My daughters and I fell on some hard times. I’m a single dad with three girls. Becky, one of the owners of CanAm gave me free rent for three months until I was able to get a new job and start paying rent again. I’ve been renting a property from them for the last four years and will stay with them. I’m forever indebted to them. They kept my kids off the street.

I’ve worked for Manny, and Becky for a while now, I’ve worked for a few other property management companies in the past, and the one thing that stands out with CanAm is the way they go the extra mile for there tenants. I often go to jobs and the tenants tell me how fast Manny and Becky address the issues. I feel very honored to work for such a great company as CanAm not only are they my employers but they have also become dear friends, so if anyone needs a property management company that actually cares about people I highly recommend CanAm.

I rent a beautiful 5 bedroom house CanAm wih no problem. Since day one CaAm has been a nice company. They helped me in everything from paperwork and calling to make sure I was settle in. My kids love the house is spacious, very modern, update stain steel appliance. The pool is taken care of every Wednesday. My neighbor are great awesome. My kids school is great. Than you CanAm for everything!

This isn’t a one star rating. It’s a negative one million! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I’ve lived in my apartment for over two months and still don’t have a working washing machine. My storage closet is still filled with their trash. Took almost two months just to get blinds. Worst mistake I have ever made. They don’t care about their tenants at all.

Becky and Manny Cordova are the biggest frauds in Las Vegas, read the fine print because I paid a 3^rd deposit that was never accounted for on paper! Which I never received back! These people broke into my house when I was not home and took photos of my place to put the property up for sale without notifying me. Then tried to break into my home while I was asleep with a drill and a gun. I was taken to court 3 times by them with a supposed Sherrod and Atkin winning lawyer that was a complete joke trying to evict me for 14 false accusations and I won all 3 times because they are liars and even the judge called them hocus pocus! They tore apart the property and tried to blame me but I had proof and documentation showing it was them! They had the landscapers and plumbing people harassing me for money because they do not pay their bills and will try to make you do it! If you need a place in Las Vegas do not rent from these people! Becky Cordova and Manny Cordova at Can am Property Management should be shut down!

We rent a 3 bedroom house from manny, there have been little problems here and there but he’s always fixed them and pretty fast. I really have nothing bad to say. So I’ll talk about the good.1^st our air went out he had someone there the next day. Had some electronic problem he had someone there fast. We also have a pool, yes we have had 2 different guys now, but who cares the pool is getting taken care of. So all in all I believe they are great landlords.

Where does one begin. Having lived in a house managed by Manny and Becky for two years we have had numerous challenges including constantly depositing the rent checks late every single month and without notice (keep in mind we were a property management company dream that gave them checks 6 months in advance and always paid our bills promptly without a single problem of bounced or late checks), slow on repairs and being told when our air conditioner broke for two weeks during the summer heat that there’s nothing they can do and it’s my problem. It took almost two years to get the grass installed in the backyard that was promised within two months of us moving in.
All of this wasn’t really surprising based on other reviews and from common sense by looking at how they run their business. I once got an invoice for a repair we were responsible for paying over 3 months later and at an exorbitantly marked up price from one of their vendors and was told I need to pay it immediately. Even then it still surprised me when after honoring all of the terms of my move out upon ending our contract at 2 years, we received $ 0 back from our security deposit even after we cleaned the house and repaired items at our expense prior to move out. Having rented the house within the same month of our move out they received extra rent for the house since we paid for the whole month. Yet not one dollar was returned to us. Overall I would say you are better off going with some other property management company that is more professional. Here it is two months later and still no refund. Look out and be warned if you rent from these guys!

The owner Manny found a tenant rather quickly. When I asked him to give me a background on the tenant, he told me that she was a mother with a child, that was his tenant previously, a teacher, all was very good. The reality after I requested a copy of the tenant agreement, it was a couple with 3 kids and a dog, they never were his tenant. First surprise, then because the house was fully furnished I gave them 2 options; include the furniture and add $ 200 to the rent, or no furniture. They will keep the furniture adding a $ 500 deposit. The best part I was notified after I asked what was the final decision. It gets better, I had to go there to dispose to the furniture, to be informed they were already moving 3 weeks in advance, no payment. I told them agreement stipulates to me in the first of the month, that I was going that week-​end to make final arrangements. When I got there I found part of my furniture, disassembled and piled up on the garage, they had already moved in.
