par. I got a pink and white set because they generally look more natural, but not in this case. The white is way to wide, and I specified that I did not want that. The pink is almost a hot pink color acrylic, which I also specified I did not want. I know I am overly fussy with my nails but I feel like if I’m paying for it, I should get what I want.
In addition, I like my nails thin and these are varying in thickness. They are also already lifting up from the base.
I would probably go back for a pedicure but not again for a fill or full set. My roommate got a gel mani and she was happy with it, but I doubt I will try them again.

Great attention to detail and a great manicure! Staff if super friendly and nice. Got a gel manicure that was awesome for $ 30, would definitely recommend for a good finished product!
