This Ideal Property Management is a ripoff, they start off sweet as pie, but when you sign a lease, then you get the Royal Treatment! My wife and I thought we found a reasonable house to rent in 89148 area, our first issue was paying for a Cleaning deposit and the House was filthy on move in day, grease all over the stove, inside wasn’t clean, windows, doors, CARPET, etc! We were told that we will get our cleaning deposit back, yeah right! We were in the house for a year, you know when you’re just getting comfortable, one year renewal, an extra 150 a month, WTH, we asked politely for a 2 two year lease to try and keep from continued Rent gouging, the answer came back No, we put in for Notice to Vacate, they were A Holes from that moment on! They came up with things we had to pay for but they didn’t realize we had Date stamped photos that helped us in Court, that’s right Court! If you are smart, do yourself a favor and find another Realty Company QUICK! For the unlucky ones that don’t read this or ignore it, well I’m so sorry you never got the Memo! Found out BBB has had several complaints JS Note to self: Next time do more investigating!

I’m glad that our lease is over cause this place of business is just atrocious. I was just charged $ 600 cleaning fee for the most ridiculous things. I left the paint as it was when we moved out because I was told that some companies charge an obscene amount even just for a minor touch up, and this place is one of them. It was ok’d during signing to hang stuff up on the wall and to drill for curtain rods and such. Nope was charged for that. We had the intention of signing another year or so lease with them. The only thing that really«broke the camel’s back» was when they weren’t gonna tell us that the house needed to be re-piped. If it wasn’t for the state sending out a letter regarding the re-piping litigation, we wouldn’t have had any idea about it. Of course Aiko knew about it. But what we got from her was«I meant to tell you sooner.» Really?! I’m sure if I keep going with the negative feedback, I wouldn’t have anymore space. But just know that if you sign with this shit company you will be fucked over one way or another!

I have never experienced such unprofessional, unethical and shady behavior from a property management company in all my life — and i have been renting homes for over 20 years! Aiko, the company secretary, answers emails on behalf of the owner. In other words you assume you are dealing with a qualified agent, but you are not. She is rude, uninformed on her own company policies, lies, and brags about how her husband was a high ranking person in the Air Force. The company is a sham. If you rent, there is no emergency phone number — just an email answered by Aiko. They also lost our checks and insisted that we didnt pay even though we had proof that they were received. Check them out on the BBB — they have an F rating. DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHEM!

This company is terrible. The lady in the office is a class A bitch and they try and screw you all the time. I paid rent through my bank and the second to last month they«lost» my check and charged me $ 110 in late fees, and gave me a 5-day notice. Then at move out I spend 4 days cleaning the house, cleaning the walls that my roommate scuffed up and every corner of the house. The only thing I didnt do was carpet cleaning but you have a non-refundable 250 cleaning fee which is understandable. well they charge me around 400 in cleaning. Lastly they altered the paperwork that I signed at the final walk through and charged me other BS charges.

I rented a home through a realtor recommended to me by a friend and Ideal Realty turned out to be the management company for the property. Working with these people is a nightmare! Keep all of your receipts! I went in to pay the first months rent and kept my receipt of course. The next day I checked my phone at work to find I had several missed calls from them saying I didn’t pay rent and there would be such and such fees. I called back and the woman(Joanne I believe) was very rude. Right when I told her I would happily bring in the receipt they wrote up for me to show I did pay, she quickly shut up and ended the call. These people are just shady. Last I checked, they had an F with the Better Business Bureau for failure to respond to customer complaints. Awful experience and so glad to be out of that property!
